Place looks nothing like online pictures.Drove 6 miles or more to visit this store..only to find a very run down neglected store. The fish tanks looks so horrid...theres a lot of tanks and fish perhaps..the store smell crazy like theres a lot of animals in there..but all I saw was some birds, a snake eek, and a poor turtle looks like its hanging 0n for dear life. I saw an bunch of dead fishes floating around. The tanks looks like theyre hanging in there on their last breath ...

I went to this store today and I met the owner Mark great guy he really knows alot about the fish he was so helpful I bought 2 beautiful fish but I was looking at one fish earlier when I got there but ended up get two different ones so he gave me a great deal on my fish then on top of that the fish I was looking at earlier he gave to me and my bday and he y thank you so much Mark see you guys soon

Silver Fishland is my new go to for pet supplies. Mark is very knowledgeable in what he does, especially when it comes to fish. His prices are all reasonable. He was able to come the same day to my home to clean my tank and check my filters, giving me pointers along the way for future maintenance. Best of all, he did such an amazing job and my tank has never been better in just the few short days.

Writing this review more as a plead - PLEASE, update your business hours. You are ALWAYS closed when I come. I called once and was told you close at 6. I arrived by 5:30 and you were already closed. It says online you close at 8. Obviously these are not your new coronavirus hours! I call and no one answers the phone. I will update my review once I am able to use your business!!

This is such a cute shop! Originally from upstate NY and found this on a mini trip. Owner is nice and friendly, definitely knows his stuff....not only does he have fish, but lots of birds and baby bunnies! Animals looked happy and cared for. Highly recommended and we plan on coming back for future fish purchases, I lucked out with a new bunny!

What an excellent place this store has become! The new owner was extremely kind. From greeting us when we walked in, to helping us and the other customers giving us all equal attention and answering all of our questions. I can tell that he truly cares about both the pets and the customers! He has a great selection and great service! Definitely a place I would recommend going to!

I walked in and was greeted politely. I had purchased two turtles for my kids in New York and after multiple attempts, they weren’t eating any of the turtle food I purchased. I explained what my issue was and the gentleman immediately knew what to give them. The turtles ate every single piece of live bait that was placed in the tank. They knew exactly what to do.

Great store with a lot of different selections. Went in looking for a specific fish, that they didnt have, but the owner went out of his way to pick it up for me. He is very knowledgeable and you can tell he cares about the fish and other animals in the store. I will definitely keep coming back.

Nice little mom and pop shop. The owner and his wife go above and beyond for their customers and the animals that they have in the store. They have a great selection of both salt and freshwater fish. I definitely recommend getting all of your aquarium supplies from them.

After the interesting store this place used to be, I am happy to find out it is under new ownership. Big selection of fish, variety of cichlids as well as other species. Excellent prices, excellent customer service. Could tell the owner genuinely loves fish and is happy to just converse with you as well as answer any questions. Fish appear well cared for and are treated as if every fish there was from their personal tank instead of just a product. Friendly atmosphere, the owner is nice and will answer any questions you ask. If they dont know theyre honest about it which I appreciate cause most places will make up what they think the answer is. There stock of fish selections have improved as well. Prices are pretty decent, not expensive compared to other places. I would definitely recommend checking them out.

Great selection of fish salt/fresh. Also at great prices. Every time I stop by it’s almost impossible to leave without something. They also carry my filter and food supplies so it makes it so much easier for me to get what I need and not have to go far. Would definitely recommend them. They also have a amazing selection of African cichlids and a beautiful display tank at there window.

This store is an absolute delight. Walking into the store, you are greeted with sounds of birds and running fish tanks. The owner is kind, generous and funny as he describes the personalities of the various animals in his store. He is very accommodating and is willing to do the extra mile for his customers. SIlver Fishland is now my go to for my tropical fish needs.

Mark is very knowledgeable, and more than willing to chat.The selection of thier fish department is surprisingly vast considering the size, and there is also many other pets and supplies, Im just a fish junkie lol. If there was a option for no stars, that’s what I would have put. I bought a mouse to feed a younger snake, and come home to see that it was very ill, eyes crusted over, extremely lethargic, and not even the size that I had asked for. This is a establishment that possesses live animals, so this establishment is responsible for the lives of every animal that is contained under that roof, and any animal that has been made ill from a “feeder” animal. If I hadn’t made sure the mouse was in decent condition, as per usual, I could have had a very ill snake. If I see that nothing is to be done about this, I will contact the proper authorities to take a proper look. You are dealing with living beings, not inanimate inventory.

Customer service sucks there and the guy is very dishonest

I love coming to this store the two owners Ray and Tucker are very Knowledgeable about the aquatic life. Because of them I’m able to start my very first salt water tank with confidence and not being afraid to ask them any questions I would need help with.

I headed to this spot after I figure that Fishland is under new management, stuff was so helpful, fishes are so beautiful and shiny. I got 4 glo tetras which is lovely also products are good quality. We need such a place in neighborhood, Thanks for opening this store again!

Great place to buy fish, we went there for to buy fish and the owner gave us a free 10 gallon tank. We got two Oscars and they are doing great.

Horrible treatment for the not fish animals, my sister came home crying! There is a kitty that is way too skinny and mice and hamsters and their babies. All of them are poorly fed.

Terrible place to purchase your pets. Anytime I walk into store fish are in poor shape stressed covered in ick or dead. If you look close enough you’ll see a few roaches scurrying by or coming out of the open bags of food. Have Walked in and seen guinea pigs eating Chinese food. Owner tells you what you want to hear if it gets the sale. No guarantees given on any pet. Bird cages are filthy more often then not. Have walked in at times to see parakeets and finches dead or looking ill. Have seen parrotlets in the store as well as lovebirds conures and larger parrots as well as ferrets and some other exotics which I’m positive they likely don’t have permits to sell as the USDA would never grant one in such conditions. The quality of the food they feed there pets is terrible. Someone really needs to look into this place it’s almost as bad as when it got shut down a few years ago.

I bought a snake recently from here. The next day it died. Ive had 3 snakes for more than a couple years and never ever had problems. First off they fluxuate with pricing. Second they didnt wanna give me any money back. Even after I spoke to the manager he swept it under the rug as if it wasnt fault.the lady was really nice. Everyone else just seemed strung out.

Its okay. Went in and the water bowls for the kittens were yellow and had what looks like poop floating in one bowl. I saw poop in the dogs area where they were playing. Their saltwater tanks werent set up but they did say they had to change them out. I didnt know what to expect but I was disappointed in their conditions. It smelled awful. The person in the shop said his coworker took the keys for the animals home which is also very unprofessional.
