I ordered for curbside pick up for 8:25pm. I say I’m here and where I am at. I sat in the car til 8: 48pm.Now I have to go inside stand in line and I’m told my food has been sitting at the register now with lukewarm soup. I’m informed by the gentleman behind the register it doesn’t tell them when we got here and they were a little busy. If someone brought over curbside food it shouldn’t just sit. I had to heat my food up when I got home.What is the point of curbside when you have to go inside and get it. Not a good experience.

Ordered a sandwich and soup today and the sandwich had no topping I asked for and the soup was the wrong one. It was the right ticket number but servers failed to put my order together correctly. Checkout lanes were very long with only one working register. I like Wawa but not sure I would return to this location.

Very slow, i order online every single day Monday - Friday and the last 2 orders i have place “have not gone through” let them tell it but i constantly get charged for it and the store tells me the charges will fall off but they never do. It doesn’t make any sense, then they tell me I CANT PLACE MY ORDEE ONLINE when i called corporate before & they stated the store has NO POLICY OF THIS BUT keep telling people that. If IM UNABLE TO PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE BECAUSE OF THEIR APP NOT WORKING, i should be able to order online it’s not my fault y’all are having problems with you all apps

I used the wawa app to order ahead since this isnt exactly the quickest place to go. I showe up about 3 minutes before is was scheduled to be ready. They have a sort of shelf marked for the orders placed with the app. So I wanted about 5 more minutes and nothing was put there. I noticed that the patrons which came in to order were receiving their orders. When asked about my order, an employee said there was nothing back there. He the proceeded to direct me to the front register where my food had been sitting the whole time. Now, I understand that things like this may happen but, why have the shelf for app orders if it is not being utilized? Also, the employee seemed bothered that I asked about my order and didnt apologize for me waiting. Obviously, my food was not very warm by the time I got home and my burger was so so. I usually just get a hoagie, but I thought Id try their burger. Generally Wawa is good place to go for food, but this time they failed to leave a positive impression.

They’re going to mess your order up. I promise.

The guy at the cashier who looked like a thug did not have the best customer service skills at all. I was trying to get gas at the store and he didn’t want to greet or speak to people. If he can’t get it together he doesn’t need to be there. The other cashiers were okay and you did have some rude customers too especially the guy who I open the door for. The environment needs to improve but this store has potential, it’s up to the workers and its customers too.

Wawa isnt bad if you need gas or anything else that isnt food made to order, those people dont give two shots, they do and say whatever works for them, and I also know that if you go there after midnight dont expect to get a milkshake!

On 5/30/202, at 19:22, I didnt wear a mask in the store. There were others in the store without a mask on and the government has lifted the mandates. I had a mask in my pocket and I am not a threat to anyones health. Rather than politely asking me to put a mask on the staff retaliated. They chose activism rather than civility or common courtesy. They talked about me behind my back to each other and tagged all of the coffee urns as empty. I inquired about getting coffee, which is the only reason for my visit this time. The response was you can have iced coffee or a specialty drink, and no offer to make more coffee. Because of the overheard comments I realized what was going on and left. I got freshly made coffee and an apple pie at McDonalds. McDonalds coffee is better anyway. Activism can go both ways. I used to spend thousands of dollars at WAWA on diesel fuel, monthly. Multiple vehicles, every month. Thousands. Now my staff will go elsewhere. When I make a decision to personally boycott a business it is for life. There are too many competitors. I dont have to accept being treated badly. Adiós.

Twice I have ordered my soup first was in store ordered it and paid to be told three minutes later they don’t have it then ordered threw door dash and never got it called the store about it to be told it was not there problem umm yes it is

So I usually come in here just about every Monday through Friday morning after my workout to get a nice strawberry and banana smoothie… lo and behold half of the items on their menu are missing and the only drink their offering are some ice frappachinos and Lattes. This is definitely unacceptable in should have their machine fixed… as I was told it wasnt working… but it looks like they just dont have any staff members working There… other than the one girl who looks like shes 12 years old… so now I have to go to a whole completely different Store that is out of my way just to get what I want…. You all should really do better. Sad. And be like the other wawas and have your staff GREET customers.

This is my go-to gas station since it is the closest to me, they have a wide variety of food items to choose from. You can get fresh subs, or “hoagies” as they call them at the counter by ordering virtually through one of their tablets. The cashiers there are friendly and helpful, the coffee there is always fresh brewed and you can grab yourself a donut or a quick snack before heading to work. There is also an alcohol section and they offer cigarettes at the cashier, you need to be eighteen or older to order those. Overall this is a great convenience store.

People are nice here! They make your food/drinks pretty fast most of the time. I’m happy with that:) I enjoy visiting this Wawa location.I’m so surprised how there are people who haven’t tried any food service @Wawa. Please try some food next time when you go~They’re PRETTY GOOD! You’re missing it😏 Love the new menus!!

Some people are really rude at this location. I ordered online because thats how I get the deal for the hoagie that’s going on. Online they say a lot of stuff is out that actually isn’t. So I caught them in the process or making my sandwich to simply asked to add honey mustard. The lady that was fixing my sandwich slide it to the other lady just to add the sauce. The one that added the sauce said something slick under her breath and they proceeded to let my sandwich sit there and fixed other orders because they were mad I simply asked for honey mustard. The lady in the front was nice though.

