There was a line waiting for 20 minutes just to get in.. but once in things worked fine!!!But as a new customer, I have yet to see what worth there is in their Android service!!!

I was having trouble ordering AirPods online and I was extremely disappointed. I went to the store and the sales associate Manny was so helpful! He honored the discount in store that I was trying to get online. After he was finished with my transaction he proceeded to inform of my options of upgrading my phone. He was very knowledgeable and the customer service was top notch! I will definitely be returning to that location again!

Raymond is very nasty and disrespectful, I had questions about my service. He answered a couple of questions sarcastically and in the midst of me asking another question he caught an attitude rolled his eyes and walked away! That was very rude and unprofessional!

Shout out to Manager José Galindo for his outstanding customer service. After endless conversations with Customer Care, Fraud Department and Collection and NO ONE, was able to fix an improper charge to my bank account, since I never had an AT&T phone nor mobile service. This guy and one of the members of his team took his time to call and talk to whoever it was needed until he find a solution, even after I stormed into his store due to my frustration.EXCELLENT JOB!!!

I got a Terrible experience from this store, they deserve a 0 star if I can make. They are good at playing fraudulence to the costumer. They offered me a promotion for free iPhone 7 with 30months lease, the sales told me it’s totally free. But I found the bill still charge me $5 for installment and also he added an insurance and protection fee on my plan without consenting me! !!!! Don’t go to this store and never deal with these guys in store!!!!!!!!!They keep pushing the liability away when I went back to their store!!!

Short staffed. I came here for a curb side Pick up order. There are many customers and only two workers to assist. Long wait times I would not suggest coming to this location.

I just drove 20 minutes to get to the store. I get here, and there’s a sign on the door that says out to lunch, be back soon. It’s almost 4:45 PM in the afternoon. You don’t even know when they’re going to be back. How does this happen with an entire AT&T store? This is completely unacceptable. I have no idea what time they will come back, and now I have to drive back home another 20 minutes. Just wasted An hour of my life I’m never going to get back. Very bad service

This is as nice a looking store inside as one you would find in the suburbs. I came in and was greeted by an associate without having to wait. I got what I needed and was in and out in very little time.

Store looked nice and the sales people were nice. Bought a Nokia 920 and all seemed well. I saw a black Friday deal the next day so I called up the ATT Costumer Service Line to see if they could help me out. Thankfully I did, because they had over charged me 70 dollars. I wouldnt trust the people here, they are just looking for ways to take more money out of your pocket.
