Had an amazing at SEE Eyewear today. Sean Anjo was super helpful in helping me find a great pair of sunglasses and eyeglasses. They had a number of glasses that I really liked. Im excited to get my new glasses soon.
Did a great job adjusting my see glasses and cleaning them so they were like new! Really good selection in the store.
I went into their shop in Fashion Island to look around. The woman helping me there was so sweet and complimentary. I ended up buying two pairs of prescription glasses (regular and sunglasses- lets be honest all their glasses are so cute), which cost me over $600. When they finally called me to let me know they had received them, I was so excited. I picked them up and wore my new glasses all the next day. Unfortunately, the regular prescription glasses actually ended up bruising my nose. Considering the amount of money I spent, I was bummed. But went back to Fashion Island to see what we could do. The same woman who helped me the first day said she could have nose pads installed but it would cost me (what?!). After explaining they should support their product and customers, especially after dropping that much money and waiting 2 weeks to get the glasses from them. She finally agreed to have them sent out with no charge. Long story short, that worked great but until some months later, one of the nose pads that were inserted (the metal part) fell out. I brought them back to the store where they no longer had a manager but the girl left in charge said she would send them out to have new nose pads popped into the holes already placed previously. It was going to cost me $80. I asked if there was anyone else I could speak to, they said no, so I started suggesting numbers of employees they could give me. They finally gave me an email for customer service. While she was writing it down, I asked her to also write down the name of the third party they would be sending them out to for the repair. She did.I called the third party, SpecTek Eyewear Repair, that same day. They immediately said they would fix them no charge if it was indeed such a simple fix and that I would only pay to ship. They called me today, (next day) telling me they were fixed and were shipping them back. They charged me $8.00 NOT $80.00Thanks for NOTHING, SEE Eyewear! All your employees are at fashion island are so unhelpful and rude after they get their initial sale. Give them your money and theyre done with you.
I only gave them a 1 because 0 is not an option. I made the mistake of purchasing a voucher through Group on. The frame selection wasn’t very stylish. I had given this to my sister for a present. We went but by the time she had added the things she wanted, it was about $150 more. She never got the glasses & I was unable to obtain a refund. A costly mistakes.
They don’t stand by their product. My lenses have a growing air bubble in them and they won’t replace it. It is about an inch long on both lenses. They are definitely defective. I asked for a replacement and they would not replace them with the same set. I thought that was kind of crappy and cheap. I am not going to shop there anymore.
I love my glasses so much. I get asked daily where my glasses are from.
