It took 4 days to fix a cracked screen. One day they didnt answer the phone. I live an hour away and after driving up there after being told it would be done, still had to wait for him to finish. After it was finally done I had to figure out how to get it to reconnect to my network. Had to reset my phone from settings menu. Not sure how this place is an authorized shop for All-State insurance repairs. He gets 2 stars because the screen is fixed and the price was reasonable.

Took my old iPhone in to have the screen replaced for my son to use it for games. He replaced the screen… great! Took my phone home and it suddenly can’t take pictures front or back. Took it back and he re connected the camera. I tried plugging it in to charge and it’s having trouble charging all of a sudden. I also noticed it is no longer connected to WiFi and cannot connect to WiFi. Yes he fixed the screen but caused so many other issues. I don’t really want to take it back to him because he gave me a hard time about not charging me for the camera issue even though he was the one who broke it.

Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. He fixed my son phone that was cracked before I took it everything Worked beside the screen. Picked it up my son speaker isn’t working then he tries to make me pay 60 to fix it. He overpriced and does the phone I his time and whenever he want to. If he doesn’t twang to work he’ll make you pick it up the next day or hours later. And he has a slick mouth and ignore you if he doesn’t want to talk to you NEVER AGAIN !

If you need a screen for an S5 replaced, this is not the place to go. Youre better off sending it to Samsung to be replaced. What a damn rip-off. $200?? Seriously? The manufacturer charges $182 how on Earth is that logical?? Highway robbery at its finest.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR REPAIRS!!! I went here to replace a battery in my phone for $50 and they ended up breaking it! I had to pay an extra $35 to get my broken phone back! Currently in a civil suit with them. Again, DO NOT GO HERE! There is another shop about a mile down the road across from McDonalds & pnc bank. I wish I would have went there instead.

If i could give it zero stars, I would. Charged me $155 to fix a screen on a phone, took them 5 weeks and the screen they put on didnt work, I guess they didnt take the 3 seconds to test it. Waited another 4 weeks to get a new screen and it was hanging off the phone. Such a poor repair job that I went ahead and bought a new phone because the screen looks like it will rip off the phone after about 5 minutes in your pocket. Also they dont answer the phone ever so you will have to drive there a few times a week until your phone is done. They were constantly telling me come by tomorrow when I would show up (cause they wont answer the phone) so I probably wasted at least $30 in gas driving there to attempt to pick up my phone, taking it back to get fixed twice after the repair was finished.Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else. Totally unprofessional operation.
