Yeah they did print the photo I uploaded on the right paper but completely disregarded the blank paper note and didn’t cut the cut lines off of my poster. They don’t have a clear sign telling you where to park for curbside pick up, a lady yelled at me from the front door at my parking spot to tell me to park where curbside was to get my order after I had pressed the “I’m here” button twice and had been sitting there for 20 minutes. Went inside to get it myself and it wasn’t on the quick pick up shelf it should’ve been on to begin with. And yes, I did come an hour after they had emailed me it was ready for pick up and it should be on the shelf.

Yes was crazy trying to find supplies for in home school! best buy seemed to be no help . the people i had to deal with at office max where highly knowledgeable and saved me $25 on an item. Paul helped me with setting up my laptop to a dual screen and was also very courteous. Jordan walked me around the store trying to find me a last minute table/desk out of the 9 stores i called and went to i literally was able to get everything i needed from office max. thankyou

I am disappointed in the printing services and won’t be going back for future services. We decided to use them for wedding invites, rsvps, and a welcome sign. We dropped off provided paper and the flashdrive on a Tuesday. They said the machine was down and might take a day or two which is understandable. We call Thursday for an update, they said they had started but the pdf files would only allow them to print one invite per sheet instead of two. They said if we email jpeg, we can get two invites out of one page and pay half the price as what they were currently doing. Keep in mind they didn’t call us about this, we were just calling them for an update. Sunday comes around and we still haven’t gotten a call which is unusual because since we last spoke, they had our files, so it should have only taken 24 hours like they state to every customer in need of printing. Anyway, Sunday we call and the first employee can’t find our order at all. He hands the call to the next employee and luckily she finds it. However, all she says is they will talk to the manager and will be giving us a call in an hour. I find it upsetting they couldn’t tell us what went wrong but I eagerly wait for the call. Once they call an hour later like they said, they told us our order would be ready in 24 hours. We finally get our order 24 hours later. Still don’t know why there was a 3 day span of no work being done on our order. ALSO, our RSVPs were supposed to be 5x3.5, our RSVP envelopes from Amazon are 5.1x3.6 which is perfect. However, the RSVPs we got from OfficeMax were 5.4x3.8! We gave easy measurements and they made them too big. Now we have to get bigger envelopes from Amazon. I will say there are only two employees, and the manager, we are grateful for during our case, and the welcome sign was correctly done.

Could use better packing supplies it all in all.a good store for a variety of products.

Picked out three new office chairs that they had advertised and set up in store on sale. All three were not in stock and not available at any other stores or online and had no eta on them being available in the future. Went online at govets.com and found the most expensive chair I was looking at in store for the same amount as the least expensive one Officemax had.

We went shopping for Back to School supplies. We found some good deals. A variety of selection. More so here than Wal-Mart. Store is clean and big aisles. Nice shopping carts.

On TV all week its been broadcast that your company will laminate our vaccine cards for no cost.This I went there to find these cards cannot be laminated. So why put the false information out if not true?

Unfortunately Ken and Reggies outstanding customer service is tainted by the nasty unprofessional employee, Paul! I went in Sat to buy my first laptop. Both Ken and Reggie were amazing and answered a million questions. When I came back to pick up the laptop, it was a completely different experience. I came early, no other customers that I could see, and dealt with Paul. He had the nastiest attitude. He was dismissive and rude. I came in perfectly happy about my new purchase, over $1000 dollars, and left in a foul mood because of his mood. I feel like returning my laptop and going to best buy.

This store is just useless! Each time I have gone in to purchase a desk or an office chair, none are available however, there are floor models that cant be sold. The clerk pipes up each time, were happy to order one for you. How about ordering some so they are in the store!!!. Within the last two months I have visited the store 3 times and nothing is available as far as desks or office chairs. The sales people are so uncaring about the entire process. I will not shop their again.

The Copymax staff is so friendly and helpful! I have been in multiple times printing for my wedding and they always greet with a smiling face & make sure everything is perfect. Will be bringing all my future printing needs here!

Worst customer service Ive ever experienced at any store. Came to pick up an order today I placed online and was instantly greeted with hostile attitudes from 2 different employees before I could even say hello. The first guy walks up to me (older black gentleman) and says to me what do you want with the nastiest tone. I didnt say anything initially about it but I had some words with him before I left before he basically told me he doesnt have to be nice to me or anybody else at all. He really is too old and been working there too long to be acting like that. Definitely should know better. The older lady that gave me the order acted as if I was inconveniencing her for having to go retrieve it. There are alot of people that are out of jobs right now. If they dont want their jobs, there are plenty of people that will replace them expeditiously. I hope the two employees Im talking about see this post and take notice to that.

Fantastic reward program, Ive been back since first review and you dont have to worry, rewards are posted right to your account, also you do get emails when product you asked about becomes available. This helps because if your like me, you may ask for a product that sells fasr, still great people, great service.

I searched the store carefully. But I would have never found what I was looking for without their help. Friendly staff -- if you have to go spending, this is a very pleasant place to do that. Youll find unexpected items and a pretty full range of office necessities as well.

