I don’t see myself switching from this specific location at all! They have a loyal customer for life. The ladies in the front are professional, and so very kind! The prices are reasonable and they work with you even if for whatever reason it’s a bit high. Another thing that I like about this office is that they see you within 10-15 minutes of you walking through the door. There’s no long wait time or issues from delaying your visit. They get you in and out. Amazing job!! 10/10.

Going to Ferry Street Optical was such an amazing experience. Their office was so wonderfully organized and decorated. Dr. Bajaj was so comforting in her office. I always come to Ferry Street Optical when I need new glasses. They have a good variety of styles, and the best customer care! Vanessa and Ana helped me pick the perfect pair for my face and luckily they had my lenses in stock at the store so I left it with my new glasses the SAME DAY!

The examination was quite thorough, with follow-up appointments have been scheduled to address concerns and my family history. The service for selecting appropriate frames was excellent, as well. Muriel spent quite a bit of time with me, showing me frame options, answering price questions and providing me with insurance information.

This was my first time at Ferry Street Optical. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted and checked-in promptly. My wait time was minimal. Dr. Edwards was very thorough and the eye exam was done with cutting edge technology. I was so scared to drive home with dilated pupils but they did not need to do that to get an accurate diagnosis or prescription. When it was time to pick frames, the girls helped me pick frames that fit my face perfectly. They had so many frames to pick from, many that can’t be found in other optical stores. I received my glasses and have gotten so many compliments. I will definitely be going back!!!!

My visit to FSO was by far the best experience I have had with optometry. I was first seen by Ms. Vanessa, who then introduced me to Dr. Edwards, who did a more thorough exam than I have ever previously had. She took photos of my retinas, and much to my relief, she found everything healthy. Unlike other optometrists I have seen, she explained to me the damage to eyesight caused by conditions such as diabetes and hypertension,one more reason to quit sugar!!All in all Dr. Edwards and the entire staff were very gracious and made this a pleasant experience. Not happy with the place I spent a lot of money, they don’t even give you a cloth to clean your glasses! Also they only sell high end frames so they can make more money off of you! I also had to go to two different places for repairs because the staff did not know what they were talking about. I would never use them again! I never received a cloth inside any package. I was never offered any type of glasses except designer brands. When I received the text saying my repair was ready I was not told I had to go to two different stores & find parking at the first store which is nearly impossible on Ferry Street. They make excuses for service that is way less than a five star rating. Dont make excuses train your people to do better!

Hello good morning, Unfortunately the attention is good but the lenses have been made to me several times, the quality of the lens they gave me is not good and the lenses have done it several times and they always give me a little more magnification and also They make me wait up to 8 days to get my glasses back when I need them to work so it really hasnt been a good experience, possibly for someone else. Yes, but Im not sorry for that, I only give one star.

I have been a patient of theirs for a few years now, while on quarantine i had to cancel my yearly eye check up appointment and didnt have more contact lenses so i reached out to them and they were able to get me a 6 month contact lenses refill mailed directly to me, paid over the phone, it was quick and a smooth process, Hillary even sent me a tracking number so i would keep an eye on my order. I contacted FSO to inquire about getting lenses put in special frames I purchased. I specifically asked if I had to make an appointment to come in with the COVID restrictions. I was told No No No come right in to Ferry and Jefferson we will take care of you right away. I walked there and arrived in approximately 10 minutes only to be told that there was too many people there to wait outside in the 93° heat (with a heart condition). After waiting and nobody attending me I decided to torture myself more by walking to their other location. There i was attended immediately by a nice woman to whom I explained i have special frames with electronics throughout that need to be cold mounted. She walked to the back then brought out a nasty man with an attitude problem telling me not to tell him how to do his job if he needs to put heat on it he will! I told them to give the frames back and will never go through those doors again. I went to Wise Optical next door to them and was attended immediately and told that they have no issue following the instructions of the frames manufacturer. Stay away from FSO if you want a professional attitude free experience. UPDATE 10/09/20: In response to your response...It is absolutely disgusting the way you decide to lie to deceive the public. Did you forget I had to get my prescription to get my glasses done at another place since you were incapable of doing it!

Talk about service and awesome pricing. Went there for an eye exam and came out with a pair of glasses and a few sets of contacts. Best part, I just had to pay $50. They worked with my insurance and made it all happen.
