Stephen is THE BEST! I was looking for a light to hang 10 ft to my kitchen table. I went to a few other stores, and no one would help me find what I needed. I came up to Bright Light Design Center completely drained from the experience of finding a light thus far. Stephen looked at pictures of my house to help get a sense of my style and showed me this light option. He ordered everything I needed and was a delight to work with. I am so happy with how this light turned out - I never would have picked it myself and its absolutely perfect! Thank you, Stephen!

I went to Bright Light back in August. My husband and I picked out a fan we liked and two pendant lights. Since the pendant lights were custom made, we had a few questions regarding the color. The woman we spoke to said she would contact the light company and let us know what they said. We never heard from her. I decided to give them another chance and went a few weeks ago. I sat in the store for over 3 hours, deciding what lighting I wanted and what would work in our new home. The salesperson was not very knowledgeable and I felt like I was the one having to look up what finishes things came in and the dimensions of everything. I wanted to order that day, but he said he would need to check if the fan blades still came in the color they had on the fan on display. I was hoping to hear from him that afternoon or next day, so I could place an order but again I never heard from them! So, when they say they’re going to call you, don’t count on it. And what? The displays are outdated?? And how long does it take to call these companies and get back to your potential customers? We planned on spending a lot of money on fans and custom lighting, but nevermind now. You lost my business and I would not recommend Bright Light to anyone. This was the Newark location.

Jay is a fantastic sales person really knows his stuff help me out a lot of times with Casablanca ceiling fans.
