FAST review. Food, Ambience, Service, Time.Food was okay. The Caldo de Bola was good, Shrimp rice too. The rest of the stuff was average. Nothing that makes you go that was great!.Ambience is poor. It looks, feels and acts like a fast food place than a restaurant.Service was good. The server was courteous, got our orders straight, allowed time for us to settle down and have us space while we ate. The cutlery was plastic, probably as a safety measure during pandemic but that also shows that they want the easy way out. It gives you the feeling that is the approach to other things as well.Time taken to attend to us was average as we have seen.Overall, it fell short of what we expected. Is not a place we would go again.

After 12 1/2 hrs at hospital was excited trying this place for first time that I scheduled delivery for right after work. Get home got my food delivered by Manuel, 2 tiny bags, this place missed 1 of my orders COMPLETELY. Spoke to Manuel then I called restaurant told lady who picked up they delivered 2 seafood cocktails (ceviches mixtos), and I didn’t receive the Crab meat with a side of rice, plantains and salad (cangrejo con arroz, platanos y ensalada). Manuel told me there was a language barrier as driver didn’t speak Spanish and lady didn’t speak English which is NOT my problem. Yet, I still tried to politely solve their miscommunication issue. She kept telling me that she thought Manuel asked for 2 seafood cocktails because she told him they didn’t have the 2nd part of my order request which was the Crab meat combo. What her exact words were “YOU SHOULD CALL NEXT TIME TO AVOID THIS, BECAUSE THATS NOT MY FAULT AND I CANT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT”. Then why have your restaurant on GRUBHUB?! Which is where I ordered with. And it’s America English is crucial, she should’ve gotten herself help. Last but not least, as a restaurant who prides itself in professionalism IF THERE IS NO MORE OF SUCH THINGS LIKE CRAB MEAT, IT IS THE RESTAURANTS RESPONSIBILITY TO CALL THE COSTUMER AND ADVISE THEM AND ASK IF THEY WANT A REFUND OR TO ADD/CHANGE ORDER. First and last time I order from this place, such a unnecessary headache.

I love the variety of seafood they offer. This is my place to go to get clams or shrimp. Whenever I am in the mood for white clam sauce, this is the place to get clams. I also love how they always have Ecuadorian soda in stock—Inca cola or manzana, my favorite ! 🥰

My food never arrived. I was waiting about an hour. When i asked the waiter, she said that it will take longer. Then, another waiter came to me to tell me that they forgot to send my order to the kitchen. I paid for my drinks and left. I do not recommend.

Hardable service . After calling in a order. Pick in 40 minutes. There make you wait another 40 minutes just to get your food. And only if you know you just mite get fast sercice

My husband is HOOKED on sopa del Camaron con blanco arroz ! Me? Torta de Papa con Maduro muy bien. I prefer my platanos cooked VERY WELL. U gotta try this restaurant 😋, theyve got a HUGE MENU, & the food is DELICIOUS

This is my favorite Ecuadorian restaurant and the only place where you can buy fresh fish (they have a fish market right next to the restaurant) and they fry it for you. So you can eat in their restaurant. I love the fry fillet .😋

If you like Latin American cuisine and seafood this is the right place to go. The food is delicious, the prices are fair compared with similar restaurant, costumer servicecis on point. If you are starving do not go there, clients need to wait an estimate of 30 minutes for their food. I am giving this place 4 stars because everytime I go homeless people go inside asking every customer for money, and some of them are really insistent.

For fresh ecuadorian seafood dishes this is THE place to go (try the shrimp soup, its amazing)Edit: I read a recent review stating that the shrimp soup tastes like dirty water which I thought was crazy, since its one of their specialty dishes and not a single person that I know has disliked the soup, so either the receipe has changed or the person who left the review has a very particular taste.Este es el mejor sitio para comida ecuatoriana de mariscos, especialmente la sopa de camarones; no hay mejor sitio que este.

It was a very pleasant experience, the staff were very friendly, respectful and charismatic, the food excellent taste of the many local Ecuadorian food, I dare say that it is the best that I have eaten in the US, that is speaking of the typicality.

Attention well, the seasoning too, patacones / rice / quaker well, fresh onions although it will be square and not sliced?

Excellent food but terrible service, I ordered a ceviche specifically without coriander and the lady gave me without onion and tomato, and TO TOP WITH CILANTER. When I tell him that it has coriander, he tells me thats a little plant so that his belly doesnt hurt I stayed ???? Then I asked him for the onion and tomato and he charged me! Terrible service.

The worst service I have had in my life in a restaurant is they, they sold me a damaged food and there was not a responsible person to answer. Horrible I do not recommend it to anyone, it has been the worst thing that has happened to me in a restaurant.
