I walked in for an exchange, and came out with additional purchases. This store has to have something in the air, that entice you to buy!Whats left to say, Its Bath and Body Works! You will like something, if not EVERYTHING in the store.

Very nice and clean. Im always offered a bag for shopping and if you ask for help they will spend whatever amount of time necessary to find your perfect scent.

Intrance partially blocked with one way in thru a security person. Lots of white women in the store. This has been my family home 400 years with the highest percentage college educated blacks in the country. However when I walked in the clerk immediately found busy work to do right beside me. Wonder? I walked out never to return. Hope they go out of business.

This Bath & Body Works is a nice location that has a White Barn attached. The store was very well stocked. The store was clean and the staff was very friendly. We were greeted at the door and given instructions of the store safety procedures. I was very impressed with my experience today.

The staff is extremely friendly.. they sell great products. The lotions come in a plethora of scents. I have purchased over 15 different lotions from them and they all exceeded my expectations..it is a great gift for ladies

The workers in bath & body works is doing there jobs like I walked in there the coworker let me smell the new summer perfume and she got me I had to go get it and I did this the place you should go to u love that the fact that they persuade you to get more or give u good tips on which 1 to get and I love there candles and I love they variety of perfume,candles,hand sanitizer and other things they have and there sales are worth it

Line will take forever even with only a couple of people in the store, as the cashier has to come around front after every transaction to wipe the counter down. She doesnt spray anything new on the counter or the rag. Should have someone standing there doing that for the cashier to make a easy in and out, especially since they have so many girls working the floor annoying you every couple of seconds.

I found some really good deals today along with my coupons that I used .I only spend $16.54 for my stuff

Ok so I got drug in here by my ole lady like most of you gentlemen but I will say if you walk in and go to the right there is a small display with mens products on it now the selection is small but the products are dope. Cologne, body was, and a few other items as well theyre a little pricey but seems to be really nice quality stuff so guys if you get drug in there go check that stuff out. Staff was very overwhelmed with customers but were still happy to help and take time to help just you

First time visiting this store and the sales girl who helped me and my boyfriend was very friendly and helpful! We bought a lot of candles and other stuff.

Most of my bath and body works purchases I either do online or at this location. I’ve never experienced an issue before until this past Monday. I went in super excited to use my 20% off coupon and redeem my free gift coupon. Ready to stock up on fall merchandise before baby arrives and grab some early birthday gifts for my husband, my bag filled up quickly. As I went to checkout I showed the sales associate my coupons. Before even looking in my bag she told me my free item of $7.50 or less had to be a travel sized item. I asked to look at the coupon again and noticed that nowhere on it did it say anything about it having to be a travel sized item. In a hurry to get home I went back to go get another “travel sized” item (hand cream $6.50). After the associate rang everything up she said oh did you want to use this car air clip $5.50 for your free item? I told her yes, that’s why I put it in there, so I can use it? To which she said, oh no I can’t override it... Her tone was just a bit too sharp and I felt like she didn’t fully understand her position or how to ring up product. I now understood why the woman I heard before me was so irritated when she was being rung up and trying to use her free coupon as well. It doesn’t make sense that a hand cream at $6.50 would work for a free item, but not a car clip priced at $5.50. I understand that there are probably new associates that they had to bring in due to the pandemic and that everyone is feeling some stress. However, customer service should still be the heart of what makes a company.

I like the aura of this place and they always have a sale nomatterwhat time of the year it is.....I got really nice gifts fragrances for a few people that I know would really be happy about and now they have the Plugin with a multitude of beautiful scented fillers.Its a wonderful last minute shopping stop.

I really feel like they change one or two ingredients and name it a whole different scent...then charge you ridiculous prices even if its a 2 for sale...think Im done shopping here

I adore Bath & Body Works, but I really do not like the way this location is arranged. For one, its two separate stores, one with body care and the other with home fragrance. And I just thought the way they had the products displayed was confusing; there were too many different arrangements with the same products and it took me longer than it usually does to find what I wanted to purchase.

Found the candles that I needed. Associate very helpful.

Everyone was so nice and friendly. Great customer service and we were able to get what we were looking for which was nice that they were stocked up around this time of the year. The guy working there let us know about their candle sale which was nice because we ended up buying some along with our spray and lipgloss. I really like the snicker doodle candle.

Oooooooo yessssss I found this perfect scent White Jasmine body spray. Yall should get it for the special person in your life like a mother or grandmother or even a dear aunt. Its not a old person sent as they say.... Its a scent of almost royalty. 🤷🏽 I purchased it for my Queen.... My grandmother and she loved it.

I loved it. Carla was very helpful with finding some very strong sense that have a very long throw.. They were also sold out of the ghost wallflower plug and only had the 1 on display. She let me have the display. Will go back again for another Wallflower plug soon.

Took my wife there to have her show me what she likes to wear and the customer service was great. The staff stood out and was easy to talk to. They were very helpful with informing us with deals that are going on at the time. Also, plenty of samples along with other small products for purses and vehicles.

Quality items that you dont mind paying fair prices for. This is my go-to store for birthdays wedding gifts for the bride, Christmas, Mothers Day, Fathers Day, everyday. Always have something that I can pick up quick. They have good coupons. Military discount. I just love the year-end clearance sales and all of the clearance on items that are discontinued. I spend at least $100 for those type of sales because items are two and three and four dollars each lotion and sprays. You just cant beat this place for variety and value. Then the white barn is right next to it and Patrick Henry Mall and boy I lose my mind in there!

OOOOH. When you use Bath and Body products you escape into a scent of your own. To enhance a better experience, try bath beads after the bath in a hot steamy bathroom. The scent in the air leaves you with a great scent that is not overpowering. It complements you body spray.

During this pandemic, I like the way they have a separate entrance and exit. Employee cleaned and disinfected the counter after each transaction.

Very helpful with my mail ordered items and I was able to exchange for something else. WARNING: during the summer never order through the mail the chemical changes in the smell of body spray. Smelled like bug spray.
