Never had a problem making payments for my deliveries until hometowns took over. I have always made payments and never been told my payments are late and that you cant make a delivery until my bill is paid off. Obviously if you see I make payments of what I can afford to pay on a monthly basis instead of $500 - $600 up front when its delivered then maybe if you have some sort of payment plan you would put me on it. Other than that I have never had a problem with any of the techs that have come out to maintain my furnace. Definitely getting tired of this company and will be looking at other companies and their payment plans.

This years service was better than in the past. I prepaid and I never ran out of propane or had a problem with them deciding to come when they couldnt get up the driveway because of snow. All my phone calls were answered and pleasant. Much better service than in the past.

We love being Hometowne Energy customers! We elect the pre-buy program which saves us $. We are on auto delivery, so we never run out of fuel. (If we did for some reason, we know all it would take is a phone call to get warm and fed again.) The drivers are unobtrusive and can manage our driveway, which can be tricky in winter. Hometowne Energy is the most customer service oriented business I know. Everyone that works there is always available and ready to assist us in any way they can. They are willing to work overtime, and on days they are closed in an effort to keep the marina supplied with gas for our customers. They also supply us with propane and fuel oil for heat in the winter. I also use hometowne as my personal propane supplier. Ive bought my LPG from Hometowne for 4 years. They give good price, the prebuy, to those who use more than 300 gallons per year, They also give a $25.00 customer loyalty discount for being a customer for a full year or more. And theyve never let my tank get low in the middle of winter; always deliver without my having to call and ask. Their office people have been good too; when I talk to someone they are helpful and knowledgeable. A good supplier.

I dont know how things used to be when all these 4-5 year old 1 star reviews were posted but i have been a Hometowne customer since fall of 2018, on their autofill program, and have never gotten below 30% full. And their prices are always in line with or below market. I would recommend them based on my personal experience with them, never had any problems.

We’ve never been left on empty, automatic delivery is accurate, rates are comparable. Their advance purchase discounts are great. Would recommend.

Company does not care one second that we are all struggling during a pandemic. I only use propane for cooking and wanted to get $150 worth to help me thru. They refused to put any less than filling the tank because it’s inefficient. Even though they are located a few miles away. I feel as if a company that truly cares would be willing to make exceptions. The old company that owned this bussiness would fill my gas grill if i wanted. Very disappointing! Would not recommend

Their tank was installed at a property we purchased last fall. Awful service. they dont show when they say theyll be there. Being new to relying on propane for heat we ran out a couple of times over the winter, mainly because they didnt bother showing when we called in. By the end of the season they were gouging us at $4.60+ per gallon. We contacted them recently about relocating the tank and getting a smaller tank. They quoted a price and said theyd be out the following Thursday. SHOCKER, they didnt show up!! No courtesy calls. When we finally called to find out what happened, we were told we probably got missed. Well have to call you back. Right, because you think wed continue to do business with you?

If I could give less stars I would. We are under 20 percent now and have been waiting THREE weeks to have some delicered. I have called every other day to every 3 days to find out WHEN were getting it and they never have a definite answer as to when were receiving it and they push the days back. After just getting off the phone with the lady who ARGUED with me and telling me to stop calling every day, we are fed up! She didnt put the ticket in the first time we called which pushed us back a week and ever since she blames it on miscommunication although it was her mistake. I told her I know what shes doing, she is trying to make us run out gas! Calling around to find SOMEONE to care enough to speak up and get this company to handle their business better.

Ordered fuel oil a week in advance of our needed delivery; they didnt show up. Called them and they told me it would be Monday or Tuesday. Monday came no oil; called and they told me it would be the next few days. I told them we only had about 1/8th of the tank left. Called the next day to see if it was going to be delivered and they told me it would be sometime this week...I called another oil place and set up a delivery for the next day; called Grahams back and cancelled them. I would have been out of fuel had I waited for them...might even still run out before they can get it to me all because Grahams didnt get us our delivery when they said we would. Dont recommend them at all!

Grahams LP Gas a division of Hometown Energy. Run dont walk away from this business . Grahams gets an F rating from the BBB. I canceled my service with them almost 2 years ago and they refuse to refund my money. I wrote to the New York Attorney Generals office and David Graham agreed the money is owed, but I still havent received my refund. Everytime I speak to them on the phone I get a different answer, they sent the payment to the AGs office and the latest their lawyer has mailed me the check.

Ordered propane three weeks in advance and they never showed up. after many calls, I finally cancelled their service. Now I can not even get them to pick up their tank. I told them I was going to start charging the storage for there tank and they tried to tell me it was against the law for me to do that. this is a warning to everyone thinking about using this company. DO NOT. the only way they can get Propane is with a certified cashiers check and they can not keep drivers.

We have been waiting on propane for over a week. Was told we were on the list for today. Yet no delivery. Low temps over the weekend and less tha 5% left. Guess Ill be switching companies

Called at 4 am for emergency heat. Its been 16 hours and havent seen anyone. Told me twice that they were gunna be here and never showed. its 20 degrees and i have a small child. This is the worst place around. I advise noone to deal with this place. Also very rude people
