The gentleman that waited on us was super nice. They were super busy on Friday afternoon and he still got us in for an oil change. Never disappointed when we go there. I wish I could remember his name.

I originally took my car to another shop for a battery change. They had tested the battery and said it was good and suggested I take my car to Mathews because it was possibly the BCM. Fantastic! I called Mathews and after explaining what I had been told, they said they could bring the tester to the Quick Lane on Saturday to check it out. I dropped my car off as soon as they opened and was told it would probably be 4-5 hours. That was fine with me. An hour later I received a phone calland was told it was in fact my battery. It would be 45 minutes to changed the battery and I could take my car home. We went back immediately. Not even 10 minutes later I was driving my car home. These guys are fantastic! I cannot praise them enough. I will definitely return and will also recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you so much guys! Keep up the awesome work!!! Oh yeah, it ended up being $60 cheaper than the other shop quoted me AND it has a full 3 year warranty!

They are very honest and quick

Went in 2 hours before they closed on a Saturday. They balanced and installed 4 new Goodyear Assurance tires and did an alignment and test drive all in about an hour and a half. Ten year old car drives like a new one. Great job!

My name is Doug Kinney and I had been doing business with Newark Quick lane for a very long time. i purchased 2 batteries there a while back due to the warranty that came with them. Both batteries were still under warranty one had 3 years left the other 4 years. I went in to let them know the battery was bad, they looked it up on the computer and said my purchase date and yes you are still covered with your warranty. Next they asked if I had my receipt? I said no, cant you just print that off.NO could not and would not help me. After all the years of dong my business there they were not going to help me out with this matter. I did get an email from the manager apologizing. too late. keep your receipts folks..GO ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR NEEDS. I WILL NOT GO THERE AGAIN.

I brought my subaru in for a 4 wheel alignment as I could hardly stay on the road safely. They did an amazing job at a reasonable rate. I always leave my car and they call when done.. Great place

Oil change that ended up costing me $250. They didnt change an o-ring properly...just jammed a new one on top. A week or so later my car was leaking oil so I took it to the dealership, concerned there might be a transmission leak. No, the oil change wasnt done properly. Thanks, Quick Lane.

Have always been courteous and do good work. Prices are reasonable and they dont try and add unnecessary items to the bill like some other places.

Ive had routine maintenance here several times and I feel they do a great job. I cant give them a high recommendation because of the long waits that are typically much longer than originally quoted.

Went in at 10:30 this morning was told two-hour wait which was fine places are busy but after two and a half hours still wasnt done the last 15 minutes I watched four guys just stand around my car laughing and talking was not pleased. I get places are busy sometimes you have to wait but I will not wait again.

Had brake lines replaced (allegedly) here this past January. Five thousand miles later Im at a different mechanic in New Philadelphia getting the brake lines replaced *again* and getting the front axle replaced (work I cannot actually afford). Why? Just got off the phone with QL after asking to talk to the supervisor on the invoice, Roger McDonald, and ended up speaking with some snotty mechanic instead who informed me that they only did *half* the job, and charged $500 labour for the privilege, and its my own fault for not reading the story at the bottom of the invoice which, in fact, states that *2* break systems were replaced, not one. Now that the rotten brakes went out, and I had to run my car into a culvert and destroyed the front axle to avoid a nasty accident with a truck, Im paying more than double to get the job done right.Never trust a dealership mechanic. Never.

Was quoted an hour wait. Around 3 hours, it was getting irritating. Guy keeps quoting people on the phone 1 hour. I over hear a tech saying they needed more oil and a front desk guy goes and gets more cases of oil. Will be changing my own oil from now on and keeping those receipts.

They broke a piece off my car then tried to make me pay for what they broke ended up at the dealership for them to service it. Im due for a new car but since the service was so bad I wont be using them

I found this quicklane very unresponsive and uncooperative. This is the location that put in a clutch and pedal assembly for me. But when I asked them to check on it, they would not even look at it, and said we dont do that here. Then I requested a shuttle to get me to work, and an hour later I am still waiting. No one checked on me, and only checked on the shuttle status after I asked how long it would be. Worst service I have ever gotten here...
