My 2 load locks were broken during pu, told to fl driver and manager, manager is at no use, was doing literally nothing while fl driver was trying to blame me that they were broken before pu. These people don’t give a sht about your property and will try to fool you at any cost.

The yard jockey was nice but the loaders are slow, well the guy that loaded me was. I had a late afternoon appointment that didnt matter because I didnt get in to a door until 10pm which took forever to get. I finally received my paperwork after being there for almost 7 hours.2 companies operate here so dont get them mixed up. No over night parking.

Most people complain too much but my experience was very professional. If most drivers would actually read the paper they give you when you sign in, all you gotta do is remain polite and patient, understanding they have to deal with allot of carriers, and youll be in and out. 2 hours is not that bad of a wait. Also, the paper says they encourage you to go in and count your load so if your trailer gets messed up, you should have been watching them anyway. Too many me first, Im right, hurry up kind of people out here these days.

They ripped up the inside of my trailer.I arrived 26 hrs. early, (my dispatchers fought, i know ) and was told that I could get loaded early.Not so, I could have left and come back or something.I hate being lied to.
