Pharmacy staff is usually pretty rude, acting as if customers are an inconvenience to them. If you dont like customers maybe you should find a different job. As a business owner I would never allow my staff to treat customers the way this specific location treats their customers. I gave spent so much money in this store and I regret every penny given.

Rite-Aid is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with! They have kids working the pharmacy that don’t know what they’re doing. They frequently screw-up the of my prescriptions. Go to Walmart because they know what they’re doing.Walmart’s prices on other items besides the pharmacy are half the price of R-A!!!!!!

Very upset was told from manager I was able to r exchange my drink that was purchased within minutes and then was told I owed more money. Its always something and I spent alot of money there and have been a loyalty customer. I work next door and dont feel like the customer service from the manager is friendly like expected. I will no longer be doing business at this location.

This store location has recently completed a remodeling project which renders it a much more appealing shopping experience and environment with improved lighting floor layout, product line (esp. health and beauty). The entire staff is always friendly, very helpful and knows its regular customers by name (even my own which is a difficult one to remember). The pharmacy is fast and courteous, quick to offer assistance on the floor when a particular product is hard to find. Anybody who has not been in the store in the past 4+ months should take the opportunity to witness the transformation in marketing. INCREDIBLE!

Pharmacy fills RXs very fast. The store is always very clean and organized. Decent prices and friendly people. Definitely my favorite pharmacy.

They will not call you to let you know your prescription is ready. They will not answer your queries over the phone. They will Not do anything but tell you, that youre out-of luck. Waited and waited for a script..to be told its expired and need a new one..LONG after Ive been out. Never once did they contact me. Then..they hung up on me after asking why I wasnt informed. Lady was rude and very unprofessional. Would not even try to help me via phone call. Was clear that she had other things to do..than do her job.