It was a great visit. I went in knowing what I wanted (a desk), and I took time to look around at all of the furniture they have assembled to choose the one that suited me. The cashier was super awesome. She called to the back to make sure it was there & had them bring it to the front. Ive never met someone so genuinely perky in my life. Another associate helped me load it, and off I went. Ive never had a bad visit. Last time I was there an associate helped me find a cord for my phone. Theyre always super helpful. Nothing is too small for them to assist with. They dont just point at some random aisle and order you away.

It is always a pleasure to use Office Max printing center in Newport News Virginia. The ladies and gentlemen are always professional and quick to finish your product. They always helpful and have ideas on how to make my projects professionally finished. I really appreciate them being in our neighborhood.

OfficeMax is a awesome place to go get your everyday needs to get the kids ready for going back to school which I want over there a long time ago to buy all of my school supplies that I enjoyed having to be picking out everything that I wanted for school

Immediately greeted upon walking in, asking if we needed help finding anything. sales associate was also helpful once we finally picked out the office furniture we wanted.

Do not recommend for anyone using their business services. Bad communication. Poor quality business cards.

Clerk was rude and refused to sell me stamps, insisted on FedEx only. Their signage and website said they sell them. It was utterly bizarre and frustrating.

Needed a 4-drawer metal file cabinet. Went over and looked at what they had. They had two metal types on display and a pile of order cards to take to register. But when I gave them the card they said they did not have the one I wanted in stock. I asked for another color. Then they came back and told me they had no (as in none) 4-drawer file cabinets in stock. They tried a sister store with no results. Since they showed they had stock they could NOT sell me the floor model! The person helping us seemed very uninterested in helping us. Maybe she has been through this too many times. When I suggested they remove the order cards from the floor model all I got was a stare. Finally went to Target and found what I needed. Weird.

While the customer service was excellent, I would not recommend using their Fed Ex services to ship anything unless you have already printed the shipping label at home and are just dropping your package off. They dont have a good selection of boxes so you wont end up being able to pack your items well unless you buy a ton of extra bubble wrap. Also, the person who helped me - I dont blame him for this, I blame inadequate training - was having trouble with the new software they started using and could not give me any pricing information about different shipping options. He finally advised me to go to the Fed Ex store a few blocks away to ship my packages from there because he didnt want to confirm my purchases without being able to tell me ahead of time how much it would cost. I appreciated that but all in all it was a frustrating experience. I ended up going to the actual Fed Ex store where they repacked my items into smaller boxes and I ended up saving money.

Drive to the store to be told they sell what I want but only online. They can order for me and i can pick it up. ??????? So I drive to the store so they can order me something and days later I can drive back to get it. I can order online myself, from a different company .

Its an OfficeMax. Decent prices and quick service for printing. You can get better cheaper on line, but it takes much longer.

The customer service sucks here. Reggie was extremely rude, he didn’t make eye contact when speaking with me. He brushed me off but then greeted someone else next to me. I had a simple question and he couldn’t take the time to help a customer. I waited in a long line for a young lady to give me an attitude. Not sure if they actually give a damn about customers. She was very rude as well. I won’t be return here! Wish I could give zero stars!

The print shop is the worst print shop I have ever been too. I gave it multiple tries. Every time I encountered slow, illogical processes, disrespectful service, and expensive prices.

My printer at home was not working and desperately needed to print pages out and they did it all for me. Very friendly staff in the printing section would always go back for more help.

No one greets you upon arriving. they have 3 to 4 staff working on projects and none of them made eye contact with me or asked me for any assistance. I had to wait in mind for about 10 minutes for someone to come and tell me I would have to give them my USB to print off anything for me. I explain to them that my materials were confidential and that I wanted to either wirelessly print or use a machine myself and The worker shook his head no and said we cant do that and he went on to the next customer. Thanks for wasting my time OfficeMax/copy max.

I get printing done often at this store and its high quality and the staff is super helpful. They always make sure I can get my project done before I leave the store.

Guy at the tech counter is by far one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with. I did not get his name but he was a older African -American male. Completely rude to almost the point of being arrogant. After he got snippy with me I gave him the same attitude and he walked off. I had to get the managers info from a cashier ( who was a complete sweetheart) .

This store has terrible customer service. I went in to pick up an online order and went to the area for online orders. I waited for about 5 minutes before someone named Reggie finally rudely told me that I was in the wrong area and to wait in the sales lines. I asked him why did the signs tell me to come see him and he kept telling me he “didn’t know”. I waited in the customer service line and when i got to the check out, the cashier questioned me about what i ordered then told me I was again in the wrong line after Reggie sent me there. I’m currently in line waiting to get a refund because i refuse to spend my money here.

Deleted my whole order because of a copyright issue and never contacted to let me know. And then told it was normal to cancel all of the items if one had a copyright issue. I always print here they usually print it the rest and let me know the items that cant be printed. I will never go here agai. Both employees I spike with were rude and unapologetic. I will never print here again.

Horrible customer service!!! My husband needed to get some menus laminated. Dropped them off at 2:30 pm, was told to come back at 4. So he was there at 4:30 and they hadnt even started laminating yet! He asked to talk to the manager and the manager didnt even have the decency to come out and talk to him, forget about apologizing. Wow
