Damn these guys are good. Very efficient very friendly and very professional. They got my windshield taking care of his less than 15 minutes. And they are very reasonably priced. A much better choice than Safelite

I was pretty shaken up when my front windshield suddenly shattered while driving on i-95 on Thursday evening. Friday morning I called Delaware Auto Glass and was given a quote and appointment for Monday morning. I arrived today and was so happy with the customer service I received. My technician Duane (spell check) was so friendly and helpful. He walked me through everything and started working on replacing my windshield right away. I sat comfortably in the clean lobby with free wifi and literally 35 minutes later my new windshield was done. Duane even vacuumed up the glass inside my car and re-installed my dash camera, phone holder and EZ-Pass. All of this for half the price of Safelite 😉. Im so impressed and thankful!! Highly recommend Delaware Auto Glass for all of your Glass needs 🙌🏽⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great place, super helpful, had my jeep in and out in half an hour. Theyll even come to your house if you need them to. Nothing against Safelite, but Id rather support a local small business.

When the stranger things in life usually happens it usually cost something! So imagine me driving down the highway traveling from lower half of the state of Delaware back up to the city area. It was a nice a calm day, listening to music with the windows down feeling the breeze. And out of nowhere boom! A huge bird smacks into my window shield. I couldn’t tell whether or not if it was a Turkey vulture or big mother goose. But either way, it my window like a brick. And while the bird was still able to fly away. I unfortunately was not able to drive away.After going through my insurance and reporting the claim. I was thankful that Bob from Delaware Auto Glass was able to help and assist me. In fact, the cost of the window replacement at Delaware Auto Glass was so much more cheaper than the help I would have received from my insurance.Bob gave me the options of bringing my car in to keep safe in their garage, or to leave outside in their trusted parking lot free of charge. My window was fixed the next day, in fact that morning! Delaware Auto Glass has great quality service.

Professional service on time, and done right for the best prices. It is rare to find a gem like DAG. Staff was ready to work on my windshield at 6:55 when I showed up and finished within an hour. The work is impeccable and the new windshield looks great. I will definitely use DAG for any other auto glass repairs I need.

I needed a quick window replacement on my driver door. I was told that it will take an hour and a half. They scheduled me for the next day! It actually took them only not even 10 min. Great service! Will definitely recommend! Bob was the best!

I just went to Delaware Auto Glass on Tuesday, June 29, 2021 and had a great experience. I needed my windshield replaced and called a couple places & they were the cheapest with the fastest availability. Unfortunately I explained the type of rear view mirror I had wrong and accident said it has a camera on it, so they ordered that type of windshield. When I arrived for my appointment which was at 10am, the person who inspected my car with me told me that the camera I was talking about is the one on the dash board, not the mirror, so they had the wrong windshield. I was worried because I needed my car after that day, but he said not to worry because they could order the right one for me by 1pm! So I was able to return at 1pm and get it done! So even though I messed up, they were still super professional and were able to get it finished that same day! And they did a great job!***Also, I was told it would take about 2 hours, but I waited there and it was finished within the first hour! Very quick, professional service. & $200 cheaper than Safelite offered!

Excellent place for windshield repair. No one can beat their price and quality product. Got quote from outsiders for 360$ and 425$ but DAG was able to replace my windshield for $220.

Edit: i did brought it to you guys twice to address the issue not here to argue. You guys claim it was nothing wrong. I should dealt with the dealership which will be less of a headache than hearing the blame game between 2 companies. You guys always claim wrong shop so you guys dont feel blame. Stick up for your work even if you are wrong. Customers always right.Got a new windshield back in June, they replace the windshield but kept the same old molding on which push the molding back. The new windshield was cheap but have some scratches and a chip mark on the top of the new windshield. This was cheaper than other than other places but it wasnt the right window for my car since the sensor couldnt see through the window. So now i got to get a honda window and new molding since the job wasnt done right the first time. If you dont have any sensors on the windshield than this is a go to place but if you do have sensors than best bet to deal with the dealership with that since that stuff is sensitive.

Not recommend this place, I bought a genuine windshield from the BMW so I called this guys to get an appointment and install the windshield and they just told me to be there Friday after 9am, when I arrived to the shop a guy inspected my car and told me if they broken the trims around the glass they are not responsible for that is on my own ant it’s not warranty of the installation because I brought the windshield then he told me to leave the car because it going to take like 3 hours to be done because they got full schedule but no buddy told me that when I called the place, I called bc of that make an appointment (they usually took no more then 1 hour to install a glass) I didn’t have a ride back home so I have to wait almost 4 hours to be done to end this they leave some tapes to protect the windshield move and guess what? when I took the tape back there was a scratch dent. Not a professional place.

Great price, Convenient appointment times. They told me on the phone it would take 90 minutes to replace my windshield. It was done in less than 40 minutes! 45% cheaper than the national chain and such an easy process. Highly recommend this business for your auto glass needs.

I will never go anywhere else. I have used Safelite in the past, but Delaware Auto Glass is faster, better and cheaper. Enough said!

Seems very professional, I saw one customer complaining about price online it said one thing but at the shop one of the worker said something different, thats when I first got there. I was wondering myself.

This place is exactly what the reviews say. Everything on top of amazing!! Great customer service. Very fast and the entire team rocks!! My Windshield had to be replaced and Bob gave me a quote and it was exactly what he said. Called Tue and was able to go in Wed. No issues at all. This was my first time here and will come again if need be! Don’t look anywhere else! They certainly have the best prices. I even witnessed them looking out for a customer. It say Wilmington but they are out Newark. So if you live in Wilmington like me expect a 25 min drive. Also Bob had to answer the phone over 10 times the first 15 minutes I was there, that say a lot about the trust people have with this company.

