We purchased a BMW X5 from A-Z Auto sales last week. It was the best experience we have ever had with a dealership. We have always avoided purchasing from dealerships, they’ve just all seemed sketchy-pushy to us. But A-Z Auto sales made the experience very comfortable and pleasant. They were not pushy in anyway. All the staff was friendly and provided the kind of customer service that is rare these days. They were very open and upfront with everything. Their processing fee was very reasonable compare to other dealers who charge $800-$1000. While purchasing the car I asked about the last oil change. They looked into it, told me it was coming up and they did the oil change for us with no extra charge. They have a nice lot of beautiful luxury vehicles in great condition. We are extremely happy with our purchase and feel like we got a fair price. This Is where we will be going to buy our future cars and will be telling all of our friends and family. I hate the whole car buying experience! They made it easy to buy and were very reasonable on prices. I would advise that you look at the cars with a fine tooth comb to make sure you are getting a solid car. i went to look at one car and ended up buying another. I didnt have any issues finding something I liked and the purchase only took 1 and a half hours out the door. GREAT BUYING EXPERIENCE !!!!!!

Based on the good reviews I trusted them with a deposit over the phone. I live 6 hours away. I paid a local mechanic to look at the car. Guaranteed Auto Service determined it was unsafe and in need of a number of repairs including a very expensive air suspension repair. It was freshly inspected but was not safe according to the repair shop. One of the tires was driven flat making it unsafe. Additionally one of the tail lights has a crack in it where water entered and fogged it out. So it was not visible. For a myriad of reasons the car was not safe.When I spoke to them over the phone to give a good faith deposit it was refundable. Once there was an issue he said I have a sign right here in my shop that say deposits are not refundable. Well I could not see a sign over the phone from NYC and its contrary to what you said before. Just think about what type of shop and what type of person would behave this way. If you honestly had a good car why wouldnt you just sell it to someone else and give me back my money?Be careful here. The moment there is a dispute they turn. The car was discounted before I saw it because they couldnt move it. Suddenly there are 6 people they turned down because I had a deposit on it for a few days. This has been my experience. Be careful they dont put you or your loved ones in an unsafe vehicle that shouldnt be on the road. They tried to do it to me. Stay safe!!

I bought a car from them in June, 5 months later I noticed it didnt come with the wheel lock, so I contacted them and guess what... they paid for a new one! No hassle, just did the right thing, how cool is that! These are the kind of people youre looking for when buying a car.

Flew from Chicago to pickup an Audi RS5! Initially spoke To Shaq via FaceTime to see the car. He took the time to start the car and walk around it. Everything was handled very fast and smooth through the phone with Shaq and his team. They got me approved ASAP.A-Z auto came and picked me up from the airport and even stayed later passed closing time, as my flight was delayed. I’d definitely fly out again for another car. Best part about it, a nice little road trip back home.

This was one of the most unprofessional experiences Ive EVER encountered!!! The OWNER (Shaq) agreed to fix a few issues on the vehicle I was interested in and agreed on a price and told me to come back and look over the vehicle once he was done to finalize the deal. He called me at 1:00 to tell me the repairs were ready for MY inspection and the car would be ready for ME. I didnt hesitate and went to pick my boyfriend up so we could review and buy the vehicle, I live in Virginia Beach and the dealership is in Newport News. One hour later the finance manager called me and said Dont bother coming, the car was just sold....... I am STILL furious and STILL on the hunt for a vehicle now! This dealership is the definition of a sleazy used car dealership!

Just bought today. To be honest - you probably cant do better on price at any other dealer. There was no high pressure, trade and transaction was very smooth with Brandi handling all of the paperwork, and I got a vehicle I really liked. I wouldnt hesitate to go back.

Shack (sp) was such a sweet man, he dropped the price of the car my husband and I wanted by a couple grand so that it would fit into the budget of the loan we were approved of. He also worked several hours making sure we had a good loan and an affordable payment. Because we had no credit buying a car was becoming a difficult process so he took over the reigns got us a wonderful car and did all of the work for us.

Let me start by saying that my experience with Shack was very professional. I purchased a car about 5 years ago and I have not had one issue with it. At the time I was a college student and I was purchasing my first car from a dealer, Shack was very patient with me and help me find a reliable yet flashy car (lol) that fit my budget. Not only did he work with me, but also gave me gas money to fill up after my full tank was emptied. I have spread the good news, and now I have family members and friends purchasing as well. When I first contacted Shaq about a 3 series BMW Ive been in search of, he was nothing but honest telling me that he was not selling the car until his mechanics repaired the window regulators (common issue). Once I viewed the car, taking notes of any details. I noticed a small dent in the hood. I mentioned it to Shaq and he went above and beyond by not only fixing the dent, he also got the front bumper completely repainted! He was willing to meet me at a price we both could agree on without having to deal with the uncomfortable back and forth haggling you usually get from most dealers.I dont want to over-hype this review as not everyone will have the same experience as I did. But if youre in the market for a vehicle, at least give this spot a chance. Finding A-Z Autos is honestly a diamond in the rough for me and I hope itll be the same for anyone else reading this review.

I really liked the fact that I could find the prices and CARFAX reports on the website so I didnt have to ask Shaq a billionI would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a nice car and dislikes the high pressure tactics of the big dealerships.
