Ordered a photo cake on line, and followed all directions for cropping and uploading picture. The website shows you your final picture choice to assure you have it correct. When we picked up the cake, the heads of two people were chopped off!The cake maker was called who emailed the picture he received, which was not how it was sent. The hostess told us to “take it or leave it”.My recommendation would be to avoid this store for any cake orders.

Baskin Robbins was absolutely amazing! The ice cream was delicious and the people who work there are awesome as well! Welcoming, polite, courteous and just all around awesome! Definitely would go back and recommend to everyone!

This BR is vv close to my house so I love coming here when I need a little ice cream fix; or in my most recent visits case....MANGONADA fix! BR has a new beverage called a Mangonada inspired by the popular Mexican mango smoothie!! It was DELICIOUS! Its obviously made with a pre-made mix but it is not bad at all. The young lady that helped me - Delani, was super sweet and made my beverage quickly! Would definitely recommend the location itself AND the Mangonada!

I have not had a great experience until Chon started there. He gives the tiniest scoops of ice cream and acts as he is terrified to give some topping. Com on man! I am paying 10.00 or more for this ice cream.Yes! I want more ice cream and toppings!!!

Yum! The Brownie Sundae is the best with a warm cake-like brownie, scoop of oreo cookies and cream ice cream, chocolate fudge, caramel, nuts, whipped cream and a cherry! Delicious!!😊

This place is a staple. Its been around since I was a child. Good service, usually teens working, not as friendly as they good be but Ive never had a bad experience worth complaining about. Quality of the ice cream is great, great selection and very reasonably priced. You could even get the app and usually some coupons in there. Definitely worth a stop in if youre craving some milkshakes or ice cream.

If youre not open for whatever your reasons are you should post that and not have people look for your opening hours drive there and then you closed bad customer service. Warwick Blvd. Newport News

2nd time visiting no bananas for banana split. 5 employees only 2 working. I had to ask if they were ready to take my order. Poor customer service. Need to learn how to greet customers and be serious when working. Hire more professional people.

Always my favorite place for ice cream since I was a little girl. What is there bad to say about the ice cream. Its always fresh always tasty and you get a good size 4 the price because of the quality. They keep up with the new items on the ice cream Market. The cakes are delectable and they will make a fresh cone if you ask.

Milk shakes were the consistency of water! They made us two and we final asked for our money back. We were told they do not give refunds it’s on there receipt . Shouldnt they say that before we pay! They refused to make a proper milkshake or refund our money. I would not go back to this place . The service was awful! Go to DQ it’s much better!

Baskin Robbins has the best ice cream but this location had me in line for a VERY long time even though there were only a few people in front of me. I had to have been in line at least 20 minutes. Pretty rediculous.

Can be very busy on a hot day. A lack of any kind of queue makes it hard to tell who is next. Other than that the staff is very friendly. I have been going to this particular location for over 20 years and throughout the years the people have changed but the high level of customer service hasnt.

This place is pretty good when it comes to ice cream, sometimes theres a line and sometimes their isnt. But the ice cream is great, especially with the waffle cones.

2nd time here in a week and the same personper ordered milkshakes from made them like water again I see this is an ongoing issue as other reviews are saying the same thingthere was another staff member who was putting together a cake without any sort of gloves on and he also grabbed a paper towel out of the bathroom to fix a mistake he made. Not what I want to see going on in a place people take their children to it was quite disgusting.........

I may be biased to all BR establishments as it was the best ice cream spot in my home town when I was a child. This particular place was clean, cozy, and made for the perfect spot to stop for a cool treat.

I dont go to Baskin Robbins very often but when I do I never have a problem with the staff or the ice cream. There are only two seats inside and a few benches outside, so if you come with a big family you most likely wont have a place to sit.

Ordered cake with set writing on cake for following day it was not ready. Ultimately surprise birthday cake was no longer a surprise because the additional time it took to have request fulfilled.
