Ive had really good experiences here until today its 7:40pm and maybe shes just ready to leave but the chick behind the counter has major attitude problems. She was absolutely no help. The rudest person ever. Ill go back there again but NEVER if I see her there.

MINUS ALL 5 STARS.. I HAD TO SELECT ATLEAST 1 STAR TO POST THIS..NO STARS TO GIVE... THIS IS THE WORST METRO PCS STORE. BROUGHT PHONE 3-12-18 ON 3-14-18 HAD TO RETURN IT. I UPGRADED FOR A BIRTHDAY GIFT FOR MY SON HIS BIRTHDAY IS 3-15-18. PHONE COULDNT RECEIVE INCOMING CALLS PERIOD. WENT STRAIGHT TO VOICEMAIL. WENT TO RETURN AND CANT GET MY MONEY BACK HAD TO USE THE WARRANTY AND NOW MY SON HAS TO WAIT FOR A NEW PHONE. THEY SAID IT SHOULD BE AT THE STORE BY 3-19-18. NOW I COULDNT RETURN THE PHONE CAUSE IT WAS AN UPGRADE.. BUT I HAVE DONE NOTHING TO THE PHONE BUT CHARGED IT AND PUT IT BACK IN THE BOX. AWAITING THE DAY TO GIVE IT TO MY SON. YES HE DOES HAVE A PHONE, BUT IT HAS TO GO BACK TO THE STORE WHEN THE NEW PHONE COMES IN.. IM PISSED THAT JUST RUINED MY SONS BIRTHDAY ALTOGETHER.. HES GOING TO BE CRUSHED.. I ADVISE ANYBODY NOT TO GO TO THIS LOCATION. GO TO THE ONE ONE JEFFERSON AVE IN THE RICKNECK AREA. I WILL BE WRITING A FORMAL COMPLAINT TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU..

They charged me $15 plus tax to move my sim card from my old phone to a new phone IT DIDNT WORK then charged me another $15 plus tax to move it back if you want to get scammed this is differently the place i lefted T-Mobile bc their price were high n their customer service in their stores were unbelievable I was always told to call some number but my God these guys are worst charging customers for their mess up when my bill cycle is over Im gone back to TMobile at least they dont charge me to change phones its FREE!!!
