I have shopped with Grands since 1999. Theirs is reasonably priced. The furniture is good quality. I’ve never had a problem bought a washer In 2003, still using it today only needed repair twice. I plan on shopping in the near future.
Felicia was great with assisting me with finding living room furniture. I explained that I was from out of town and I was moving to this area. She welcomed me and said if I had any questions she was there to help...
I’m not one to leave bad reviews but Grand Furniture has been a horrible experience for us. We bought our bed a month before moving into our home. The bed was in stock and delivered on the day it was scheduled to. However, upon delivering the team left us no nails/screws to drill the rails ourselves (even though they said they would build the bed at no extra cost)… the rails had no holes to even drill them. On top of that, the headboard is literally bent and misshaped to the point where it looks cheap. They left so many chipped paint marks all over the bed. After calling multiple times to get in contact with their service department, they finally sent someone to inspect the bed. They said they would replace the entire bed because of how defective it was…. Still no call back on when they’ll come pick up the bed or deliver a new one. We went to the store and they said they couldn’t do anything for us. Just take your money elsewhere. Keep in mind, this has nothing to due with covid delays rather than a horrible service team and bad quality.
If I could not rate this place I would. We ordered a couch and coffee table from them in November 2020. Didnt receive them until February 2021. The coffee tables wheel already broke because it is dainty plastic and the head rest on one side of our reclining couch doesnt work. At top of all of that they harassed my husbands parents which we never gave out their number so who knows how they got it. Second, they harrased me by calling me and then wouldnt give me any details to why they were calling because I wasnt my husband, even though I was on the account and was there when we purchased everything. They also had my husbands number on record and never even tried calling him. So, because of that we missed a payment and they tried to threaten to sue us and charge us $500 on top of what we already owed because we did not set up automatic payments with them. Once my husband threatened to sue them for harassment they finally agreed to waive those fees and let us pay off the rest of what we owed. They are very unprofessional and I would not recommend anyone wasting their time here.
The salesperson CONSTANTLY needed help from awesome lady named Felecia Horton.
While my experience in the store was favorable, the delivary was not. I ordered a dining room table with built in shelves on the side. I paid for delivary and set up, however when the delivary drivers arrived to set up, they did not have the pegs for the shelves. I was told by one of them I could go to Lowes and buy them. Tried that and they do not fit. Called customer service, and was transferred to the warehouse, who did not have them in stock. I still do not have them. I will never buy from them again.
Awesome place to buy furniture had a great experience and I didnt know they were locally owned as well, gotta show the local and homegrown businesses some love definitely will be back!
It’s so frustrating shopping for furniture! I never know exactly what I want, I just let pieces speak to me. (Some understand). When I came in, I was greeted immediately by Darryl. What I liked most was he didn’t hound me. He gave me their specials run down and gave me space to browse alone. After 15 minutes I found what I wanted and Darryl had me in and out the chair in less than 10 minutes. The paperwork was a breeze and the customer service was great!
Customer service is terrible. Office associates are rude and unprofessional. They wont send you a bill or set you up with ebills then want you to remember the random due date and when you dont pay it on time they send you a threatening letter. I called to simply ask when was my bill sent by email or mail and they said we dont do that we are paperless. Tried to speak to a manager regarding the billing practices and they were extremely rude and didnt listen to me at all. Filed a BBB complaint regarding the billing practices and they havent responded in weeks.Still waiting since early June on replacement coffee table since my showed up damaged.Still havent recvd my coffee table on back order with no updates on eta.

