Chocolate frosted cream filled are ALWAYS a HUGE LETDOWN! Every time we hope it was just a quality overlook, but no. Third time was the last time. Taste like day old with a whiff of filling. I’m sure it is just this particular store.

The service here is always amazing. The only draw back is they dont serve cake donuts with frosting at this location unless its a seasonal item. You have to go to Hampton to get cake donuts. Otherwise the food is great and you can sit indoors or out.

Called location to verify they had the selection I wanted available for a online order.I’ve been down sick for a week and wanted a treat. I had a friend offer to pick them up for me so I was trying to pre order to make it easyTo make this very simple, I was on hold for 47 minutes and never spoke to anyone at any time.How can you run a business without answering the phone!

When I say every time that I come here, i mean it, I always have a groovy experience all because of jewels (Julian). He is always going above and beyond with customer service. Whether its with his tentiveness or his patience, he always makes sure to take care of a customer as well as always keeping a smile on his face. It doesnt matter what time of day it is, i feel like every time i go, he is there with a smile and laugh. I always feel welcomed and its one of the main reasons i come to this location. This location is clean which is extremely important to me and the donuts never miss !

So Krispy Kreme is good anywhere, anytime but the staff at this location made the difference. We needed enough to cover about 30 people for Army drill and they worked together to make recommendations and fill the large order quickly.

The Krispy Kreme on Jefferson blvd has good donuts but when that hot n now light is on, get ready to sit and wait for 10 to 15 minutes. Omgosh that is the one thing from getting a five star.

Maybe dont put the HOT light on if the original doughnuts arent going to be hot...... alsoooooo dont call it a Custard filled doughnut if theres actually going to be no custard in the doughnut.. what a waste of money and time! 12$ for doughnuts that probably would have tasted better from Dunkin! Seriously huge dissapointment. And yes I wouldd love to be reimbursed for this.

Ive been to this location 3 times now and every time their customer service is 5 star!!! I wish I got the names of the people who helped me recently, but sadly I didnt think of it. But, they were out of a particular filled doughnut and the person went above and beyond to create some for me. The cashier went out of her way to be sure they were boxed for me how I wanted and I just was really impressed how much they cared about my customer experience! The doughnuts are always fresh and tasty too and they have great holiday designs as well!!

The tables were sticky.... Like the rag was not fresh. The workers stood at the donut trolly waiting for donuts instead of addressing customer questions or taking payment while waiting. Then when the donuts came all the customers waited in line at the payment counter.

My go to cheat sweets place 😋. Love all types of donuts they have but my FAVORITE is Raspberry glaze 😋😋.

The donuts are best got and fresh. Never knew this till I actually made it for them this way. Theyre still good all around. Today they made it right for me due to an online error. Wonderful staff, very friendly and polite.

Told me they had $5 dozens at 5:30-6 pm. Waited for over 30 minutes and called twice. My wife eventually went it to ask and they told her another 30 minutes..Drove all the way from Williamsburg... never again.

No problems here! If I could ask for anything to be improved it would be more smiles from employees, but they are not rude or anything...maybe just overworked...definitely better than the Dunkin Donuts across the street (that one specifically)

This is a busy place. Sometimes they get large carry out orders, this slows everything down. Be patient, it’s worth the wait. KK Donuts are no doubt the very, very best around. The fresh hot ones are outstanding by far. Enjoy all of them, be patient.

I ordered an original filled original kreme and a cappuccino. Their original kreme was very not original. Sadly no creme inside at all. I dont even know why I pay extra to get this instead of getting original glaze which basically it was. Also cappuccino wasnt hot enough.

I just left the drive thru and the entire experience was awful. While trying to order the young man taking our order rushed us while we were trying to speak. We only wanted two donuts, and while ordering our first one he just kept asking if we wanted 12. When we explained that no we just wanted one chocolate he gave us the total and told us to come to window. We told him we had more to order. He then kept asking about beverages and we asked him to hold on, we were going to order drinks, we just hadn’t finished talking. He then grew frustrated and with his mic still on, preceded to talk badly to his coworker about us as if we were bothering him by even coming through. Once we got our drinks, they weren’t even good. My iced coffee tasted like straight water. Definitely won’t be back.

I would give this place zero stars if possible. Don’t go through the drive thru, even with a short line they take SO long. Their customer service is unbelievably terrible, and the person at the window was not wearing a mask. There are better places to get donuts.

Didnt have apple fritters I wanted.

Although only the drive-thru is open it did move pretty quickly considering there was quite a line when I got there. OMG its been awhile since I had a hot Krispy Kreme donut; its a little taste of Heaven! I only gave it four stars because the selection of donuts was extremely Limited. It would have been nice to be able to get a powdered sugar or a chocolate cake donut. But all in all another great visit to Krispy Kreme.
