I stoped by returning from a doctor’s appointment to check for shadow boxes which I use for sea glass art and stickers but of course I bought more which I will take with me on a trip overseas. The building looks new on the outside but the inside did not look new. On the other hand they were fully stocked. Organized and greater selection than the one near my house In Williamsburg. I saw many things to buy but I held back only because of my trip. The cashier was very pleasant. I mentioned to her why the company wastes money with advertising posters on their windows. They don’t have sales but showing some of their items. I sympathize with the employees making little money where they can eliminate the posters and give a little more to their employees. It’s pretty amazing the many excellent quality products they sell. Again I like to emphasize their great selection and every isle stocked.

It has everything else, but it doesnt have anything that says Virginia on it and I went in there looking for those shot glasses that say the state name on it... Im sure it would have more business if it included those items like other states do and also some of the associates were not friendly

Always a line at this dollar tree. The cashiers are less than helpful and often rude. Still somehow I keep coming back to give it another try. Don’t waste your time here, there’s better dollar stores within a few miles.

This store is my fav! No matter where I am I always stop by just about any DT store! I am doing a DIY vanity and I was SUPER happy to get some items from here at a discount price for my vanity project! The store was clean, staff was very nice, had stickers on the floor saying stay 6ft apart bc of COVID-19 which is a plus for me! I was looking at some items and could not find lids for them but they had lids. That is my only complaint, and they could have had 2 lines open so we didnt have to wait in line longer.

I usually go to the one on Oriana Rd but I visited this Dollar Tree tonight because it was closer to where I was going. The store is very clean, organized and well-stocked! I also found a lot of items that I haven’t seen at other Dollar Trees. Great store! 👍

The store was clean and organized. The staff was very helpful with the exception of Ms. Tina. She was very rude when I got in her line. Without a greeting, she said in a very rude tone, Im not open. It is very sad that these types of people are hired into management. Will not shop this location again.

Unfortunately found the floors quite dirty, but more importantly, No carts were being cleaned/disinfected for COVID-19 protection. Did not see any hand gel or cleaning station available. Employee rang up an item twice.Jefferson Ave store in Denbigh.

My favorite Dollar Tree. Great inventory and staff are good about opening extra registers if needed. They have some unique areas: the cake slice in cellophane area, the prayer candles, seasonal garden items, seasonal crafts. I find things here I dont find at other Dollar Trees.

They always super nice and very helpful. The store was a little messy but they were restocking the shelves so I understand. There was only one cash register open but the cashier worked fast so there was only a couple minute wait.

Everything is a dollar. They have good grilling tools and seasonal decorations. They are also great for last minute gift bags of varying sizes. Typically, you will wait in line for a while. Ive never seen more than two cashiers at this location.

Love going to this dollar tree everyone is so polite and willing to help u find anything. Youve gotta love a store you can afford anything they sell.

Beware! More than once I have been charged for items I did not purchase! Today if I had not caught them doubling up on aluminum pans and parchment paper I would’ve been charged for 2 of each instead of one. They got me on Xmas stockings. I purchased 3 and was charged for 4. The lines were so long I refused to wait to have it fixed. This was my very last visit to this establishment. I will drive 50 miles to go to another before going on there again

A lot of the items are chintzy, but there are many great applications for chintzy stuff - decorating a classroom or office, for instance. Great candy section with some items that are hard to find anywhere else locally, and you cant get cheaper reading glasses anywhere.

In and out. Found what l wanted. Lines moved quickly. Cashier was courteous and prompt.

I always come to the Dollar tree when I am in the mood for snacks. They have all of the oldschool candies I used to eat when I was younger.

They were patient with us when we were there, and they worked fast to help us get what we needes

Went in Saturday evening about 730. Just opened a gift card that said 50 so I didnt bring any extra cash or my atm card. Something happened with the card and it only had 26.00 on it. My total was 39.00. Super embarrassing moment I ask the cashier to just take off 13.00 worth because I dont have my wallet. She tells me they cant and I have to pay for it because she cant take stuff off nor do a refund. Manager comes over seemed irritated to have to deal with it and tells me the same thing and proceeds to tell me to call someone to bring me money. My family lives in Florida so thats not gonna work. I explain several times I dont have anything on me just to take off a few items so it covers it. Line is backing up big time a gentleman and his wife come in and he hands ME a 20 and says merry Christmas and walked away. I instantly started crying because Im 6 months pregnant huge and embarrassed as hell at this point. The manager has now made sure everyone knows whats going on. When the change was given she told me to leave. I just wanted to give the guy back his change and offer to pay him back. Exchange numbers and just thank him. But she took that opportunity from me. When I arrived home in tears my husband asks what happened and I told him. He called up there concerned and she told him she offered to pay herself and that I told the cashier to use the 20 and put the change on a the giftcard funny thing was my mom was on the phone the entire time and heard everything. Very unprofessional Deanna (was the managers name). My mom has emailed corporate and I have also called but I think every deserves to know how a 6 month pregnant woman was treated when she was trying to pay for her own things or take off so I could pay. I have never asked for handouts and wasnt going to start. Also when you try to lie make sure that the customer isnt on the phone.

Its a Dollar Tree. Typical. Doesnt carry some items that the one on Warwick and in Poquoson carrys that I need. And most the cashiers are very nice. Stays very busy tho.