It was very decent. The prices were up to part. The furniture not really my taste but thats subjective. They didnt have much for little girls stuff but overall decent to shop at.
Our family went in on Labor day looking for a loft bed with a desk. They didnt have the bed we were looking for, however, we did find a very nice table, and some vases. Charley was professional, friendly, and honest. He gave us very accurate numbers on the items we were interested in, and added the discounts to our purchases that he mentioned while we were browsing the floor. He was also upfront about not having a Comfort Guarantee on the mattresses they sell, which allowed us to make a quick decision. I also liked that when we were greeted, he end with, Enjoy the floor! None of the sales associates pestered us during our stay; every associate had a pleasant demeanor. It is also nice that this company bases your approval on SOFT INQUIRIES for your credit application when looking at the option to finance on the new furniture (depending on your purchase, plans can go out as far as 3-4 years!). We will be back and I would highly recommend this furniture to our friends and military family ❤
Lots of stuff but nothing for me and inventory is scant
Excellent selection of furniture, the sales people and customer service at the store could not be more friendly and helpful. But trying to get the items, a loveseat and a chair, we purchased took an act of extreme patience due to the personnel that work at the warehouse, also the staff that supposedly is to answer the phones for delivery set-up who dont answer their phones or return calls IF you can get them to answer the phone. I would call it incompetence. Our delivery for the loveseat, was the wrong item home delivered and it took a few days to get that corrected, then our chair was the wrong one, delivered to the store for pickup, and we waited about 2 weeks for that.
My granddaughter had bought some den furniture back in May and still had not received the ottoman in Sept. She had called a couple of times and was told the ottoman had not come in. I decided to make a visit there to speak to the manager. After some checking, the manager said the ottoman wouldnt be in until the first of the year. I told her that we would take the floor model, if she would reduce the price. Not only did the manager reduce the price of the ottoman, she gave my granddaughter a $150 gift certificate. I really appreciated the additional kindness she showed my granddaughter. We will shop there again.
I had purchased furniture from them and when it arrived it was broken so they had to come and pick it up. I am still getting billed months after and when I call them they always promise that they will call back and they never do. When you go to the store to speak to the manager she tells me to go talk to the business office. When I went to go talk to the business office they told me that I dont owe anything in their system and that I shouldnt worry. Mind you that I am getting his bill every single month and no one can come up with any clue to why ?? No one seems to know anything. This is poor customer service. No one can give you a simple explanation here to why there is a bill coming to my address that i dont bave anything to do with. No one have me any apology or anything they dont seem to care about their customers unless you walk in there and buy furniture.
The sales people very professional and courteous on the other hand the billing department needs to get its act together have some of the work is there very helpful but then you have one lady there gives you misleading information something she doesnt know what shes doing but overall I would recommend this store two others
Very sad. Purchased a large sectional 2 years ago. The 10 year old furniture we got rid of for this, was in better shape then our 2 year old sectional from here.Cushions have flattened, 3 sections the springs are bad (feel like were sitting on the floor).Terrible quality and horribly overblown prices. Now were stuck with this and paying out the rear.
Ask for Charlie if you go to this location. He is friendly and helpful. I didnt find what I was looking for but he was optimistic that they would have a new shipment coming in soon.The selection is broad and the showroom pretty large. So I highly recommend stopping by.
I understand that there is a pandemic going on right now because I have ordered from other furniture stores during this time and I understand that it’s going to take longer than normal. But I was told my furniture was going to be delivered at a certain time and it never was and a month later I still have not received any update and when my furniture will be delivered and I keep having to leave messages that are never returned. The communication has been horrible we were promised the first week in September and now it is already almost mid October and we have not received any phone calls. We were hopeful when we received a call saying that our stuff would be delivered but then a day before delivery we never received any calls so we called and they said no it had not came inUpdate- after finally getting offered the floor sample for the product and giving me $ 190.00 credit, the furniture came missing pieces to connect it, it was just dropped off and so Felicia ordered the parts and said it would be here 3-6 weeks. I agreed and gave them another chance, but after calling them several weeks later they informed us that the parts were discontinued and they are offering us $100 gift card or the original price of the ordered furniture that we never received to go towards a different sofa. So after all this I’m back at square on looking for another one 4 months later. I would never recommend going to Grand furniture in Newport News.
First I just want say if you want do business dont give me and my family an attitude that you about to close in 3 minutes, in those 3 minutes you couldve make some money on the furniture I wanted to buy so you know what I wont come back to this store, I guess my money is not good enough for you I would go to another store. 👍🏽
I have NEVER been so disappointed in a business before. My fiancé and I specifically went to this location because we were told that our couch set would arrive within 6-8 weeks as compared to other places telling us 12 weeks due to the pandemic. Charlie specifically told us that it would NOT take that long. We are going on week 13 now! We have called on numerous occasions, and we leave messages only to not be called back. Last week they called to tell us it would be an additional month, and I called back to talk about what is going on and again no answer or call back. SERIOUSLY STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS! By the way we have already paid for the furniture set so once they have your money they couldn’t care less about you.
After spending all weekend searching online and at other furniture retail stores on Jefferson, I came to Grand Furniture where I found a couch I was on the fence about. The salesman Charlie, patiently provided me with different options, styles and pricing and then when it came down to dimensions he suggested I dont buy yet but rather go home and use painters tape to mark the dimensions of where the couch would fall in my home. *Gasp* he did not pressure me to buy that very minute! Needless to say, I looked around some more but came right back to Charlie. His excellent service level and positive attitude made the difference and I ended up buying the couch. :)

