The Glass Guru did an excellent job from start to finish. One of the pieces of glass had a flaw so they had to return to replace it. They were very prompt and did an excellent job making sure everything was exactly right. Very pleased and highly recommend them.

Had glass replaced. Canceled first appointment due to technician left and had to wait additional two weeks. Tech finally came out and completely destroyed seal on window. Asked tech to fix were the seal wasn’t down . The tech put caulking down and took off without saying anything. Seal is popped up and destroyed. Not too happy. Office doesn’t have anyone available to send out to fix to prevent damage or window they just installed.

They were great thru the whole process from the estimate to the repairs. Very friendly and great pricing and professional installation.

They did a great job I thought i would have to replace my windows that the glass was broken they came in with a great price and with everything going on in the world they helped me out

To bad I cant give them zero stars. My wife called made an appointment. She took off work to be available. They never showed ! My wife called asking why they were late. Had to talk to another office. Finally the Newark office called and wanted my wife to make another appointment! Are you kidding me !
