I received quotes from three (3) lumber yards. Two took serval reminders over 3 days to get the quote but Osborne quoted within 6 hours!! Their quote was clear and super easy to understand, unlike the others that were confusing to me, I wasnt sure everything was quoted and that made me a bit uncomfortable. I personally checked out the lumber at Osborne for quality and correctness - a big thumbs up there. Their prices were good and coupled with their service from quote to purchase to delivery, Im super happy!! Even if you have your favorite lumber yard, check them out, Im confident youll be glad you did. No - I did not get paid to write this, Im just a happy customer spreading the cheer!

Very Slow Unloading! At least 1hr horrible.

They sold me mold infested wet redwood, cracked with rotted knots, and it supposed to be a high quality Con/ Heart redwood ! avoid this lumber yard, you have a better chance at Lowes.