I wouldnt recommend buying furniture here. They have nice furniture but it is over priced. Working with Charlie is the only positive thing I can say about Grands.Very satisfied with the service I received from Charlie. I had an issue with my furniture being damaged he did what he could to help out. I called corporate,email and left messages and til this day I still havent hear from anyone. That was a year ago. One of the office managers from the location reached out to me to handle the issue.The office staff never know whats going on or what to do. They lack caring for their customers.No customer service skills, very incompetent. If you do buy from them be aware you get good service from the sale person but after you sign and pay your money that the end of the good service. Also dont sign up for auto pay from your bank account. If you sign paperwork to have it stopped they still continue to withdraw from you account without authorization. No one in the credit department take responsibility for Grands mistakes.So again be aware, buy at your own risk..
Not very happy with the furniture I bought really a waste once you pay it off its a big joke to them have not even had a year yet and very cheaply constructed they sent montage out to take a look the tech could of cared less not his Furniture also called the store last manager got an attitude with me and said you know I ought to hang up the phone she admired to me she was rude to me what a waste
Sales team was helpful and gave plenty of space. Normal retail prices were inflated, per industry norms. Sales prices were legit though.
This is the place to go my viewers. The staff goes above and beyond for all clients new or returning, prices are on the bit high but rather pay for it now than later if you cheap with your furniture youll pay double not with Grand though youre paying for good quality furniture that can last been with them for 4 yrs and my first purchase is still strong and going. Great job Grand keep up the good work!
Sales and purchase was quick and easy.. took my money no problem. Getting my purchased items correctly and on time is a different story and apparently very hard... Their warehouse, delivery and assembly service is very unsatisfactory. Not worth the fees I was charged.I have tried multiple times to get my items delivered correctly and it has failed. (No this is not a covid shipping or lack of workers issue)I will update this review as things change... Im currently awaiting blindly for furniture to sit and sleep on.

They want your payment on time, but will not report it to the credit bureau on time. I paid my account in full, on time, with no interest. They still have not reported that I paid it off. I opened a dispute with Equifax against them and they finally reported the correct information about my payments. It looks like I will open another dispute! Their rating will never be 5 stars in my opinion. I do not feel they have the best quality furniture. They keep sending me emails etc. trying to get me to buy more. 60%off, you are a valued customer... Not going to work! I paid it off and owe them $0.00. They could work on some customer service training (billing etc.). Some of them are very rude, will hang up on you, and act like you are bothering them...
Love the Grey this year. What you can do with it.. great service and good deals going on. Will go back. Some stylist things to choose from . Worth a look. And warranty is a deal . Worth getting10 years
Very nice store! The employees were very helpful and the pricing on the furniture was very reasonable. I was able to get a whole sectional for way less than what I was looking to spend. I cant remember the lady name that helped me but she was very nice. I will be back.
I understand that because of Covid the orders are delayed but don’t get annoyed with me when I call to check on my orders. Because y’all sure will call a million times when a bill is overdue. Horrible service.
We bought a bed and mattress. They have pushed the delivery day three times, and we still dont have the items. There is a missing piece they are waiting on. They wont even consider the floor model or its parts for delivery. We wont be shopping there again. Excuses are plentiful and communication is lacking.
I purchased a sectional. Also purchased the warranty. My sofa is coming apart at the seam and I called and was told that “conveniently “ the warranty does not cover that. What a crock! Worthless! I paid for a warranty and can’t get my sofa repaired! I will never purchase from Grand Furniture again.
Been waiting on my furniture for 4 months, all my sales person do is lie. I am so sick of this furniture store. I know covid is an issue but she told me in August it would be the middle to the end of September and now its almost December. I am going up there tomorrow and talk to the manager and if I dont get any resolution going to cancel my order and never deal with that company again!!!!

No respond.Your manger at Newport news store Named Mark has issue in communicating with women and minorities. He needs a class on customer service and how to address potential and current buyers and not allow emotions to dictate responses !!!. He needs to learn to respect and apologize for store employees failure and shortcoming in handling a simple transaction.While leaving the store, I told the employee who was a comfortable sofa, that I will go back to this store and He said ok, dont com.Horrible customer service and Very bad handling of the orders.I recommend every one to avoid this store.
Salesman reassured me that my very heavy head board would be attached to the bed upon delivery.. He knew this was going to an assisted living facility for a 76 yr old woman.. Upon delivery they stated we dont do that, the salesman tell you whatever you want to hear& as a slap in the face, Ive left several messages & a manager would not even return my call..Hard lesson learned, will NEVER purchase from here again!

PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS....Let me start by saying I have never had a problem with Grand...but boy have things changed. I have been a repeat Grand Furniture client for years, BUT this year (2019) has far been the worse. I purchased a whole new house worth of items (queen size mattress and box spring, a couch and matching love seat, and a dining room table and chairs). The dining room chairs have nails piercing through the fabric of the bottom of the seats and my sofa was back ordered for a month. Staff has been very nonchalant about my entire situation and the manager of the Newport News store seems lost and unapologetic. The entire organization just seems different and doesnt seem to be concerned with the idea of having an unsatisfied customer; this is crazy and disheartening.....THE OLD GRAND FURNITURE DOES NOT EXIST ANYMORE.
Amazed at how they dont communicate than dont accountability. The assistant manager Felicia H then placed blame on Judy and stated that she will contact us with an update on the 20th. No call and said why didnt you call us.. I dont know who gave her a promotion to management but they need to reevaluate that.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We were in love with our couch that we bought from Grand furniture. We got it in June of last year, and by March of this year the frame had broken ( we didn’t even have it for a year). Despite the 1 year manufacturers warranty, Grand furniture would not help at all. We went in person several times and got the run around in the store. We were promised someone would contact us from the manufacturer or else Grand would take care of it since we obviously got a defective piece of furniture, however no one ever did. We were always redirected to somewhere different on the phone and in person. It’s a shame because we thought we found our perfect couch and a great new place to purchase furniture. DO NOT BUY YOUR FURNITURE FROM HERE.
I was told, that technically my furniture loan was 0% interest because whatever interest I paid per month was accumulated and applied to the final payment whenever I decide to pay it off, but now they are saying that there is no such thing.I would have never bought such an expensive couch on a loan if I knew I was paying interest on the loan in the first place. I would have paid it in full the very first day, but I suppose I was blinded and I was stupid for ever even listening to them.I will NEVER, purchase a piece of furniture from Grand Furniture ever again, even if I was to pay in full, due to the pure slyness of their sales tactics. This stemmed from the Hampton location, but they went out of business (gee, imagine that), but the employees transferred over to the Newport News location.DO NOT BUY FROM GRAND.

If I done this rating a couple of months ago I would have given them five stars. However in the last month they sent the wrong television, the salesperson royally screwed up my account. Now theyre saying if I had noticed the mistake that was made sooner they would have honored my discount letter. The staff in billing off ice are professional and friendly.
Have shopped here twice. First time for a mattress and the second time for a recliner. The mattress is very comfortable and has held up well. The recliner so far is good. They compensated us as they didnt have one in stock right away. The ladies in the back who do the paperwork are very friendly & efficient! Great team!

We committed to a purchase for delivery “all over the United States.” Went to purchasing, where we were paying without financing, to FINALLY find they dont deliver to our zip code. This was nearly 2 hours wasted and the only thing they could offer was picking it up from their warehouse in VA beach. Because that’s totally possible for everyone... severely disappointed in this experience.

I like Grand Funiture. The service is always very pleasant, not pushy and they have good sales. Ive been a customer for a few years and bought several pieces of furniture. Once you become a customer they always offer more.
The deal I got just cant be touched! A young lady by the name Hailey V. also went above & beyond to assist us. She made our experience great.
I previously had a moderate discrepancy regarding my account however ; issue resolved . Thank you, management team Sue for your prompt response and excellent customer service towards resolving my account matters.
Delivery Scheduling needs some work to ensure delivery date to customer is known by all with a “need to know”.
Have had a few problems with my furniture trying to get repaired over the past 2 years, left messages with the repair part of the business and nobody has made any attempt to return my call or even try to show up. Went inside the store this past few months and gave the lady my same issues and problems and left my information and nobody has still not made an attempt to fix my furniture. Will not shop here again
My furniture (couches and bedroom set) was supposed to come on a Saturday . I got a call the day before from the person who sold me the furniture (I think his name was Chris) and said he had good news and bad news. Basically my headboard was broken, so they couldnt deliver that but they could deliver everything else. Made no sense but fine, whatever, annoyance #1. I was told the headboard would be delivered the following Saturday. No one ever calls to confirm a time or anything so I call Chris to find out whats going on. Again, he had good news and bad news. Good news, they had my headboard. Bad news, they didnt have room for it in the truck and he would PERSONALLY deliver it to me 5 PM on a Tuesday . Annoyance #2. Tuesday comes and he gets there close to 7 PM. Annoyance #3. When he gets there in his own car, WITH NO MOVERS, just his MOTHER in the car, he proceeds to ask me to help him move the stuff into my apartment. The CUSTOMER is helping move stuff into their own apartment... Anyone ever heard of professionalism? If you cant move it on your own, maybe you shouldve had the company deliver it! Overall not a horrible experience but nowhere near excellent. I went to the one in Norfolk, off of Little Creek. Note to customers, dont let anyone personally deliver furniture to your house . I still have to pay my first bill IN FULL, even tho I only had HALF of my things for two weeks, smh.