I scheduled an appointment for Saturday. They call me once I drop my car off to tell me they don’t have the right glass. I rescheduled my appointment for the following Monday. My appointment was at 12pm. I dropped my car off early at 11:30am. They tell me it will be an hour and 15 minutes. I come back at 2:50pm and they tell me it will an extra 30 minutes wait because they were behind. If you want them to be on time I guess you should wait there for an hour. Better communication and customer service would be appreciated.

Im so impressed with my experience here that I had to post while waiting for my car! I have a 22 year old Camry with so much rust damage from the leak caused after safelite installed a windshield years ago improperly leaving James a large gaping hole to repair before installing. He not only built a bridge and new frame but he is NOT CHARGING ME EXTRA for the additional work! I have never had such a pleasant and professional car experience in my life! Literally half the price of Safelite! Good quality work and professional staff. They even saved my Radar Detector Mount that was on my old windshield with 3M tape. Hopefully Ill never need another windshield but if I do Im coming to Delaware Auto Glass!

Our windshield on our van got hit by something while driving. Cracked it from one side to the other. We had recently bought a jeep in Delaware and they had to fix the windshield before we bought it. They said this was the place they use for their dealership. So I figured we would try since the dealer used this place. Wow!! So much more reasonable than going through our car insurance!! And they were so nice and helpful and so quick! Will definitely use them again if needed and recommend them highly.

DAG was great! I highly recommend it!! It was extremely reasonable in price, they got me immediately, which was crucial because I couldnt drive otherwise. The shop staff was amazing! All the gentleman in the shop were extremely nice, courteous and accommodating! Not to mention fast! They did the complete install of my windshield in less than an hour and thanks to them I was back on the road! The only reason I gave four stars instead of five, is because the receptionist was less than friendly. But, no matter, I still again highly recommend this place because they performed their duties beautifully! Thank you DAG staff for promptly getting me back on the road safely and quickly at a price I could afford! God bless them!

Took my vehicle to this location and they did a great job replacing my windshield. I gave only 3 stars due to how uncomfortable I felt in the waiting area. The two employees in the office seemed to hate there jobs and had bad attitudes. Not a great customer service experience for a buisness. I witnessed another customer getting cussed at because he didnt speak full English and the gentleman there said the f bomb many times. Again the work was great just the office employees need to have better customer service skills. I work in retail and know how frustrating customers can be, but thats not the kind of attitude to have if dealing with customers all day!!

My driver had a place on his semi that was spiderwebbing into his field of vision. We normally deal with a local guy here in NC but due to by the time my driver would get back to the south we didnt want to take any chances. I went online looking for a place with good reviews and that could do a semi truck glass replacement. Called and spoke with Bobby and couldnt ask for better service. My guy was about 4 miles away, verified they had the window he needed in stock and he was in and out within an hour. Awesome work you guys and thanks so much for helping us out in a timely matter. Would definitely us them again if have any problems in that area and going to send out contact info to other carriers we know who run that lane. We have to look out for one another. Again thanks for the service!

Broke the clips of the molding around the windshield. They had to glue it down. Also my car returned dirty (see pictures). I guess you get what you pay for.

My windshield was broken out by my x boyfriend over a year ago (domestic violence). They had the windshield in in less than two days. That’s not the best thing they’ve done. They replaced the windshield in 9/2019, I thought my x had broken my windshield washer plugs, but when replacing the heater core 12/28/2020, I realized the hoses never got connected. After calling them, they said bring it right down and they’d fix it. That’s the best customer service I’ve ever had with any company. I MOST DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! Recently bring my car to replace the windshield, look they broke the clips of the windshield trim, they just put the trim back with glue and left the trim 1” wide open ugly job in the end, I call the next day to see if they can fix back, Bob speak with me and he say that my trim has glue before, don’t believe that cause is the first time for me to replace the windshield, so I ask for them to fixed, he say they were too busy!! Mr Bob u shouldn’t give that answer to a costumer that already pay, is your guys fault so u should be allowed to fix any day or anytime, people don’t have time to be scheduled any day of the week,I ask u nicely if could be done on Saturday cause is my day off, to me is close of 2 hours ride, loosing another day for something that u guys cause is not acceptable!

Safelite were trying to over charge me, by making me think that they need to install a different camera cover because the glass they have is not 100% compatible?????Delaware Auto Glass got it right the first time without marking up the price.

I called to get a copy of an invoice. I spoke with Bob and he stated he would email me the copy right away. After 20 minutes and no invoice, I called back just to make sure I had given him the correct email address. He instantly became agitated and stated, we gave you an invoice before, did you lose it? I simply stated, no, we misplaced it and that is why I am reaching out to your company. He thought it was funny and proceeded to confirm the email address with me. He stated that he would email it again and before I could say anything, he quickly hung up on me. I called back to request maybe fax the invoice and he said, I dont have a fax, I will email it to you again and do me a favor and dont call back and hung up. I tried to call back to report him to a supervisor but the line rang once and then went dead. I work at a dealership and told my boss what had just happened. My boss was like, who Bob? I said yes. Apparently, Bob is a miserable old man that has no patience and professionalism. Needless to say, we wont do business with this company again. 👍

We sat and waited about 15-20 minutes thinking it was going to be at least an hour ½ we went to lunch up the street by time we sat and ordered our food the repair to the windshield was done.
