Did not like the service! Came in today with my Bf to switch his sim card to his new Iphone he bought.. spanish lady with kinda red hair at the front was rude an had an nasty attitude!🤮 didnt even try to help us. Looks like she didn’t wanted to be at work.. we ended up leaving to the boost mobile in Ferry st. Big difference!! They greeted us & helped us with what we needed!

Im not dissatisfied with the company... But my experience was a lot of dealing with un informed employees... The were polite... But a lot of confusion... They were not well trained...

I never had a problem with Boost Mobile ive been a customer for years an im not going anywhere else. Great service i get my calls everywhere i go. An when i pay my bill the workers are always polite an courteous.

Dont shop here. They lie to make a sale, very Disrespectful and the workers dont know what they are talking about with the service. Also most of the things they sell is cheap and will break on you. You also dont know who works there because they all dont have uniforms on. I warned you and good luck with your experience. But keep in mind you can find another phone store thats better close by.
