Love this store, but it is getting harder and harder to not use the self check out, since there is never more than 1 or 2 cashiers. Also, anyone else notice all the empty spots,/low stock/less choice of brands? This is worse in 2021 than it was in 2020.

I love this store, because its closer in the area. The staff is friendly and helpful at all times. The products are never out of stock. The meats and vegetables are always fresh. This Shoprite still follows the mask mandate, so its never overly crowded. I wish this Shoprite update its store entirely, but other than it being a bit of old school, much love.

I recommended ShopRite. I feel as though their prices are very reasonable compared to some other grocery stores shelves are usually always stocked and never had a problem finding what I was looking for or what I came there to get employees are always cheerful happy and more than willing to help if needed

Very very very busy ShopRite location always very crowded the lines are always long I only went here to buy one item and actually I had to leave but the people that work there are really nice very department is always so organized meet the department as well in Delhi grocery aisles are always fully stocked its just the lines when youre checking out its always so congested otherwise I give it an 8 out of 10

Customer service at the seafood counter was excellent! The young man was multi tasking well. Very polite and acknowledged I was ready to order. He changed his gloves and wrap my purchase perfectly. I typically hate shopping this location be ause of so many complications at checkout, but this young man gives hope that with a few good people this place may actually turn around.

Wasnt too busy, store was clean and for the most part well organized. Yoplait yogurt was on sale - went up and down isle couldnt find ANY! Also, couldnt find my favorite ice cream, Turkey Hill Mint chocolate chip. :/Overall shopping experience was good.

The prices are amazing and they always have what Im looking for... The lines are always long when I go there. Never use to be so crowded. Maybe on the holidays or a Sunday, but now it seems to always have a crowd unless you go early morning or late night.

This location is in desperate need of a remodel. The one in four seasons is way cleaner looking compared to this location. Great seafood selection which is why we come here.

Dirty and stocks are never refilled.Every time. When I go there they are always out of items I need. Also need more staff at the Courtesy Counter, especially when busy.

Well stocked. However Im from out of town. You need your own bags for food unless you want to pay 10 cents for a plastic bag. I o ly got a few things & carried my stuff without a bag. Apparently its a Delaware thing.

Old and outdated, often the isles are packed. Prices are higher than other stores in the area. The self check out registers are slow and almost every item you scan you have to wait for the weight before scanning anything else. They also cant make up there minds on were the exit is, one day its were you come in the next its the other side.If you go to the glasgow shoprite its laid out the same but much more modern bright wide isles with less clutter in the front.

The local family of ShopRites have long been my go-to. They have always felt more... personal... than some of the larger chains. Better prices and friendlier staff, too. But with all of that said, this particular store is falling behind. Cramped, dark, and frequently chaotic. And not a fan of the push to primarily self-checkout.

This store requires masks even after the mandate has been lifted. Looks like we are now Acme shoppers.

Store is always clean, good selection of products. Covid cant make it easy working there but Ive always received excellent customer service.

Unorthodox layout, but it has some rare unique products that you dont find at other places, the staff is very helpful, and it has that small town neighborhood feel like everybody knows each other

Havent been to ShopRite for a long time and it was a good experience. The aisles were clear of clutter and marked for COVID19 safety, along with frequent reminders to wear your masks to keep everyone safe. The shelves were stocked well and few items were limited. Better/quicker to go through self checkout then wait in staff operated registers. Great selection of meats and cheeses. I would prefer MORE higher-end product options.

The customer service is horrible, I emailed the corporate office and I never heard back from anyone. The digital coupons don’t work either, i just bought something with digital couple and it did not work.

Okay this is not the best Shoprite in DE, the staff is good, but there are some glaring issues with performance, appearance, and no sense of family-run work environment. Its Shoprite, so the brand is good, but its not run properly.

Love this Shoprites seafood selection! Shrimp are always plump. Their Dungeness crabs are always meaty. And their prices are great!

I know the vender pay for shelf space but it is the responsibility of your invertory manager and manager to control what items, the volume of each item. It is disturbing that there is spacing of two, some times of three or more shelves and 2 feet to 3 feet wide of just cut beans, whole kernel corn but hardly ever whole green beans or cream corn.There have been times that there was no seasonal items but several shelves filled with items of other seasons. I,E,. Apple pies, lemon meringue, at Thanksgiving or Christmas but no pumpkin pie or mincemeat pies which are most special seasonal.Other wise, shopping is good and prices great. Store staff very good!I will continue to shop with Kennys ShopRite stores.

