A lot smaller than most Five Belows I’ve been to and it seemed to lack a lot of newer items that their social media page advertises. Overall, the employees there were nice and seemed to be helpful when you need it. Not bad.

The store is clean and spacious in some areas. I went in to pick up items for my daughter for her dorm room. Not many items for college dorms was in store. Eventually found what I wanted. Hoping this store will bounce back. I really like it.

Great selection of random stuff. My sister needed some extra clothes while she was visiting and they hand a great selection on the wall in sizes Small to XL and surprisingly they were true to size if not a little bit bigger. Also the employees had a great attitude even though it was probably 90° inside since the AC was down.

Tons of cute items at cheap prices. Not in love with all the self check out kiosks instead of cashiers though. Store is very clean and offers lots of seasonal items too.

I love their $5 graphic tees and shoes! Its a great way to stay stylish on a budget. I do wish the store was a tad bit bigger because it always seems so cramped in the aisles. Otherwise, I really enjoy my occasional splurging here.

This store is nice. Sometimes you can find really good things that are worth the money. And then there are times that you find junk! The store is usually over crowded. The new check out lines are a mess. I get the self checkout, but then they put a register at the end of the self checkout and you cant squeeze by if someone is being checked out. Dumb design!

It was nice and clean. It was a little busy when I went but the staff was nice. I found everything I need and also bought way more than I intended.

I was upset at the fact that there isnt a cashier. Like Walmart you have to check yourself out. They dont pay me to work there. If you arent going to do your job (Im not blaming the workers) then give me a discount for doing the job your employees should be doing.

Store is clean and has self checkout for social distancing. Opens on-time every day. Sadly, not everything is below $5. Still, you get good deals on items that are too high quality to be sold on Wish, but not quite Best Buy material.

Easy to find items. Aisles wide enough for social distancing. Majority of the customers were wearing masks. Some of the employees were not. But I like shopping there and feel just as safe there as any where else.

Friendly staff and helped me with my returns with a same day refund!

Always a good stop for a phone charger

Not a fan of self checkouts and the way to the registers is awkward. I didnt find as many Christmas themed stocking stuffers this year. The selection isnt as vast as the previous years. They also lacked a lot of sizes. And this was at the end of November and even went back a few days after black Friday. The register attendant was nice.

They have a good selection from which to choose. The staff is friendly also.

I am more than impressed with this store. They have self check outs. Lots of cool stuff for the entire family.

Not the place to go after Christmas 😔 took my daughter to spend her gift card and the shelves were bare. Very disappointed with the selection. I do not like that it is all self checkout now either, I dont get paid to check myself out 🤷‍♀️

I would suggest ear plugs when checking out, the beep on those registers is... loud.. very, very loud!!! 😱😱😱😱Other than that terrifying moment, this place is AMAZING!!! 🤑🤑🤑

Nice clean store helpful staff. And a nice spread of things to buy at low prices.

Worker marking prices on items ignored my requests for help until I walked right up to her face. She gave me wrong info and I had to return 2 items, due to her lack of attention. The woman who works the front cash register was awesome and helpful.

First off the customer service here is disgusting.The black light skin girl with short curly hair & library glasses is VERY rude I told the boy that worked there that I found a phone on a shelf and she was just standing there and buts in & literally says nothing and snatches the phone from my hand and walks away and tells the person” oh yeah we found your phone no problem” & gives me a dead face Just plane out rude and disgusting & to top it off everything is scattered and unorganized! Never coming to this five below again! the one in Williamsburg & Va beach are my go to, everything over there is up to par unlike Newportnews.

The last time I was here they were farther up Jefferson Ave. Its more centrally located now. I have been looking for an inflatable pool for the grand daughter. Saw a commercial this morning and who do you think has them, well 5 below has them. I was so happy, had to come and get one. Of course you cant come in here and purchase just one thing. I bought a few things. Great store

You can get some neat stuff there. Last year I bought some Taylor Swift parfum which I liked.

Best store lol to literally buy stuff that is $5 and below. They have a VARIETY of stuff from art, electronics, tee shirts everything !! They even sale candy like tubes and all sorts lol.

Visited on 20 Dec place was packed and the checkout line was long. By the time I was done choosing my items we were the next to checkout out. Staff was terrific and courteous.

Always clean and well stocked. Friendly, helpful associates. Found just what I needed. Hard to leave without getting something other than what I came for!

Came here all the way from Gloucester.Online they said there open today.Walked up to the door and baskets are blocking entrance. They have signs up suggesting their open. It would be nice if you would specify your closed on website.

Low cost phone accessories, beauty supplies, dorm room decor and toys. Geared towards the tweenager/ young adult age group. Nothing over $5 so a great place for kids to spend their allowance. The items arent high quality, long lasting, theyre inexpensive. Great place to grab a quick charger or pair of headphones.

I so do really love and enjoy having to go shopping over at the 5 Below which theyve got really good stuff to be buying like from games to books. Its a really good place to go out shopping for Christmas.

Five Below is a fun store. While many of the items are a steal a five dollars, you have to keep in mind that you may just get what you pay for. Headphones/earbuds are a perfect example. Most will work pretty well and produce decent sound quality. However, they may not hold up over time. There are also now things that sell for more than five dollars (e.g., tech items). Despite some drawbacks, it is still an awesome store.

This store is chock full of exciting buys for my family at an outstanding price. I love this place! Im looking forward to returning in the very near future.There are so many things to look at. My seven year old granddaughter is amazed at all thats offered.

I absolutely love this store. But they really could use some improvements with their line and cashier customer service. I entered this store and the cashiers were more interested in a Snickers with almond and which was better; those or the original ones rather than getting the line down. So if you can stomach line and waiting for the cashiers to take random breaks to discuss idle nothingness, this store is stocked with a lot of great random things that you didnt know that you needed it until you saw it.

Have purchased many a cell phone case there...and the 9H quality screen savers!! Fun store to look around and see what they offer. Always friendly!!

Awesome stuff for the kids. They love looking and shopping for cheap but good products. Dont spend a bunch of money at other stores. Go there for an hour and everyone is happy.

I love this store. Five Below is one of my favorite places, the only negative is that (as far as I know) there is no bathroom in the store.

Went to 5 below today. Bought a car charger and a cord. Thought it would be $11. It was $15. When asked why $15. The girl said 5 below is now 1-5-10 below. It changed 2 days ago. I said thats not right, every sign in the store says 5 below. Then she shows me a tiny sign that says. 1 5 10 below. I was told if you dont like it come back...I WONT

Man, this place has some great stuff for a great price. Did some Christmas shopping here and satisfied the kids list. It was neat and tidy, organized and friendly.
