Ive never written a review for a business before, so this is a first for me. Despite only coming here once before, a few months ago, the employees still remembered me and welcomed me back to the store! Its definitely a positive environment, and because of them I feel comfortable being there. Lala was very good at helping me find what I was looking for in a product. Her bright attitude and friendly personality makes it easy to talk to her. Chris was also super positive, nice, and funny! All in all I had an AMAZING experience at this store. Would 10/10 come back again.

Chris Hamberg was the most SPECTACULAR clerk that I couldve imagined. I went in looking for a gift for my mom and he lead me through the store, helping me find exactly what I needed for the perfect Christmas gift while informing me of the deals going on. His positive energy was contagious and was clear that it lightened the whole atmosphere of the store around him. Couldnt have been any better.

Lovely place. All their products are cruelty free and lovely. Its surprising not a lot of people visit this place.

Until now, this used to be my favorite place to visit for products we buy as a family. We love most of the products from Body Shop and this store was convenient in terms of location. I visited this store last week and while checking out I had mentioned that I have the rewards card and had to exchange my phone number for looking up my account etc. What unfolded after this was unreal, store assistant started speaking really loud and to my surprise - store manager chimed in at the same decibels. She even went onto make a remark which had nothing to do with what we were discussing - she asked us whether the rewards card was from India....DUH!! :(, I almost could take it a racial remark, looking at our skin color as a family and the store manager assumed things she shouldnt have been. I am striking off this store from my list....

We go here when we have Groupon or Google offers, coupled with their own sales, & their frequent visitor cards, giving amazing deals. Without those, I would not be shopping here. Service is always good. I wish they had true organic & more truly natural & mens items.
