If u go to auto sport I highly recommend Anthony . I came to get a Chevy 2016 and this was by far the best decision I could have made . Anthony knew what he talking about and he was completely fair . Buyer beware! Scam artists. Same owners as the AMG Little Ferry location. They just keep closing up shop and relocating somewhere else in order to offset their poor reputation then make fake reviews. Garbage service. Dont do any business.

The experience with AMG auto sport was one to remember. I drove 5 hours from Rochester New York to Newark New Jersey to purchase a 2015 Dodge Challenger. Upon arrival I wasn’t pleased with some minor things with the vehicle and thought I drove all that way for nothing. Happily I took a test drive with Anthony one of the salesman there and he assured me that the owner would work out any issue I might have. Anthony treated me like a brother rather than a salesman trying to get a sale. To make a Long story even longer, Anthony was right and the owner worked everything out to where I was over pleased!!! Horrible customer service! This place expects the customer to do what the salesman should. I was an online customer and was told showroom had priority! I called to report my issue to the sales manager and guess what, the person I was dealing with was the manager. Not surprised there are so many bad reviews!

I had a FANTASTIC experience purchasing my FIRST vehicle strictly online from this dealership. I knew the specific vehicle I wanted and I was able to find that vehicle on cargurus which lead me to this dealership. I contacted them right away and was able to get help right away and everything was handled with professionalism from the start. Lee(sales guy) was totally AWESOME in helping me every step of the way. Numerous times he would answer right when I called and answer all of my questions. I was slightly hesitant because I never purchased a vehicle online without every seeing it in person but Lee was able to calm my fears and reassured me with sending any documents(carfax) that I requested. Just speaking with him over the phone I could tell that he was a nice guy. The supervisors that helped with the transaction were pleasant to work with and did not try to play any pricing games that you sometimes hear of online. The delivery of my vehicle arrived on time as promised and was just like the photos online. I can truly say that Lee and rest of staff were PHENOMENAL in the entire buying experience and if I totally recommend their services.

This dealership is one of the faults. a salesman by the name of Anthony drove me from Washington DC to New Jersey, for a car we heard at a price, being on the spot he makes me believe someone else made an offer more that if I cant, its not worth it. So to start off i was looking for a car and called them before ariving asking if i would need a co-signer with my specific credit score. I was told i didnt need one and went looked at a nice nissand and went back to fill out paperwork. I was then told after it was too late to recieve plates so come back in the morning. I already paid for the car and insurance. I go back and was told i needed a cosigner now. I was able to be approved for another car and i setteled with that. I took home my new car and then was told 2 weeks later come back to fix paperwork. I GO IN AND THEY TELL ME MY LOAN WAS TAKEN BACK AND I CANT GET THE CAR. it was by far the worst experience ever and wish i never walked in there. So im still waiting on my refund for the car and now 2 different insurance refunds.

At first seem ok, but two months later my car starts showing major car problems. They sold me a faulty car and showed no responsibility, basically said you’re on your own your problem now. Very disappointed to have gotten my car here. Also make sure the price listed is the price they sell it to you because they raise the price of the vehicles once you get there by a significant amount. Btw they ask for the reviews, these are probably not genuine.

I contacted them...slow reply. I drove two hours to buy a car and I had to walk away because I was not happy with $3k in dealer fees on top of tax title and tags. Result a $14k car was $18k plus. Worst dealer experince I have ever had even after loving the car..

Worst car buying experience. Never trust their sales and internet sales person. Negotiated price over email ( back and forth for about two week ). Finally asked to stop by. Once there the person who talked over email never shows up.Other person says, he give you price to bring you in to show room. Original Price + Documents + transit fee + tax + other fees ( 7K )...Every time they come back with additional prices ....after final price we agreed....person come after 30 min with another 1K and claimed that we agree on that prices....Left out with out buy..Its nothing but cheaper...Never ever will go there and highly recommend not to waste your tine

I didn’t get the opportunity to buy a car here. Too many red flags. Probably for the best.I’ll share-They advertise the car I was looking at as certified pre owned. Their sales rep told me it was as well. It is not. Confirmed the VIN number with a Mercedes dealer. They lied.Called 3 times at their direction with no call back after expressing serious interest about a specific car knowing my lease is up within 60 days.Made an appointment to see a car the previous day. Called on the way per the sales person and the car wasn’t even on site (it was I n a different state being detailed) Didn’t even have the decency to call and let me know knowing I’m driving from Long Island.Spoke to 3 unreliable sales people. All 3 knowledgeable, unreliable, and never return phone calls.As I mentioned, I didn’t get the opportunity to buy a car here. But as a serious buyer and car lover, I think you should be weary based on my experience here.

Worst experience ever: Firs they ask for ID to run your credit without asking for your permission. The price they advertise on the internet is not the same. Make sure you verify the tire and brakes on the vehicle your going to buy. They sold me a car without brakes, rotor and all most no tire. The car after 60 mph vibrate. They sent me to staten island to fix the brakes and to change tires, they change the breake and still waiting on tires. They said they will take care of license plates they never did still waiting 1month after I bought the car. Miguel will tell you that he is going to take care of you but is all lies. Today 3/3/2020 I cant use my car because I have a expired Temporary license plates thanks to Miguel once again. I will never recommend this place to buy a car.
