This lidl was far superior to the one on military. Neat clean well organized. Only issue was some products that had gone bad and were not removed

Best Lidl Ive been to on the peninsula. Always clean, the produce looks great, and the shelves are always stocked with amazing products at even better prices. I shop here weekly, its amazing!

2.5 🌟 🌟... The bakery department should be in an enclosed area. There was flies all over the baked goods, thats just nasty and it can be prevented if they would close it up, put the stuff in small packages or something.

I love shopping at Lydl. The store is always clean. The aisles are spacious. The workers are very nice and respectful. They have great fresh meat and the miscellaneous aisles are exciting to check out. The only complaint I have is that they dont deliver for EBT customers. Thanks Lydl.

The store is always clean when I go. Also the employees will help you find something if you cant locate the item your looking for. If they are out of it they will tell you to check back later, unless it was a limited item. The employees also suggested looking at the app online for the store we want to shop at. It will let you know if they have it or if another location has it.

THIS LIDL IS VERY NICE ON WARWICK AVE. ITS BETTER THAN THE ONE ON JEFFERSON AVE. CLEANER AND WELL STOCKED. I WOULD MUCH RATHER TAKE THE DRIVE TO WARWICK AVE EVEN THOUGH ITS FARTHER AWAY FROM MY HOUSE.

I absolutely love my home Lidl store! Other grocery stores have some good deals, but Lidl is the only one that has been able to consistently save me and my family money. For two adults, we average $50 or less a week, which really cant be beat. The bakery section is massive and diverse; the meat selection is great and affordable, allowing me to fill my freezer for a fraction of what Id normally spend; and above all, the staff are always kind and helpful.

My husband always stops there when he’s in the area. We’ve both been there and always clean, organized, various variety of items and we really enjoy this store and location. Definitely recommend and repeat customers!

Best place to buy produce and at a great price. But Warning you may buy a lot of random stuff.... theres some real shopping gems in there. If you want it buy it when you see it, they dont get many of the random things and they dont restock them.

Love Lidl...it takes me back to living in Europe. Best place to get fresh veggies and fruit at a great price.Aldi, very similar but less products in my view.

The store is clean and Customer service was great- very accommodating. I was a little put off by the stores rather basic appearance and quite limited selection of stock. It wasnt what I was expecting and I probably wont shop there again, BUT I suggest you visit and form your own opinion.

Aways something cool at Lidl

This is my go to store for fresh vegetables and some meat items at much cheaper prices than your local grocer. I also find neat outdoor supplies and garden utensils. Check your local paper abd get there as soon as it goes on sale because items are limited. I gave it four stars because the lines can get long and they may have only one cashier.

We enjoyed our visit to the new store and have returned several times. They offer good value on a wide variety of products.

They were better before the pandemic. Prices seemed to have increased a lot. Aldi is now my go-to.

I suggest that before you come here, either download their app or grab their local publication so that you can see what they have for that week because they only have certain things there in stock on a regular basis..i.e milk, produce as well as every day essential items.

Lidl Hampton Mercury Boulevard had the items that I was looking for on sale anywhere in stock and this has been consistent with sales that they post. The only issue I had is with buy one get one for free with the spices the sales signs need to be reviewed. I saw $0.35 for a container of spice and thought the other one was free and in reality the store sign was telling me that after I buy one spiced get one free I technically be paying $0.35 for each. I had one of the floor staff to assist me and she stated this is an ongoing issue that they have been reporting to management as far as being an issue. Remove the price of what something will be when you buy one and get the second one for free. People can figure that out on their own.

Great store. This is by far my favorite Lidl store to visit. The store manager was a great help with a few questions, and the team was very friendly and helpful as well. They had everything I was looking for too, and at their great price. I prefer this one to Jefferson. The store isnt quite as busy, which is surprising, but this allows shopping to be a breeze.

Reasonable selection of fresh bakery goods produce cheeses etc and wines. Packaging of seafood and meat has them last long and are often ready to just drop in sous vide water as is.Definitely a good deal on prices but less interesting offers and organic low salt healthy frozen food.

Went in with a list of the items from the flyer; the only thing I found available was the advertised asparagus. A few items only had one flavor instead of the variety advertised, but not the ones I was looking for.Since the last reset of the store, Ive found less and less to buy when I go in. Its a shame, because they had become my primary grocery store.

Lidl is one of my all time favorite grocery store but must make there sale signs on mark downs plain and clear and stop playing on words, which mean to properly word the mark...So instead of saying BOGO free (a slash across the original price) but when you get to the register your still paying the regular price and the person explain it to you like you miss read the sign. Thats not good for business.

Several items on my list today were unusual and it was actually fun looking for them. The store was comfortably busy and clean, even with no soap in the mens room. My grandson enjoys the place as much as I.

Manager was rude to the customers and staff creating an overall horrible vibe. She acted like we, THE CUSTOMERS, were in her way of stocking. Very condescending attitude. Left as quick as possible and will never go back.

Today when I went, the shelves were pretty bare. Didnt know what was going on. Usually they are pretty stocked. It is a clean and organized grocery store. I love their products, and the prices even more.

The best fruit ever! Its not bruised or have a bunch of fruit flies flying around. And the meats are reasonably priced. And the best part of it all was the customer service. The cashiers are fantastic and very friendly everytime I go in there. A special shout out goes to cashier 1037 at 111076 Warwick Blvd, Newport News, VA 23601. She is the most friendliest cashier Ive ever dealt with in my entire life.

Clean store and friendly staff. Ive gotten great response to when they were trying to keep the shelves stocked. The stocker got my product right away despite the hectic customers and helped me find other products as well. Very pleased with customer attentiveness!

This Lidl is not busy one and easy to shop. Smaller than Jefferson one and Hampton one, but we can get pretty much. Stuff are nice and store is clean. I like here.

Please train your cashiers how to scan heavy items such as Cases of soda and water. There is no reason to be asked to pick them up from under the cart and scan them ourselves. Put a sign on button to move conveyor belt forward. Love shopping at Lidl.

Clean store and helpful employees. The bakery department is especially good. The absence of most familiar name brands was strange at first, but now its kind of part of the cost-cutting image of the store. Remember to take your own bags when you shop here.

The check out lines are long but worth it. Bags are available for purchase. Pro tip if youre going alone be on point while the clerk is ringing you up. You have to bag your own groceries which is fine but some people feel rushed. Be sure to sign up for the loyalty program. They give away $5 off of $30 coupons frequently.

This was my first shopping trip here and I am absolutely impressed. The prices are great a d the products are great. I was surprised to see more then food. But also pleasantly surprised by the quality of produce. I will be back for my produce as often as possible.

Had a good visit at Lidl today the prices were very good as usual. I found everything I needed and more. Has always been a positive experience so far. Only one thing thats bugging me, theyre lighted sign on the street is burnt out and has been 4 months. I would love to see it fixed as I sometimes accidentally pass the store!

Ive liked each Lidl Ive visited. Youre not going to get a huge selection, but the Lidl brand stuff is really good. Good prices and frequent sales.

Incredibly cheap prices, but the stock is very low. Not many options. The bakery is nice, when they have food, and they sell unwrapped ready to eat food.... Ice cold. Store brand food are ok but name brands are more expensive than 7-11.If youre on a tight budget its a great place to go, but its the middle man store between dollar stores and food lion.
