I went to this dealership to have an issue with my radio fixed. Donna is very nice and helpful! The customer service was amazing. Dalton from their service department was also very nice. They thoroughly explained everything to me and completed the service the same day. If you are having an issue with your Porsche I would definitely use their service center!

Bought a 2018 Porsche Cayman online from them. The price was inline to what I had found online and it came as Porsche Certified.I have two issues with the purchase, one they were way more expensive with the document fees than any other option online. They charged $895 which was 25 - 30% more than I saw at other dealers online.Second and more upsetting was when the car arrived, I started it and it immediately informed me that an oil change was overdue. This would have been obvious at the dealership and they shipped it anyway. I’m not concerned about the cost, it’s that I had to take it in the same day I bought it for service. It makes me wonder what else was neglected.I like the car, it’s as they advertised it. I would not buy from them again b/c of the oil change issue. I would be concerned that they are not very diligent.

Is anybody listening, on Monday and Tuesday of this week I called the finance dept of your dealership and got a recording telling me to leave a message and someone would get back to me. I am interested in getting an extended warranty for my wife’s cayenne, nobody called me back, called again on Wednesday talked to a young lady who sad they had a customer in the finance dept and when finished would call me back. She did call but said she was new there and would have to speak to somebody more qualified to get info and would call me back on, still haven’t heard from anyone. I called another Porsche dealer and got info right away.when I purchased two cars in one day everybody wanted to talk to me and now no one

After spending the past 16 years dreaming of the day Id be able to purchase this car and then the last 7 months viewing all available cars online, I was finally able to find it! I had called the dealership inquiring about one I saw online; however it had already been sold earlier that same day. My sales rep, Richman, called me about another one that they had ordered for another client that did not move forward with the purchase. He was quick to send me information so that I could make a decision as these cars dont last long. This is the 2nd car Ive purchased from an out of state dealer and the experience was amazing. I was able to call Richman day or night and even on the weekends. Depending on what your purchasing, its a big commitment and knowing that he was there to take my calls was unexpected and truly appreciated.

So, I feel I must update my review - when I arrived to pick up my Macan GTS, all the paperwork had been already been signed, etc. While Richie was showing me the car, we noticed some slight curb rash on one wheel and a couple of spots with a little clear coat peeling. I knew I wasnt buying a new car, so these werent deal-breakers, but Richie said he didnt feel good about these flaws, and said he would have the dealership cut a check toward fixing them, since I didnt live close enough for them to do it. It was a surprising and unexpected gesture (but Ive also been around enough to have heard a few things from sales reps...). So, there in my mail today is a check from Porsche Delaware, as promised. Amazing!! The car is fantastic and Im looking forward to my next opportunity to be a loyal customer. Went in to get my first 10K mile service on my brand new 2017 Macan (Not a Lease) and I had already prepaid for the maintenance plan service when I purchased the car. Came home and when parked in the garage the engine starts sputtering and I smelled something burning so I turn off the car. I turn it back on and the engine light comes on, the engine is violently sputtering and I see smoke coming out from beneath the hood. I turn off the car again and look under the hood to find out that the engine oil cap is missing with oil splattered all over the engine compartment and other components and smoke as a result of burning oil off the engines surface. This is UNACCEPTABLE and would give them 0 stars if I could so I had the dealership tow the car back to their shop to CORRECT THIS MESS. This was a direct breach of the service plan that I prepaid for and expect them to MAKE THINGS RIGHT. I am still waiting for their findings on whether theres permanent damage to the car engine (2 days no call back so far)