VERY busy location. Some of the associates have attitudes thats not appropriate for customer service. Please seek other employment opportunities if you have to be IGNORANT. Takes awhile to get out of here due to slow service. Cappuccinos are decent.Update: day shift is totally different from night shift. Night shift is horrible. They have ONE decent manager which is an young caucasian guy. Hes VERY nice and helpful. Im not sure whom the middle age african american women is who makes the food and the back but shes ALWAYS ignorant. Instead of making sure orders are going to the APPROPRIATE people she laughing and flirting.Ill keep updating possibly with some video footage.

Extremely Unprofessional and rude behavior! Asked a associate for coffee because all the containers were empty, she first looked at me rudely and said WHAT! Then went behind the counter and asked the other associate who was obviously busy with other customers, U didn’t make coffee! Then looks at me in frustration and says..NO! We don’t have none! Sad! Wawa doesn’t seem to have a standard of employee behavior/customer service! That store really should be shut down! Or send secret shoppers in there to see for yourself!

So lets be real here, its a gas station, but it also has really good sandwiches. I put them on par with Jimmy Johns and better than Subway. Its a great alternative to the typical fast food places. Plus they have all the snacks and drinks. Theres even a mini-snack area with healthier options.

Just be careful if you’re black and stopping at this location. You might get racially profiled over a bag of 1.58$ chips.

Wawa might be trying to be too many things to too many people. All of them, and this one is no different, take forever to make the custom drinks they’re now offering. I am sure it’s hard to balance a coffee shop in a gas station sub shop, but someone in management needs to invest in training and get a handle on the situation.

On Christmas eve I went to this establishment and the staff behind the food station were very unprofessional. I ordered something as simple as a meatball cup of 6 meatballs.A staff member told the other staff member there were only five left.So the lady tells her oh well thats gonna have to work with a attitude,not knowing I was the customer who ordered them and I was listening .It may had just been a meatball short but I was paying for this and they literally was gonna short me without saying anything to me.I literally went and requested my money back.Where was the integrity ?

The security guard asked me to go back out and get a mask said it was the law but than I saw everyone that came in that was his race he didnt make them go back out and get one he is just a security guard abusing his power in times like these we dont need that going on

Go to ANY OTHER Wawa EXCEPT this one! Like another review said. Grab & go food is hit or miss & to be honest since the 4 times Ive been there it has always been a MISS. Its grab & go for a reason. Im done wasting my time going into this Wawa. I live down the street and go into this store everyday. It should NOT take me 30 mins to check out. They have some of the slowest employees working during the busy hours. Audra is the worse. There are 4 registers, but they only have 1 open as ppl are going in there before work. I would think that if there are more than 2 ppl Iine than someone should open up at another register. Also, they have too many begger hanging outside the store asking for money and cigarettes.

I had to update my review for this WAWA. I have to mention some things the coffee has been watered down lately and I see that the customers have been complaining about the coffee. Please fix the coffee make it strong and not watered down. Some of the co-workers are cold and stand offish. You hear the employees making the food complaining to much that the customers complain to much. The place seems cold at times. However, I did have some great customer service but it seems that they meaning the coworkers are not their anymore. What I am trying to say is this place is a hit and miss and they need some help with a better attitude. It needs to be more upbeat and friendly.

Hands down the worst Wawa I’ve ever been to. The lady behind the counter made my hoagie. She had pink braids and when I got home it looked like my 2 year old daughter made it. This is just ridiculous. Horribly run establishment. Stick to any other Wawa but this one.

They’ll add gas you purchased to your pump and when you let them know the pump isn’t working they’ll send you to another pump. Then, when someone uses your gas they’ll refuse to reimburse you. Bad business

Cashier was more interested talking to a co-worker then serving me barely paid me any mind. Almost gave my change to the wrong person.

I literally just left this location and the lady making my food was incredibly rude. All I ordered was an egg hoagie. She burnt the hell out of the bread because she was talking to her friend and wouldnt take the bread out of the toaster. When she wrapped it up to give it to me she just placed it on the makeline and literally walked away so I couldnt say anything about the food. Also, I was the only customer. I would understand if they were extremely busy but that was just unacceptable.

Terrible, Im treated like a 3rd class citizen, I fear walking in this particular store, the morning management lady the black lady who is normally in the deli area makes an example out of me, insults me, and makes me avoid that store, but sometimes I have no choice but to go there due to location of where Iam and the fact Im currently without a car. This black manager lady constantly misgendered me as I am a transgender woman who does not have it easy to begin with this person goes out of their way to misgender me multiple times per visit I have to correct this person every time and they still go on and thus making snide comments either out loud or under their voice under their breath that I can hear and others can hear everybody that I know but I speak to regularly I tell them how much I do not like going to there and how I try to avoid that location I plan to talk to corporate and let them know how I feel one day I walked in there a month or so ago and I was in such a rush to get out of there because I feel so uncomfortable when I go in there accidentally forgot to pay for a sandwich now I dont know if it was a person at the cashier desk or something I dont know butt I was made an example out of for that as well and now I get treated and not only bad for my gender dysphoria but I get treated like a thief so I point out every time for them that I paid now when I realized that I did not pay for what I had ordered and I had come back and make sure that I paid for what I had. I feel that I am being picked out of the crowd and I am being treated like this on purpose by the staff at this particular Wawa
