I really wanna give like 4.5 of 5 stars. But math in school as a kid told me to round up 5-9….. so here we are.I gave it that high of a rating because I only get one thing from there…. And it’s fire every time. The chicken shawarma, spicy, no pick. Stuff is excellent in the wrap.I don’t know anything about any of the other food they have. Neat little market as well.Only real downfall of the place if you only speak English like me lol… small language barrier. Other then that. Amazing stuff

This is a moroccon (meditaterian)take out or dine in restaurant. food is great. chicken shawarma, chicken gyro and chicken panini is great. ask for garlic sauce on the side. as restaurant is along with groceries shop you can also buy groceries at same place..customer service is good... ambience is good....

Very good selection of middle eastern products

We were visiting from NYC party of 6. The staff here is nice and lovely. My husband ordered chicken chop and me and my mother in law ordered chicken kebab over rice. It was delicious. The kebab wasnt dry but very moist. Overall, food was great.

Not probably but the worst restaurant I have ever been too. I waited more then 40 mins for my food which wasnt a big deal to me except they got my order wrong twice. First I asked to substitute the rice for French fries they got that wrong, 2nd I had ordered oasis kebab platter and a lamb gyro they first tried to give me just the kebab platter but I reminded them that I ordered a lamb gyro too, 3rd the gyro was terrible it was obvious that they made it in a hurry because the meat didnt didnt taste right it wasnt cooked right, the rice had no taste and the salad well look at the pictures . If I lived close to the place I would have probably returned the food and I have only done that one other time in my life

Today, my husband and I ate lunch at Oasis Kebob Restaurant in Newark, DE. The menu offered a. Ariwry of choices. The samosas and grilled chicken kabob were excellent.

This place is by far the best middle eastern restaurant on the East coast. Just the right amount of spicy, great flavors, and overall very delicious. The prices are not bad at all, and portions are fair.We order kibbeh, arayes, and samosa (mixed) all melt in mouth, you can taste the flavors of the spices with a hint of hot. The eggplant stew is to die for. Their dessert (basbousa) is the best Ive ever had, tbh Ive never tasted anything with just the right amount of everything. It wasnt saggy, it wasnt too sweet.Try their Moroccan tea its a different kind of green tea.Over all Im glad we stopped here, and definitely will come back on our way to Philly / DC.

Great, local Mediterranean food. Great service, too. They accommodate for specialty orders, especially if requesting vegetarian/vegan. Falafels are always tasty and the samossa’s are always stuffed nicely.

Absolutely adore this place now that I know about it. The flavors are amazing (looking at the shrimp platter) and the food keeps well even eaten cold (falafel sandwich). Always delicious and consistent! Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed!

Best Mediterranean food I had in a long time. The staff is attentive, friendly and super nice. Fantastic flavors that are always consistent; unfortunately, the pre-packaged hard and dry pita bread is always there too.

The gyro lunch special is the go to. Also one of the better gyros Ive had.

I am in utter disbelief of the kindness this restaurant has showed us. Not only is the food amazing, but the customer service is as well. When grub hub was an hour late this restaurant refunded our order and threw in extra desserts for my daughter and called to apologize... and it was not even their fault! It was grub hubs! What a fantastic business, HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Fantastic food and they go above and beyond for their customers.

Very good food. I went in for a business meeting and the owner ordered us an appetizer and two chicken dishes on the house. The food was very good and very flavorful. The staff is friendly. There is even a Halal store on the other side of the restaurant. I do recommend this place.

Wish I could give them a zero star for todays order. We generally order a chicken shawarma which is ok. But today we did the mistake of ordering an Oasis platter and Chicken panini and believe me the food was HORRIBLE. The meat and chicken both were so overcooked that they were literally burnt. I couldnt taste the meat at all even the onions in it were burnt that made it bitter. Will never order again.

Good place to find Mediterranean products. However, i am not recommending it for dining in based on my experience. Not good service. First, the table had oil stain, when I asked the waiter to clean, she was not happy and argued that it was not oil. I Dont care if it was oil or not? I wanted the table cleaned. She did. Second, i entered the restaurant when it was 95 degrees outside. I would expect that the waiter offers something to drink. Nothing. Even when my food was brought to me she did not mind asking if I needed something to drink. I finish the entire meal without a drink. It was my first experience at the store and I did not like it.

Food is always great here. Very different from the normal and for anyone sick of eating fast food or trying to get healthy, its a good idea to check this place out. The food is excellent but not fattening like other restaurants .I love the buffet on Fridays. I always make a point to go here when Im in the area. Very fair prices and great service. I will return again and again!

This place is amazing!! Such friendly staff and very polite. I had went to them in need of a catering order for the same day. Its Ramadan and I had invited my family thinking that I could cook while Im fasting came to know that i had no energy to do so. I heard about this restaurant so this was my first to go to. The gentleman that took my order was very nice and had a lot of patience with me b/c i just wanted the order to be just right. The food was amazing the garnish was beautiful and the family gathering was wonderful and come to be more than my expectations. For sure i will order again when i have another gathering. Man,o, man talk about quality food! The Philly cheese steak was amazing. Only down part was it took 35 minutes to make 2 cheese steaks, and the rice. Very good thou. I recommend this restaurant to everybody!

