Lovely showroom. I got bathroom shower set for a big price, didnt want PLASTIC w/nickel patina. Bummer! Shower parts arrived, they are mostly PLASTIC!

We were forced to use Ferguson’s as a result of our builder and it was and has been a nightmare (we are still waiting on items). Unresponsive employees (Steve Merritt) and a lack of communication are the name of the game with them. Do yourself a favor and find someone else - they are likely cheaper, more responsive and value customer service. Buyers Beware!

Bought a $1,600 beer refrigerator for my husbands birthday in October. Didnt work since the day it was delivered. Now December, still sitting in the middle of my living room not working. I want to return it, but Ferguson said I needed to get it serviced first. Serviced already? Its brand new. Problem is, they cant get anyone out here to service it. I want to return this purchase and I cant. I would NEVER shop here again.
