LeRon is absolutely amazing!! I normally call the Geek Squad for assistance but the service LeRon provided was professional, quick, and personable! He multi-tasked his way through my list of work needed on three devices in our offices in record time with very reasonable pricing.

I called Phusion with the task of swapping my gear to a new case after having some airflow issues that would lead to overheating my rtx 3090. Process was quick and easy and upon calling Phu was the individual who had answered the phone and after i fired off about a million questions that where all answered in a very easy to understand way, as I am for the most part have a pretty casual understanding of computer hardware. After providing the strict parameters I wanted which where airflow, cooler temps, a case that would best provide what I wanted, swapping the psu I had purchased to check if my card was DOA, applying liquid metal thermal paste to my cpu, installing 4 more fans, adding a fan curve to my gpu, minimizing the visible rgb or finding customizable rgb fans that I could make a static color as I personally do not like a rainbow flashing near my face and overclocking my 8700k. After we decided on what my needs where and providing my system components he assured me with in a day that he will have an idea to help me meet my goals for my pc. Next day I was called and his plan was elaborated up on with me to which sounded great. The case fit my board, he met my parameters on fans, and we proceed into the next step. (not one time was I upsold anything that i didnt need as a gamer primarily) I had the option to personally bring my pc in or have it picked up and it could be worked on while I was at work. I opted to have it picked up at my specified time which was very convenient for me, and thew next day a rep from the business whos name was LeRon showed up at 5:10 A.M. Super professional and nice guy. Phu kept contact with me and gave steady updates on how the process was going and the next day LeRon had delivered my pc back to me with my old case and old psu (which was tested and found to be uncooperative with my new gpu). We exchanged casually for a bit and discussed the findings and results of my new case and how they accomplished my requirements. Overall, very quick, very knowledgeable, they work with schedules very well, they didnt try to oversell me even when i had suggested just buying a new board if that made case selection easier, very affordable, stayed in contact the entire process, even as bonus was they left the plastic on the glass so I could experience the satisfying peel. Would give a higher rating if I could. Dont second guess, Phusion PC is the only place your gaming or business computer needs in the 757.

One day I opened my computer and the Black screen of death appeared. Whitin an hour of calling Phusion PC, they had my computer, extracted my valuable data, and got it back to me the next business day. Their professionalism is excellent. I highly recommend them.

As a technology and computer aficionado, my search for the most powerful and stable PC system ended one happy Christmas the year 2010, when I found Phusion PC. I wanted a computer that would perform in my area of work/studies (Music Production & Audio Engineering) in which the usage of software is very heavy and demanding, thus requiring a lot of power. I was able to customize the computer by integrating a hybrid server/pc performance system, which has been an excellent choice. I ran into some trouble with the pc later on however and although Ive been living in my home country outside the US, I received an excellent attention on behave of Phu. I recently got my pc back to the US, to get some issues looked at, an despite certain complications and very little time, Phu was able to get everything fixed and the computer upgraded, which made the whole operation a total success and totally worthwhile. I was able to get the pc home safe, and thanks to the good work and outstanding workmanship, the computer is running at its best. Since I purchased my computer I intended in getting my next one with Phusion PC, and still do!
