Where do I begin? My wife and I’s experience was nothing short of excellent. JP was quick to greet us at the door and worked with us for over two hours. Never once complaining and kept a smile on his face. His customer service is priceless, bar none. Jay (Manager/Supervisor) came in shortly after and she was also quick to keep us happy and worked right alongside JP. She had even offered, at one point, to leave the store in search of something we wanted. The two of them really made our families jump to T-Mobile not only painless but fun! I couldn’t believe the promos and freebies. We actually got paid for joining. I would go back in time just to do it again!! JP and Jay…thanks a million!

Was very professional Ronald was. Went above n beyond to help us. My girl got a new plan and phone and it was cheaper than her old plan. 5 stars for Him and his wonderful kindness and skilled knowledge.

The sales people were very helpful. They changed my SIM card and upgraded my daughters phone quickly. I was especially happy that only the phone was switched out without changing my phone plan

I visited this location for the first time and it’s my new home store. I activated a new account with the help of Anna who was AMAZING! She was so knowledgeable and guided me through the process. The atmosphere of the store was great and everyone was so nice! Love love love this store, definitely recommend!!

I called here today to inquire of a particular phone in stock and I got PJ the manager on the phone and although Ive never been to this store and it is a little ways from where I live this just might become my home store. She was super helpful and had such a great attitude and was will Ling to jump over backwards to gain me as a customer to her location. Well done PJ. I wish more store managers had your great attitude.

Bethany and Ronald were outstanding and patient. I had previously spoke with Bethany on the phone and when I came to the store she was just as personable and professional. This is what customer service is about. Professional, knowledgeable and laid back. The fix for my phone wasnt easy, but they kept at it and explained what went wrong. This was my 3rd or 4th time visiting this store and I must say the customer service is ALWAYS top notch.

I absolutely love coming to this store. The manager PJ is amazing. She is so helpful with all the problems I bring to her daily. She always great me with a smile each and every time. Let me tell you all if you ever need a representative who cares for her customers the way that she does and knows them all by name come see her! I dont know what Ill ever do if she decides to leave. Best customer service ever! Kenneth was awesome from start to finish. Switched from a cut rate carrier to T-Mobile and couldn’t be happier with the service we received. The old carrier did not release our phone numbers for porting until the next day and Kenneth went in on his DAY OFF to get us squared away. I insisted that he not do it, but he wanted to make sure we were taken care of. I have never seen such great customer service. Amazing!

Been lied to 4 times since November from the stores. 611 has been useless so far the multiple times Ive called them. Service is non existent, even in Hampton. They are messing with my job and my patients as I am a home health nurse. Dont do it.

My husband and I went in for information on switching from boost to t-mobile. I was on sprint my two kids and my husband had boost. Kenneth that works at this location is wonderful. He got everything switch over and we have great service at better prices not to mention better signal which is amazing. If I could give 10 🌟 I would!! Thank you Kennett and Tmobile!!

I received the absolute best customer service that Ive ever gotten. I went in to get another Sim card because my old phone imploded on me. When I arrived at the store the 2 ladies(one if them was Ms. Snyder) they were taking care if 2 customers each at the same time. When the phone i brought in didnt work i left and came back the ladies were very still taking care of 2 customers each, they suggested that I get the LG51 and explained a great promotion that was going on. The ladies stayed well past closing time to help me out. Even though I spent 3 hours there, they just got a lifetime customer because of their professionalism and empathy!

Pj is literally the best!! Yesterday, I went into the store to switch my plan over to the military plan. Between her and Ana I received the best customer service EVER! Even my mother said how sweet and patient they were. This is best location! Anywhere PJ goes I follow. She’s been my sales rep since 2016. Super amazing, friendly, and knowledgeable.

PJ, the manager, did a great job getting my plan type changed! I was concerned that I might lose my phone number in the process, due to some things that I had heard, but she handled everything very well. It was while she was telling me how long the change might take and when to call if the plan change hadnt gone through that I got a text that it had gone through. Done! I have only been in a few T-Mobile stores, in different states, but this was by far the best experience Ive had. Well done, PJ!

The staff is super friendly they are very knowledgeable about their products and they make sure that everything is ready to go before you leave the store. I would honestly say even if you have to come from another city you should come to this location. I am so glad that this is right down the street from my house cuz I will come here anytime I have a problem. Cannot recommend enough!!!!!!

I came into this location to see about switching over from sprint. They young ladies were so nice and helpful!They went over everything with me. They have beyond cut my bill in half!! Customer service here is fantastic! Everyone is super friendly. My fiance and I got what we were looking for at a fair price. We are switching from AT&T and cut our bill by more than half of what we paid there. So far Ive been happy with their service. They offer free stuff on Tuesdays and even the customer service center is very nice and accommodating. There was a mix up with the plans/phone lines, but I feel confident that PJ is taking care of it. She has called me with status updates and Im very happy that Im not being pushed off. Will keep you updated..UPDATE::::: So...... PJ worked very hard and corrected my account errors. I’ve had a great relationship with her and I even added on a watch after everything was corrected. If your looking for a great place to go, this is the store!

I have never received such a great customer service like the one I received at T mobile last Saturday. Really convenient spot for the store since it is close to a college campus and it can attract students. The staff that helped me (Andrew and CC) were awesome and very knowledgeable. Definitely this store will be referred to different mates since it deserves for its excellent customer service and fair prices + offers.

Today Nicholas and PJ helped me with changing my phone to a better plan. Also told me about different promotions. I’m so pleased with both of their customer service. I will be returning to this location to purchase other items

Ive been a customer with T-Mobile for about nine years and never have I experienced this type of disrespectful customer service! My first visit was great a customer service agent by the name of Justin took care of all my needs that day. I go back to exchange my phone telling the manager or whoever she was what was wrong with it and one of the other employee walks over to us while Im explaining to the manager what is wrong with my phone and she starts talking to the manager as if the manager and I are not engaging in a conversation! I stopped look at her and say excuse me but Im speaking her reply was oh there someone on the phone for her... REALLY???? THAT IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE

TMobile is better than at&t and the managerWas very nice and very helpful.

The particular employee we spoke to wasnt able to answer any of our questions. She had to keep asking another employee. Also, we were shocked at the difference in the rebate for the phone I was giving to get a new phone. Online my phone is worth $250. In the store it is only worth $54 !!!!!!! Why such a dramatic difference ?? That is ridiculous !! So going into the store served no purpose whatsoever !!!

You really need to update the times of buisness online and maps. Really needed to take care of something and I map here because it says you close at 6 then I get here at 5 and you say you closed at 5! Unprofessional

Express Stores is a joke. A store manager was sexually harassing women and when they came forward the company didn’t take it serious. This is the same company who claims to have a zero tolerance for sexual harassment! And all they did was suspend the manager for a few days. Horrible company!
