My frame got bitten by my dog. I didn’t get my glasses here but the ladies in the store still helped me to replace the nose patch! Definitely will come back when I need another pair of glasses!

Josh was SUPER helpful- he went above and beyond to help us find frames, hold the specific lenses we needed, and seek out the perfect look!

I love Doctor Sammy. Follow her anywhere... Remembers me and my people... Cannot say enough good things about her commitment and knowledge regarding eye health.

**This post the same review I posted on Yelp!I have been looking for new frames for over a year (yes, I’m a bit picky!). I’ve been to a few locations and one store told me to check out this location because they had all the names I was looking for. I went in and was greeted by Jasmin. She was so helpful! I hate to be pressured and I take my time doing EVERYTHING. I appreciated the space she gave me to look and she much have been watching because she always came over when I needed help. She helped me understand my vision coverage which I always paid out of pocket. In the end, I picked great glasses, got the best deal.I don’t mind driving 50 min out of the way for the selection of glasses and amazing customer service from Jasmin.If you have drive that far like me there are lots of places to grab a bit to eat and enjoy the scenery.

Dr Honey was great! Cat was very helpful and helped me pick out a pair of glasses I was happy with. My overall experience here was amazing. This will most definitely be my new place for all of my future eye exams and glasses/sunglasses needs!

I’ve been a customer for years and they never disappoint! Fantastic doctors, I go to Dr Honey Hashima spelling ? . She is very professional and very personable. I wouldn’t go to any other doctor.Catherine is the best for choosing glasses and the fitting. She is always upbeat and helpful. I trust her judgment and she is always right!The associate who does the pre screening is friendly and makes the process not only bearable but easy and comfortable.

This used to be great store. Their new assistant manager is a hostile & angry man. I can tell that other employees are intimidated by him. He is not suited to be in service industry at such a great store at Fashion Island. I was shocked by how angry he was while trying to avoid answering a legitimate question on lenses. His hands were shaking out of anger and his co-workers were distancing themselves from him. I had to walk away and take my business to another store.

I live 46 miles away from this LensCrafters and I’ve made the drive 3 different times to get help from Catherine. I love how she picks glasses that compliment my face, not to mention she has saved me a lot of time of me trying on a bunch of frames because they have a great selection. I’ve gone with the first or second pair she suggests for me. Whenever I am in need of glasses, I will happily make the drive to get help from Catherine.

The doctors are fantastic! Monique and the staff did an amazing job helping me find the right pair of glasses and options for me.

Changed out my nose pads for soft cushy ones in only about ten minutes. Saved my life (or the bridge of my nose, at least)!!!!🙏

The two, independent optometrists at the Fashion Island LensCrafters are outstanding, detailed and thorough problem solvers as are the staff opticians whom I’ve worked with several times over the years.

Ive been a customer at this location for many years now, and Im always impressed with their great service, thoroughness in the exam and explaining the results, and the large selection of frames to choose from. Now during COVID, they are careful to follow safety guidelines and quick to sanitize the frames between try-ons. Excellent, and I would definitely recommend!

My experience at Lens Crafter at Fashion Island had exceeded my expectations. Everyone I worked with was kind, caring, and sympathetic . Very spacious and clean store. Catherine was very kind, helpful and patient with me, while I decided on which glasses to pick with a large variety . Dr. Honey was very knowledgeable and explained to me the issues I was having with my vision (Ocular Migraine).

Both my wife and I were extremely satisfied with the exam which was conducted at the top profesional way, followed by the help to pick the best suitable frames, and the ability to prepare it all in one day (3 hours)Thanks to a great team...we are very happy

Miguel, assistant manager, has really great suggestions...hes a pro! Even the eye exam was exceptional by Dr. H...she was very, very thorough and caring. Great job you guys! The doctors here and the entire staff are absolutely wonderful professionals who go the extra mile to make sure the glasses and contacts people take home are exactly right. And I love my new prescription sunglasses.

I received all star consumer service and Denise Alvarado explained in detail of the lenses and frames. I felt comfortable also getting the warranty. I will be returning to this location. She deserves a rise.