The quality of the furniture is horrible. My mom had a leather couch from somewhere else that lasted over 10 years without any cracks or rips in it. We purchased a bed from Grand and the posts are worn badly. The couch we have has cracked up so bad we have to cover it with a blanket. This is a couch we dont even sit on much. Grand will not do anything to replace furniture either. Theyll just call it normal tear, but the furniture you sell should not be this bad after only a few years. Ill never purchase form Grand again.

Never ever in my life will I ever purchase from Grand Furniture again. I financed furniture and explained I would be paying it in full the beginning of July to avoid the interest (my payment date was mid month every month). Mind you I placed this order in April and wasnt delivered until the end of May. Again no big deal they told me they didnt have it in stock at the time anyway. It was delivered on the 20th of May and was told my first payment would debit after delivery (makes sense right? WRONG). I get a call May 17-18ish stating my account was in collections, legal action would be taken against me, my account would hit my credit, etc. HOW IN THE WORLD does that work? Im not paying for something i dont have. IT CLEARLY MAKES NO SENSE WHATSOEVER! Then in July I paid the account off and saw a payment came out after being paid off. Now i understand it was a check so it may have shown on there end it was processed in the pay off balance i was given. I wasnt sure so i called and was told i was due a refund and the only way for one to be processed was to go to the store. I go and surprise they cant help me. THE LADY IN THE CREDIT DEPARTMENT IS WAY BEYOND RUDE!!!!!! So i go back to the car and call the corporate number and was transferred 5-7 times BACK TO THE STORE I JUST LEFT and was livid. I finally get in touch with someone that seemed like they could help without sending me back to the Newport News location. She sent me my history and low and behold they charged me a LATE FEE 2 DAYS after it was delivered! At this point they can keep the late fee. They clearly need it. I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK TO THIS STORE GOOD LUCK IF YOU CHOOSE TOO.

I don’t even want to give them 1 star they worse then that I came in today too put the rest of the money on my furniture that suppose to be delivered in a wk... after I put a $100 on it already a wk ago then came back to put $241 they going to ask for all my information again and pay stubs and because I didn’t have that it was a problem and I couldn’t get my furniture but they took all my money though... isn’t it store policy any where when u go to the store u suppose give them all that information first before they ask u for money. I will never shop at grand furniture again!!!!!

Worst experience ever. You receive better service at Wal-Mart. My salesperson Mario at the Jefferson store was the worst - nice, but knew absolutely nothing about the product or procedure of purchasing the furniture. I ended up leaving with nothing due to his lack of professionalism, lack of knowledge and distrust in what he was saying. Grand almost had a customer due to Mark the assistant manager, however it was soon lost when I got to the business office and it was revealed Mario misinformed me on many aspects of my sale.
4 years ago I bought a sofa and recliner. 5 year warranty sounds great but thats hardly the case. After about 2 years the recliner broke, cheap metal bent under my 150 pounds. They send the part and I fix it, surprised they actually encouraged me to fix it myself.. 2 years later this thing buckles completely, different section nothing to do with what I fixed. After a quick deduction it looks like this chair was refurbished with a few parts in there improperly installed and 1 ghetto rigged. Soooooooo apparently if you have used the warranty once at anytime that voids any future use of the warranty on that piece of furniture. In addition, the sofa has the kind of pull string for the ends to recline. Normally its tucked away inside the cushion but whatever kept it down broke. I didnt mind that much it was barely an inconvenience but I decided to mention it while I called in about the recliner for the second time. Because I didnt let them know about the damage asap they wont cover it..their furniture is ghetto, and their warranty is ghetto. Horrible customer service and money hungry A-hole floor reps.

One star only because need to get here. Worst store we have ever bought from. We have been 3 weeks trying to get our livingvroom furniture and makes it hard to arrange getting rid of our old as they WILL NOT DO. They have had our money for 3 weeks and just very upset with their business. Should not tell you things to sell if you cant deliver!!!!!!!!

