Great place for professional hair supplies. Informative staff. Inventory is pretty low and color seems to be a bit disorganized. Im sure just a sign of the times though. Online retail makes it hard for brick and mortar businesses to survive.

Absolutely love this location. All the ladies that work here are super helpful and nice. There is never any judgment or attitude like I usually get at saloncentric. Will forever be a customer as long as Im doing hair.

I was looking for one item and the employees were quick to help me and guide me to the exact item.

Normally I dont do reviews but I just read one on here that was from a few weeks ago and I couldnt believe what I was reading. It just reminded me when you work with the public you always run across the few customers that no one can make happy! I have been going to this store almost weekly for years and the girls are always helpful and kind!! Thank you for all you do, and Im sorry about the bad review that you didnt deserve! !

This shop has the worst customer service that I have ever seen. They dont greet you or ever smile, which is something I can handle normally, but then when me and my mother ask them for help on sale info or colors, they roll their eyes like we are a inconvenience to them. Not to even mention that they all huddle in an aisle away from you, and literally talk about you behind your back. I will never go back to this place again. This is not a one time happening, but they treat you this way every single time and all I ever do is ask questions like a normal customer. For those wondering who, it is the blonde older cashier and the manager . Ariel was the only nice and helpful employee.
