I started going to Eyesite Optometry almost 4 years ago. I was referred by a colleague because I loved her frames. From the moment I walked in all the staff and doctors are knowledgeable, courteous and extremely helpful. Every time I leave, I am always pleased with experience and they have the best selection of frames.

SCAM!!! Ripped off over $300 pair of glasses. I can’t use the glasses since the lenses don’t fit in frames. Dawn was supposed to replace my lenses and she gave me wrong size lenses for my pair of glasses. I have the glasses with no lenses now since they won’t return my calls, replace or refund. Called so many times. Still they just ignore the phone and won’t pick up during regular business hours

Recommend to all. If you’re looking for a professional full service optometrist stop looking. Their customer service is top notch and glasses selection is extremely cool and curated. Latest styles and top brands, as well as some I wasn’t familiar with that were awesome. Fair prices and work with insurance. Felt safe with masks and disinfectant. Try them out!

I will NEVER visit another Optometry office again! I came to Eyesite in need of an updated prescription and new glasses as mine just broke. They moved mountains to help me and tried to get my new glasses in my hands as quick as possible. Dr. David Rosenblum exceeded my expectations. I never felt rushed, he answered all of my questions and then some. The entire Eyesite Newport Beach team helped me tremendously. I recommend them to everyone I meet. Donna was amazing as well! She was patient and honest and with her help I was able to pick out fabulous frames that I am absolutely in love with. I walked out of their office feeling like I hit the eye doctor Lottery!

Ive been coming here since 2013 and I couldnt be happier. The staff is very polite and knowledgeable. The doctors are very thorough and make sure that you are content with the outcome of the exam. Ive never had a bad experience

Amazing helpful efficient staff and an amazing caring knowledgeable ophthalmologist! I didnt rate it 5 stars because they dont have a big collection. Having that said, this type of eyeglasses stores that are on the fancier side, are ask the sake. Somewhat too expensive for my budget. Although, I got a hot pair of prescription sunglasses. Which made my life a lot easier.

After getting an eye exam and one pair of distance lenses created at the Newport Beach location, we returned with new frames to get a pair of reading glasses created. Upon arrival we were told that the 2nd prescription was mistakenly never entered into their system and that the optometrist was out of the office at an 8 day wedding, so it would be another week before the lenses could be created. We then called the Cerritos location and spoke to the manager, Sarah. We conveyed to her that we were upset from not only wasting a trip and our time, but also the fact the 2nd prescription was never entered into the system by mistake and we were told that nothing could be done for a week. Sarah told us that they could convert the distance prescription in to a reading prescription and create the lenses for us, something the Newport Beach location did not mention was possible. I asked her if they would compensate us for our trouble by covering the cost of the lenses and Sarah confirmed with me that they would do so in order to make the situation right and that we would not owe anything additional.A week later they called and said that the lenses had been created and that the total was $270 including what insurance had covered. We were of course under the impression that nothing would be owed having taken Sarah at her word. The best they could do for us was to have us pay half of the $270. Since Sarah had told me specifically that we would not have to pay for the lenses and also did not call us ahead of time to tell us what the cost of the lenses would be, I did not feel this was fair business practice.I spoke to Sarah over the phone and said that if the lenses were not covered as agreed upon, I would file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, yet she refused to make the situation right as she had promised. She agreed to give us the lenses at cost for $85 or else they would remove the lenses and return the frames only. We decided to have the lenses removed to get the frames back and have them created elsewhere. This has been a horrible experience and a complaint with the Better Business Bureau has been filed.

I have VERY high standards for optometry practices because I have one in the family (in another state). Eyesite is the 1st Ive found in SoCal that made it worth my while not to wait until I could get home.
