I love this beauty supply store. I live about 15 to 20 minutes away but I always drive to come to their store because they are always so friendly so helpful and so nice. Not to mention the store is always clean

Large variety of products and prices are reasonable...however and this has been done on multiple occasions they follow you around the store trying to act like they’re being helpful but it’s an aggravation and rude.Due to the neighborhood I understand the cautiousness but if you have to do all of that then your business should be in a different area because it’s offensive to me

Reasonable prices, they always have the brand of hair care products I use, & the owners are very friendly.

The Asian woman who is the owner follows is fake nice. She follows you around the store under the guise of helping but its very obvious she thinks that if youre black youre going to steal something. Ive been back a few times to try and prove myself wrong but its like that every time. Theres a big difference between offering a little assistance and hounding customers. The hair is overpriced anyway. Ill take my black dollars somewhere Im not treated like a thief.

Id give it 5 stars BUT, its extremely crowded in the store. Like only one person can be on an aisle at a time without feeling invaded. Also because the sign on the door says they are open on Sundays from 2-5 but they are in fact closed. Ended up walking there twice, with the second time being a waste of a trip.

Junky! Couldnt find anything. The sales associate was very helpful with finding the items I needed though.

I know this place isnt located in the best part of town, but I cant even browse around without feeling Extremely uncomfortable. The sad part is I was a kid living in aquaduct when the place opened Im now grown with a kid my own buissness part time and a full time city employee they know my mom who is now a salon owner??I hate to play the race card, but its just facts The owner and his wife still make you feel like just because youre black automatically youre gonna steal something from them.Not all black people need to steal so Id rather and usually spend my money elsewhere

They followed me the whole time in the store. The old white man was treating me like i was stupid while I was swiping my debit card . Making smart comments a d being rude. I only go here cause I live 3 mins away walking distance. Horrible customer service
