Excellent service and prompt response. Jims called ahead and came within the time allotted for the service call. The garage opener is 20 years and although Jims suggested that I should replace he did not try to sell me, but rather spent considerable time fixing the existing unit and at a very reasonable cost. When the time comes to replace the unit I will definitely call Jims install a new unit. Thank you for your service Jims. Much appreciated.

I recommended Jims Garage Door Services to my friend because her remotes would not work anymore, and we had to manually close the door. The manager answered his phone really fast, and arranged for service the next day. His technician showed up and very professional and friendly. He helped my friend fix the problems she had on her garage door at a great price. He was fast and efficient and didnt charge a ridiculous amount like other companies. I would recommend to anyone!

James and his crew quickly diagnosed the problem with my garage door opener motor but unfortunately it wasnt cost effective to have it repaired. So they recommended a few different options and worked with me on price to upgrade from a 1/2 hp chain drive to a 3/4 belt drive and they fixed the problem that caused the other motor to go out so that it wouldnt happen again with the new one. We are really happy with the service, professionalism and equipment we got from Jims Garage Door Services.

My spring snapped early in the morning. I called Jims Garage Door Services and they were the first one that came up and had good reviews. The gentleman who answered was very polite and knowledgeable. After I told him what my problem was, he quickly gave me an estimate and had someone out within 2hrs. Definitely call these guys if you need garage repairs!! Highly recommend!!

Jim showed up on time and did a great job. I had several estimates and not only did he have the best price but he also was the friendliest and the most professional. He took a lot of extra time keeping the work area clean and left it better than he found it. Im very satisfied.
