I am sure there is so much volume sold at this location, but the staff is so unfriendly. Not a lot of choices except the Dunkin I found at the end of the C terminal. Ordered a simple grande cold brew.

I was reading these reviews and it kinda shocked me because I had a really good experience hence why I wanted to leave a review! I just got coffee there and they were all so nice and all treated me really well. I noticed people in front of me being rude to them and they held their composure ... Super professional and really nice overall thanks for the coffee and recommending that I should gear up my scone. It was amazing warm! 😊

I am a partner with Starbucks stated it to the lady taking my order and she said she would. That discount did not happen on top of it she also stated that my discount could not be used on store product. This is not the protocol for partners I lost money by her not asking for my numbers.

4 girls standing around. One just writing in a notebook talking about what she is doing this weekend. Ordered 2 frapps. One with no whip cream. Got 2 with whip cream. After waiting in line for 20 minutes and after everyone who ordered after me got their drinks. Terrible service. I’ve never been treated so badly at a Starbucks.

If possible, i would have given negative rating.. Ordered an white chocolate mocha and did not get my mocha for 20 mins..... People who ordered after me got the same before me ... waited for 20 mins, asked them several times and I was told rudely to wait and not to hurry....finally left without having the mocha...

I can’t believe how rude the girl was taking our order. We were in terminal C at 5:45pm on October 31st. We had an $20.00 bill that was ripped however all serial numbers were still on the bill. She was so rude on how she told us she couldn’t take the bill. She basically yelled at me I was so embarrassed. Bad customer service. All she had to say I’m sorry but I can’t accept this bill instead of carrying on infront of everyone.

Took a very long time getting my order. Workers joke around too much and make inappropriate comments, not professional. Drinks come out in wrong order, a man after me got served first. Staff make fun of some customers.

Got up to the counter to order. Kid short hair too busy giggling to get my order right. Ordered a VENTI Carmel Ribbon Crunch with extra carmel. I got a grande with no extra carmel. Told the girl who made it and she looked at the label and told me he charged me for a grande with a snippy attitude and handed me the drink giggles didnt put in correctly and walked away. I have a starbucks account and in all the years I have ordered I have NEVER ordered a grande anything. The kids in this store need to be taught customer service. Bad attitudes, wrong size, order wrong, one star. Nice job kids! Order says 1:34pm Mon Jan 27, 2020. Wont be visiting this place the next tine I fly out of here.

Too unprofessional. The ladies who were serving were very rude. She was throwing food at customers. And cashier lady denied to give change for 100$ bill even when I bought food of 30$ .And the most irritating was she gave me one banana bread though I paid for two.Worst Starbucks experience ever. Never expect such service from a brand like Starbucks. We never pay to buy such rude and harsh behavior .hope authority will do something, otherwise they are gonna lose a lot of customers.

The Frappuccino consists of 50% ice and not of the drink itself. Did not get what I ordered. Both drinks came wrong. These guys dont take their work seriously.

Been waiting outside for 10 minutes for them to open. They keep making themselves breakfast and going in the back to eat. 4 people standing and looking at me like I’m not here.After 15 minutes I asked if they planned on opening. They told me that they open at 5:30 when i was told 5:00 earlier.
