Three renovated bathrooms - All the tile and decorative accessories were purchased at Moda Tiles. Julian provided us with great service and plenty of tile options to choose from. He is very creative and really spent his time making sure we were happy with our choices.

I have found this tiles place to carry a variety of residential and commercial tiles. The customer service is always excellent. Julian the owner, is knowledgeable and helpful. The prices are competitive and you are getting grade 3,4,5 tiles instead of the box stores which carry the fragile grade 1 or 2.

Tile floor and backsplash look great with the cabinets and countertops. The owner went out of his way to make sure we were happy with the end result. I went to Moda on a whim since I was in the neighborhood looking for someone to cut and install a granite counter top. Sometimes you just get lucky. Julian is the owner and my contact for my project, runs a professional and customer orientated establishment.Julians price was spot on and his fabricators and installers put my counter top in place in the most artistic manner.I couldnt be happier. BTW Im going back to complete my kitchen project with Moda buying my subway tiles from Julian. When you find something that works you go with it.

We’re building a house and had shopped around quite a bit for tile. Moda has by far the best prices and service, far exceeded my expectations. Their showroom had a wide variety of styles, brands, and materials that suit all budgets. Julian was incredibly helpful and responsive, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

We originally walked into Moda looking only for backsplash tile for a kitchen project - and walked out with a complete package - countertops, cabinets and the tile. They beat the prices of the other vendors we were working with and the service was also superior to the others. Julian and his staff worked with us diligently to give us the best products possible within our budget. In the end, we feel like we got a Mercedes kitchen at a Toyota price. More importantly, they were always willing and available to coordinate with our contractor, including visits to the house as needed to discuss construction details/requirements, delivery schedules etc. We cant say enough about the attentive service and diligence of their designer, Marilyn L., who provided invaluable expertise and became our point person for completing the project.

My experience with Moda Tiles is as follows. I was directed there by my contractor Global Housing Contractors.When we arrive we met Julian one of the owners. He was very charismatic and sincere with the information he provided and never tried to up-sale us.We felt comfortable and very confident on what we were buying. Julian demonstrated his unique ability in putting tiles together to create a master piece for our bathroom and backsplash in our kitchen.Our friends and family members when they see our renovation it inspires them to make similar changes on their home. One of them is in the process of renovating their master bathroom and they are also happy with their selection from Moda Tiles.The first thing our friends and family ask after they see the beautiful tiles is how much did you pay?. And thats the best part...without going into details and pricing, all I have to say is they are cheaper than Home Depot, Lowes, and two more tile places near our area for porcelain not ceramic.The reason am writing this review is because when we finalized our transaction Julian ask us if we could help him by writing a review. We said sure no problem. We all say that but never do. On our way out Julian say listen, you folks look like good people am going to wave the delivery fee only if you promise me to write me a review. I paused, and look into his eyes and said I would. So here it is! Im a man of my word.Hope this helps anyone out there looking in renovating their kitchen or bathroom.