We have had a horrible experience from their billing department. Even when our balance has been paid up in advance plus some, we received threats of legal action, no response from the billing department, no response emails. Notices that we received in the mail contradict him selves, weird excess absurd amount of attorneys fees, with no notice of court dates for an opportunity for rebuttal. This is been a horrible experience!

I spoke with the manager about what day I could pay and they called me again the very next day, talk about HARASSMENT. I will be going to Ashley furniture in the future this is unacceptable please speak with the credit office about professionalism.
I got a mattress three tables and a recliner for my studio they have a good payment plan .
I wouldnt recommend going here. Do not work with you with your account and will quickly garnish your paycheck. Shop elsewhere.

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. I was recommended by so many people in the community that this was the best place to go. When walking in I was confident the first time that I went but I didnt have everything that I needed, I was handled by a lady named Haley she was very NICE I told her that I will come back at a later time when i had more income so now this time I came back I was greeted by Judy I thought okay everybodys customer service here is the same way well I was wrong as the time went on into purchasing the furniture everything just became a disarray I dont know if there was some mistraining for Judy or if there was some kind of miscommunication amongst the whole entire department things just seem confusing the amount of decisions that was made just for me to get my furniture was unacceptable I went in and I told her how much my budget was and she try to work around that well from there everything went down hill I sat in that location as if I was buying a car for the first time it took me 3 and half hours for only 5 pieces of furniture I was so tired and so flustered when I left there I almost wanted to tell grandfurniture to cancel the order. I was in disbelief When I thought that it was all over Im still running into complications so here it is the week of my delivery they delivered my bed and my couch no dresser which was already a part of the order no one informed me that the dresser was not coming until the following week so another disappointment so I patiently waited the dresser came on the 17th of March it came without the mirror when I called the delivery they said the mirror was damaged and would have contact the store so I spoke with Mark he has managed to work some Kinks out and got some things done which i appreciate so today its March 24th and Im assuming that the mirror was on its way after being notified by a text message that it was going to be a delivery between a certain time I got up for it there is NO mirror no one called to inform me .There is no communication between the customer and what happens if misdelivery is on their part to let me know that the mirror wasnt coming. Now back to yesterday I went back on 23rd to get a dinette set because Sierra had called and advised me that the store had 50% off and wanted to know if I still wanted the dinette set that was completely on me I should have known NOT to go but i went in and meet with Sierra very sweet she could have been more attentive or staying by my side while I was making the decision she let me take my time and search for the furniture but there was no initial communication as far as staying with me until I decided which I can say Judy did do I appreciate that much ok I went back to wait for the decision Sierra had left and went to take care of something else Im sitting there and Charlie walks over and asks me to use the computer that Im sitting at I explain to him Im waiting for a decision he explained to me that he needs to take care of a customer so I was left with no choice but to get up from where i was sitting as an African American woman I felt awkward at that point i was being moved for a white couple i was there first and wasnt fully taken care of i didnt matter at that point I almost wanted to walk out but I waited around and looked at some childrens furniture and thats when Sierra came back and let me know what the finishing process was and we walked right over to an OPEN computer strange why did i need to move? . I have a few people in mind that I would like to thank for their customer service which was Tamika,Felicia and Mark who all tried to smooth things out .I just called Ashley to find out what happened to my delivery as of today the 24th and she was very pleasant not to add the lady handling delivery very nasty over the phone. Ive been doing customer service for over 15 years and this is the worst Ive ever been treated theres no way within a months time I am so dissatisfied . Communication is no good here
No communication, rips you off and when come close to pay either they dont answer the phone so they can make you pat more interest!!! Thumbs down
This company is the worst, the furniture is poor qualit. And over price, ive had two beds that keep breaking and you have to wait forever for parts and the finance/corporate office is not professional at all .
He be very knowledgable and it was fast and easy to take care of this business
Great prices but watch the salespeople, they try up be slick on negotiating prices by playing games.
Management needs a class on customer service and how to address potential and current buyers and not allow emotions to dictate responses !!! No communication between sales ppl . Will be refunding purchase..
They have a nice selection of furniture to choose from. They also allow customers to set up monthly payments if you cannot pay the entire amount the day of the purchase.

I will never purchase anything from Grand ever again. The foot board on our bed broke and we had the warranty so we filed a claim to have it fixed and they denied our claim so now we are stuck with a broken bed that we paid a lot of money for! Cheap furniture and bogus warranties! Stay away from Grand!