Would have been a 3🌟 but the cooks are inconsistent not a good day for them today. My order was placed online supposed to be ready by 12:36 I got there 12:50 food was not ready until 1:06 it was hummus and lamb gyro my pita bread was hard and chewy and they only gave me two pieces normally I get four my gyro didnt taste the same you know how something taste different but you dont know what...

Great food! Got take out order that I walked in and ordered, roughly 20 min wait, food looked as fresh as it would be in the restaurant. Lamb kabob platter was excellent and i tried the arayess app, first time eating it, was great too. Hope to come back here again.

One of my favorite restaurants in Delaware. The staff are so friendly and the food is to die for. I always got the eggplant appetizer before ordering up. The food is made fresh with fresh ingredients. The best halal food ever. First place Im hitting when I come back to de to visit.

Horrible experience every time. They dont ever get my order correct even when I order online and have clear instructions as to what I do not want on my food. Ordered there 4 times and it will certainly be my last time today since they just have a lack of paying attention to order details. Do not recomend bringing your busniess to such a care free restaurant.

Lamb chops were the size of a silver dollar. Fries were great. It came with a side salad that I’m not going eat. A waste of 15.99 dollars. I waited 30 minutes for them to serve me 4 small pieces of dry chops. Highly disappointed.Update: maybe they read my review. Lamb chops aren’t the very small ones and are never dry any more

I went here about 8 months ago and wasnt a fan of the food. I was told the old management too back over so i gave them another try. The food was great and the server was nice but a little inattentive. We were done eating and waiting on our check. He ignored us as he went out the door and went somewhere. We just sat there as no one else was around and waited for him to come back. That said I would eat here again.

The food is good but the one night I went the service was very slow. We all liked our food and I look forward to going back but Id call in our order ahead of time. They also deliver but I havent tried that option yet.

Poor service, no one attended to us and had to leave because NO ONE was behind the counter to take our order. EXPENSIVE with little bit of food...not worth it.

Stopped here for lunch on the way to New Jersey. Everything we ate was well flavored with generous portions. The place was nice, clean and comfortable.

Ordered food over an hour and a half ago and still no food. When we asked what was going on we were given the run around. Never getting food from here again. I recommend skipping this place.

Great food every time. The Turkish tea was delightful and sweet. My shawarma was very savoury and layered with subtle flavours. I havent been here in some time and Im so glad its still as good as I remember.

This is some of the best middle eastern food Ive had in this country. They have incredible hummus thats very strong. Their baba ganoush is amazing. Same with the eggplant stew. The only things Ive gotten there are vegetable platters and lentil soup, and it is all superb. It is also very reasonably priced for the amount of food they give you. The service is good; everyone working there is very nice.

Very disappointed. I drive a good distance to Oasis to get carry-out a couple of times a year because we love the cuisine. Sadly, this time I was shorted one of the items I ordered and the other dishes were as dry and lifeless as could be.

We ordered beef shawarma and waited for 1 hour. We had to ask them about the status multiple time and each time they replied that the food was ready. Could not walk out as we had already paid. After 1 hour when the food came it was not even hot. Very bad customer service and they couldnt even apologize for the delay.

Loved it. Found out they have a buffet on Friday between 1pm and 3 pm. Service is a little slow, but the food is great. The lentil soup was the right thing on a cold day.

The tea doesnt meet my expectations. Its very very sweet. I couldnt drink it and I immediately threw it away. I also bought a Flake Chocolate bar and it was expired TWO months ago. So so disappointed.

Weve eaten there several times and enjoyed it very much. The service can be erratic and the buffet is at seemingly odd hours. The hummus is smooth, garlicy and delicious. The swarma sandwich was almost too big, the meat was hot, the veg was crisp, and the pita fresh and soft. Turkish coffee and mint tea at hot and flavorful. We will be back

Absolutely outstanding food served carry-out or dine-in. The owners and staff were very friendly and attentive, and the food was wonderful. Its not a fancy place, but that suited us just fine, and well be back the next time were in town.

Every weekend, on my way to DC I look for halal places to eat. When I found this one I thought I should try their food and I may become their regular customer. I cant believe that phillies cheese steak sandwich would be that terrible. I ask them to put salad/vegetables in my sandwich and make it spicy. They make me a plain sandwich which was greasy without any vegetables and sauce. Luckily, I found ketchup on my table otherwise I would not be able to finish it, thats how bad the taste was. On top of that, they dont show customers any appreciations for coming. Now, I go to the other halal place which is close to them whose food is ok but they are very nice with customers. I’m not going to mention the name of that place because you might think that Im advertising for the other store.

Disappointing experience. Not happy either the portion size or the price. 2 pieces of chicken and 3 inch long piece of meat priced at $16. Container half empty. Please don’t waste your money here, poor value.
