Fantastic service. Jenny was professional and understands how to help pick out glasses that fit well and are functional, she understands the best type of frame for a persons face and helped me with the difficult decision of which frame to choose, I highly recommend going to Jenny!

Very pleased with my experience here! Came here to have my eyeglasses repaired using the added insurance I purchased. Definitely recommended based on my experience having just to pay for the minimal copay and the rest was covered by insurance. They had the eyeglasses frame and lens available at store and told me it’ll be finished in about an hour—called me in 30minutes saying it was all complete. Thank you LensCrafters !

Best experience ever. Nicole a nd her team explain everything be careful. I was able to use my insurance and wasn’t expensive as expect. The best was the way they make me feel, highly appreciate and valuable. I do work in hospitality industry and take your customers, guests, clientele is the number one priority. Friendly and professional staff. Felt safe with their monitoring of capacity. My son and I were able to get our orders processed pretty quickly. My son’s pair was ready within the quoted time and they worked well for for him. He’s finally able to see far again with his new prescription. Cannot wait until our other pairs are ready to pick up.

Friendly staff. Social distancing and cleanliness were great. They allowed me to look at glasses without an appointment. I appreciate that. They answered any and all questions and concerns I had. They communicated every to me and were very transparent. Thank you!

I love this location everybody is nice and helpful. My visits are so fast I am in and out as fast as they can get me. Right now with the coronavirus going around I felt very safe there it was very clean and organized. I wanted to write this review to have an employee of yours get recognized she work the front desk and her name is Nicole. Talk about great customer service. Nicole went above and beyond to make sure that I got the perfect glasses and that they fit perfect and that I was happy with them. You guys need three more her and your customer service will be out of this world. Thanks Nicole for all your help.

Did not accomodate disabled and epileptic patient. I understand this is a covid time but still they could have accomodated one off case. There were other people in waiting area where they could have accomodated one disabled person while I wait for my husbands eye check up. We had to cancel our appointment.

Cant go lower than one star.. Horrible staff!! Avoid this store since it is not even within miles of customer services post code. Found 2 sales girls and Assistant Manager by the name of Jennie to be extremely rude and lacking professionalism. They shouldnt even be in customer facing roles!!

I normally don’t post reviews, I was compelled to do so today by the Salesperson n his Manager. My family’s being going to this location for years. This time My wife s lenses started peeling off, we were unconvincingly told by the Manager that this can happen to lenses, unfortunately after 3 months nothing can be done as we didn’t buy the warranty.The salesperson offered to give us a discount if we order another pair of lenses. As my wife needed we agreed to order another pair, this time we will pay for the warranty, just in case this happen againAs we were ready to pay, surprisingly he said the discount can’t be offered on Lenses.He couldn’t explain why he offered at the first place.I asked him if I can talk to the Manager, he said she’s on a conference call whereas she was standing behind me.He even refused to give the prescription information.Social distancing was not followed in the store.Employees were standing next to each other.Next customer was greeted with the same old pair off gloves.This kind of customer service is unacceptable.

This place is not good for differently Abled people.My wife was not allowed to accompany me even after letting them know I am the primary care taker. There was no seat outside in the mall where she could have sat. Accommodation is something that this store does not have at all. Cancelled my appointment and booking at other store.

I made a very boneheaded mistake when ordering contact lenses from this location, I switched the numbers in the address to my new apartment. This new address did not exist, and it set off a massive ordeal of trying to track down where my contacts were and how I could go about recovering them. The staff was amazingly helpful and understanding! They went far above and beyond to correct a mistake that was not in any way their fault.

The doctors are worth a visit, they have good equipments, the shop is a different story, my take is, avoid the shop, it is ok 30 feet away you have other shops selling the same thing.

If I could rate the lab and the office staff 0 stars I would. They lie, cheat, and damage will your your glasses. The optometrist has no control over the staff as it is a seperate business the optometrist is very good. The lens crafters staff is worse then pond scum. They will answer the phone and not acknowledge you and leave the phone off the hook, an I could can make out patient names while they were talking (patient names are protected under law). My wife and I tested them and called in while we were in the store there was no audible ring no one answered for several minutes when they did answer they hung up directly without saying anything.

Always happy to see Dr. Dong, She says she thinks I have beautiful eyes, But maybe she says that to all the guys ? Idk, I chose not to believe that, Id rather believe Im the only one she says that to 😎. Other than that, Always quick & easy for the exam, This last time I went, I didnt have an appointment, she was still able to squeeze me in.

Service is terrible becareful if you come here they have no customer service skills bought two glasses and one was totally wrong then they try to say i didnt order what i did so i returned them the next day they try to fix the problem but didnt care while i was there good luck to anyone who comes here maybe it will be a better experience.

This place sucks. I took my sunglasses in just to get them adjusted to my face and they returned the frames with a obviously chipped lens and tried to tell me they might not fix it. After getting very upset they repaired the lens but returned my frames with a nick and said theyre not liable to fix anything because its a free service. What you kidding me!? Dont take your stuff to this place bc theyre all clearly idiots

Luxxotica gave me a refund .That said, what I did to earn this refund is ...... boggling .BTW, Luxxotica, through Lenscrafters, controls most all ofthe eyeglasses sold in the USA.Ever wonder why a small piece of molded plastic costs hundreds of dollars ?So, here s my story :Glasses replaced twice ( first time under the extended care warranty ) .When the third set of frames needed tightening twice a WEEKI complained to the LC website.The site says we will respond in 24 hours .Aftera MONTH I got a reply --- is everything satisfactory ?NO, its not .,,,,, I write back ........No Reply...............A Week later complained again, finally, through the Live Chat feature ion the LC website, I got a call from the Regional Manager, Nicole.Pointing out that I had spent hours and hours in the local LC branch waiting for repairs on the various renditions of my pair of glasses, I finally got her to authorize a refund.So, turn your glasses in she says --- you have to go back to the LC Branch AGAIN.Wha?How am I supposed to see if I turn the glasses in order as get a refund?More discussion.Fine . I will get another pair ( got one pair at one THIRD THE LC PRICE ) and proceeded toturn in the crappy LC glasses.SO ... I turn them in and wait 45 minutes while the manager types and pecks at her keyboard, trying to find the authorized refund. I was the only customer in the place .Sheesh.Now, I am waiting for the credit to post to my account. Oh, andthey could only give me a partial refund immediately, the rest has to come by Corporate Check. What is this LC ? 1985 ?Get you glasses else where .more info ? email me at houseonthehill123 at Yahoo ----------UPDATE : Partial refund after two days, credited onton my ATM. Whydid it take 48 hours, who knows and they are having to send the remainder by Corporate Check --- the part of the refund for the frames.Get your glasses at Costco,