We purchased used low mileage CPO 2014 Porsche Cayenne GTS from Porsche Delaware. Our sales associate was Michael Young. Corresponded with Michael several times and he always answered all my questions and concerns. Car was exactly as represented with no surprises. We basically bought the car sight unseen so I was very happy with the condition of the vehicle when we finally picked it up.We flew into PHL and Porsche Delaware arranged transportation to the dealership. It was late Friday when we finally arrived and they stayed late to finish all the details. Everyone was very professional and friendly.The best part was Michael was totally no pressure. Just picked up our CPO Cayenne GTS and can’t say enough nice things about this dealership. Despite my being 300 miles away in Connecticut and never seeing the car in person, General Sales Manager Alex Witham made this process easy, with no stress and no drama, taking the time to thoroughly answer all my questions, even pointing out a few minor cosmetic flaws I probably wouldn’t even have noticed in person. Alex was professional, fair, knowledgeable, transparent and unlike virtually every other Porsche sales manager I’ve dealt with, there was zero attitude. The dealership is spotless and everyone I dealt with was friendly, professional and went out of their way to make the experience exceed expectations. I can’t recommend this dealership enough. And best of all, the car was in even better condition than the pictures. Porsche Delaware: there is no substitute!

Other local Porsche dealers do not compare.The service is always top notch, the methodology Porsche uses for appointments and test drives, seemed more proven and not fresh-out-of-the-box with a multitude of mistakes.The test drives were easy, the negotiations were easy, the setting up the electronics was easy, finance took 10 minutes, and the sales process was hassle-free.Of note, my sales person, Dave was on top of it. Always returned phone calls, answered every question, and did a two-car deal like it was one. His calm, knowledgeable and nonplussed demeanor is what one would expect from a pro.The clean-up was also noted, all surfaces during the pandemic were clean, and personal disinfectants were available. Its the small things that make one feel safe in C-19 that will keep things moving. This Porsche Delaware dealership was an example of what should be done, not what one hopes is done.So, it wasnt just picking up a best driving 911, it was doing it without - making a face.Good team they have over there.

*WARNING* DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.. YOUR POCKETS WILL HURTTheir Certified Preowned vehicles are known to have past accidents. Mine is the perfect example. Their CPOs are meaningless.Purchased a Porsche Macan Turbo Certified Pre-owed. I was lied to about the car being in any accidents. A few weeks after I purchased the car, clearcoat was peeling from the passenger side door, thus I found out the car was in multiple accidents (I thought CPO cars were suppose to be like new). I was over it shortly, because I understand people make mistakes. They agreed to fix the car and did so. A few months after I noticed the driver side door and quarter panel was significantly displaced and gapped. This had caused damage on the interior door paint because the door screw was rubbing against it due to the door being improperly placed. I also saw that a watertight plug was missing that is suppose to block off water from getting inside the door (it probably was water damage now) In addition it looks as if the clear coat they replaced was not blended in properly and it appears to have 2 different colors of white paint upon close inspection. I firmly believe they glanced over it for 10 seconds and slapped a CPO certification on it. Now they want me to drive 1000 miles back to Delaware to get this resolved a second time around. I will not inconvenience my work and put extra wear and tear on my car because of the evil act they pulled on me.I live in Florida and the salesman knew this, thus I feel like he unloaded a car he knew had issues and tried to pull a fast one on me. I was a dream buyer, I did not haggle and I was a quick and kind buyer. I respect sales people and how hard sales people work for I am salesperson myself. However, I digress upon the scummy sales people at this establishment; its 2021 and scummy sales people ripping people off still exists, what a shame. I need to stop taking people for their word because Porsche of Delaware are not people of their word. I am also in the sales profession and I am so ashamed that people like this still exist, giving us salespeople such a bad name and reputation; it hurts us all. Karma comes for us all and this establishment and that sales person (Dave S. was his name) will certainly experience it 10 fold if they have not already experienced it.This is suppose to be Porsche. However, it seems as though this dealership does not give a hoot about the brand reputation. The fact they Certified Preowned a vehicle that has been in multiple accidents is beyond me and they way they handled their mess up and the way they treated me has left a nasty sour taste in my mouth.DO NOT BUY from this shady dealership.