Nothing but issues with the self serve check out everyone was having issues they need to update there equipment you needed the clerk after every other scanit was ridiculous 😤

Well stocked and I was able to find everything I needed. Had a wider range of brands and foods that I just cant find at other stores as well. This was my first visit and Ill definitely be visiting again!

I m OG grocery man. Ive never seen a store with as much variety as Shop Rite. Not a hoighty-toighty joint......but packed to the gills with product and variety Their sales are money too....great deals. If you can.....get your can.....down to the Can-Can. BEANS AND TOMATO SAUCE FOR A YEAR, BABY!!!!! Cant complain about the employees either;...nice, knowledgable and friendly. Should be 4.5 stars as I hate the parking at both the Newark and Stanton stores with the fury of a thousand suns.....but hey I just got a pantry full of calories for a bargain price....SO LETS CALL IT 5 STARS AND GET YOURSELF DOWN TO YOUR LOCAL SHOP RITE!

Not the best ShopRite! Small and gloomy. Oh, their idea of sanitizing station for carts? A teenager plucking antibacterial wipes from the package and handing one to each entering customer. How safe and hygienic of them! 👎I love ShopRite! But that one has never appealed to me.

I love ShopRite. It carries large marrow bones, which my dog loves, in the meat department. It also have a lot of weird selections of meat. I dont like the environment though. It is a little too old and dirty compared to other grocery shops.

Excellent experience this Sunday morning. The Four Seasons 896 Shoprite store was clean and the shelves were well-stocked with everything that we needed and more. At the fresh seafood counter we were greeted with a smile and good customer service.But the outstanding excellent experience review goes to Margaret the cashier who greeted us with a smile and as she begged each item she identified them as fragile, heavy and even explain that she double-bag them because of their weight. She engaged a conversation with us asking us how was our early morning going and when we told her great so far and she even stated that was good and its going to get even better. I didnt realize that she was talkin about just an experience with her which did make our day better.We understand that in the busyness of a day that so much attention can be paid to every customer but we benefited of having Margaret as our cashier today at ShopRite. Thank you Margaret for a great customer experience.

Great deals! A little dingy. Could be brighter and cleaner. Deli was crowded but more than enough people working. Line went down fast and lunch meat was sliced to my request with perfection!Shelves were stocked. More than enough cashiers on duty. No wait at all in check out. Cashier was courteous, pleasant and more than happy to bag my order.Definitely go back again even though it is out of my way.

Checkout process was awful. Updated or changed all computers that day. Everything was messed up. Bring back cashiers, these computers and checking myself out blows.

Undercover security &secret shoppers followed me around like i was stealing when i wasnt and was very noticeable. Also too many people that arnt my kind if you catch my drift.

Good selection of the foods we like. Had trouble with the self checkout because it wouldnt recognize the reusable bags I brought. They had to come by at least four times to enter their password so I could keep checking out. Im used to having to call someone one time in the beginning but this was over the top.

This is an older shoprite but the staff is awesome. Always have products in stock and usually can find everything you need. Fresh produce and cute cakes too!

They only had one cashier for large orders and they dont give you bags not even paper. Shame on you!

Great sales! Great variety! Accessible! Just doesn’t seem well lit and their meat prices( chicken breast in particular) seem high. On the other hand, they almost always have ice cream on sale! Their produce are well priced. They also have all my Goya seasonings, the ones I can’t find anywhere else. Cashiers are friendly!

I HATE coming here. Why, with all the money this location makes, are there NEVER a good amount of registers with staff at them? Why am I being forced to bag groceries as if Im on staff? The store is always in a state of disarray.The deli staff however are always super courteous and eager to please and the ONLY reason I come here.

The store seems out of date and old, but the food selection here is noticeably better than some of the other grocery stores in the area. I would give it a higher rating if the parking lot wasnt so badly designed and if the store itself wasnt rough around the edges. Prices were decent, at least.

Male cashier on duty at 11:25pm on 1/12/20 is an absolute delight. the female cashier on at that time needs a huge dose of customer service training. even guys doing stock were very very accomodating.
