Relax when dealing with this auto group.Our company purchased a used F150 from them during the summer of 2020 at which time we submitted a much higher review. My how things do change.Not a week after having the truck, the ABS system failed. We took the truck in and they were very good about honoring the warranty. Recently we had to take the truck in for repairs and discovered the emergency brake pads had to be replace as they had been overly saturated in gear oil that apparently had been leaking since the time the ABS system was repaired.They were again good about honoring the warranty which did not cover the emergency break pads. Through the grievance process with them we were informed Pomoco would complete all repairs and Chesbay would have to pay just the $100.00 deductible required from the warranty.Today February 8th, 2021 when we arrived to retrieve the vehicle we were presented a bill for well over $600.00.Again, we followed up with management and after being promised we would not have to pay any more than the $100.00, Pomoco has honored their promise.We appreciate honesty and integrity from our local companies. Local business like Pomoco Auto Group who recognize the importance of integrity in business need to be fully supported.Thank you Pomoco for being honest and transparent.Owner, Chesbay Landscaping
Chrysler isnt doing this dealership any favors. The problem has to be duplicated before they can fix it. Wrong answer.

Awful and unprofessional female sales person. The vehicle I wanted to see had minor tears in the seats, and was not cleaned at all prior to me seeing the vehicle. The sales woman was very rude to me, terrible experience. I wanted to purchase the vehicle badly but they would not negotiate on the price, and the attitude of the saleswoman was enough to make me avoid the purchase and walk out altogether. I would not suggest purchasing a vehicle here.