Sales associate, MY, and staff sold me a 2017 boxster. Is a beautiful car delivered to me about 5 hrs from dealership . Bought it unseen exc for pics and vid. Was clean, looked like new. They took care of paperwork efficiently. Sales associate was pleasant and appeared to do all in his power to facilitate process. Learned that with delivery 5-6 hrs need to be bit flexible on delivery time but delivery was done within about a week of all paperwork done even with me being away a few of those days. Happy so far

I also found out that the entire car should have been reviewed with me at time of purchase, but that was also not done. I was handed the keys by Vic and told to have a good day. Needless to say, the entire process that Porsche Certified buyers expect to received was not done to Porsche specs. If you are purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, I would certainly make sure to know the Porsche certification process to make sure that you are not just given the keys and told to have a good day as I was.Final engagementThe dealership manager, Michael, contacted me to figure out how things could be fixed. He offered me a couple options including to have someone drive 1.5 hours to get the car to bring it to a service station to have the emissions completed. Recently bought my first 911 from Porsche of Delaware. Ive been looking for the right CPO 911 for quite a while and have been talking with the team in Delaware for several months. Wesley did a fantastic job of updating me on inventory every few weeks and I finally found the car Id been looking for. From there, the experience was fantastic, working with Wesley, Richie, and Rob. Through the process I meet the service team, toured the facility, and was advised on every step. I bought the car three weeks ago, but picked it up this past weekend as they completed a performance exhaust and refinished the brakes. Had a great experience at this dealership, david sold us a cayenne and we had a really quick and easy transaction, only took a couple of hours. He was upfront with the pricing and did his best to accommodate any needs we might need. I had to drop off the car for ceramic coating for a few days and he took care of us by providing a loaner at no charge, definitely appreciate their service!

I have never been to a better car dealership. Instantly I was greeted by David with the most welcoming smile. He was patient and answered all my questions thoroughly, he did not make me feel as though I was wasting his time, he didn’t make me feel obligated or pressure to make a purchase. I have a 2007 Cayman that required its 60,000 mile service. The staff was professional and explained the service in detail. I was told a time that my vehicle would be completed and ready for pick up. Down to the hour I received a call from the dealership informing me my vehicle was ready. I would highly recommended Newark Porsche for any type of mechanical repair for any Porsche owner.

From walking in the door to walking out after the job was done perfectly, what a great experience getting my car serviced (which isn’t usually the case when dealing with car repairs) The staff was extremely helpful and took the time to explain what the issue was and how best to fix it. Had correspondents with David a few days... went to see the vehicle on a Sunday.Liked it enough to drive up after work and drive the vehicle. I had a trade they made an offer on, I had their price on the vehicle... for some reason they really wanted to know my payoff...(Look when buying a vehicle you just need to know their price and and the trade value) was not a big deal made, but it was just odd...Specially when this was a cash deal...I was seriously hungry and had to go...I expected to get a follow up communication but never did...BTW: I got a call while driving home from a different dealer same vehicle different color, priced Right and bought it that night...Google ratings analyst

Today I had unreal and upsetting experience of trying to buy a 2017 911 CPO at Porsche of Delaware. Last Wednesday I spoke to Mike Young regarding two of the 911s and decided to drive 2 hours from central NJ to see, drive and possibly buy one of the CPO vehicles. Mike assured me, even though he will not be available on Friday, but he there are other sales people that will help me in presenting the vehicle. After arriving at 1:30 PM, as I discussed with Mike, we approached Pierre, who said that he is busy and cant help us. We explained that we drove 2 hours from NJ and asked if he can give us the key so we can look at the vehicles he said something like give me a a minute and disappeared. We waited in the show room until 3 PM. Two other sales people present whole time in the show room successfully pretended we are invisible without Evan asking if we need any help. My son and I left the dealership very upset without any help from any of your staff. This experience is unreal to me because you are in business of selling cars, times are tough and your staff should be super friendly, nice and ready to help. The Porsche of Delaware must follow different set of rules dealing with clients during the COVID 19 times.

Mike DiDio, Kyle Dunn and Marianne in the finance area all worked together to give me an amazing deal on a gently used 2016 911 4S convertible - the transaction was discussed over the phone, and once we agreed on details, I was in and out of the dealer in 45 minutes. Docs were all reviewed in detail, I was trained on the finer points of the vehicle, and I left with a wide smile driving down the highway to my home 100 miles away. Worst dealership ever run by a bunch of crooks. They have a bunch of hidden fees and always play games with the monthy lease/purchase numbers to lie to customers. Just do business with another Porsche dealership like I did to save yourself some time and money.
