My favorite Food Lion.Mostly due to Manager Lisa who is AWESOME!Lisas customer service is PHENOMENAL!Which she extends to her staff as well.Whether shes helping me or someone else she always gives me joy and brings a smile to my face.They have fresh meats and produce.They also have a lot of items not found in Wal-Mart.Makes me feel like its not just a store, its part of my neighborhood.Yup, I like it that much, lol😆❤

Real clean store. It newly renovated and it look really nice. The aisle is lighted up bright.

The person working customer keeps forgetting to give me my lottery tickets. Today that happened again. Now I dont know if my mega million numbers hit tonight because the guy didnt give me my tickets and I was doing another transaction and forgot. He should have put the tickets in my hand after I paid for them. This makes me so mad! Jeezzz

Today this store was pitiful. Cust service was down because they didnt have enough workers. There was only 1 register open and the self checkouts kept breaking down. The store was crowded. Self checkouts are useless. I never, ever use them. I am retired and I will not go into a store and check myself out. They need to get rid of self checkouts.

Location makes it good.Produce section is consistently not good or fresh.I had to return chips bc the bag was cracked a little (partially opened).

This was a clean store and adequately stocked. I had no trouble finding the items I had come to purchase. The cashier was distracted and talking with other workers.

A busy, well stocked grocery store. Plenty of parking.Checkout is usually fairly quick.

The aisles are easy to shop. very clean store.

I can get help for short folks to reach the top shelf. Competitive prices. But always not have everything new that we have coupons for.

My favorite Food Lion. Great produce dept, meat dept, and large Latin and Asian food section. Clean store.

Love the store but for about the 4th time my cart FULL of groceries had its security wheel LOCK before i can get across the lane to the parking spaces.It may sit there next time. (Minus the grub)

Sign placement for sales at this store are very misleading. I talked to someone in customer service after making a purchase of an item I believed to be on sale and they offered a refund, but wouldnt honor the price. This isnt the first time Ive had issues with sale tags at this location. BEWARE.

This is my go-to store when I cannot find items I want at other grocery stores. The cashiers and the managers have been really great. Excellent customer service.

Good grocery store. The employees are helpful and the shelves are stocked often. Clean and fresh. They open up extra registers during the busy rush when everyone is getting off of work.

Not enough employees

The customer service is a joke and the clerk was very rude and I will never go to this store again and will tell my friends about the rude service

If using new app savings program always check your receipt to make sure coupons you have added come off and watch shop and earn to ensure it works properly. I have had lots of issues. Front end store customer service management cares more than grocery management does. The overall store manager Mr. Hurst is great but the company keeps him running to much to truly know what is happening in store.

Love that you can go in and get milk and bread and dont have to navigate through aisles and aisles of non-food products. No frill grocery store. Lines move quickly

The parking lot is gross; there’s a LOT of trash blowing around - not even sure I want to go inside. The crowd hanging around outside doesn’t make me feel comfortable either.Update:The inside wasn’t much better. There was a bad smell in one part of the store near the meat 🤢, and the shopping carts were damaged and rattled a LOT. The store could use a makeover.

Food lion is a good, reasonably priced local grocery. They have most everything you need, but dont count on them for more specialty items.

They are updating the interior of this location so its a little tight right now. I hope they are going to a standardization instead of just changing to change. Some of their aisle plans are weird to me because I wouldnt put insect killer in the same aisle as pet food, but whatever.This location has some unique items that I cannot get at other Food Lions in the area, such as the cat food my cats like in a bigger bag. The checkout is usually well paced even when its busy and the cashiers are friendly but not overly talkative which is nice. They get the job done!

Decent Food Lion, one of the only grocery stores in the immediate area. The interior looks aged and dated. Customer service is friendly but not so knowledgeable on store item locations. Parking lot is clean and organized. 4 stars because some employees did not know if/where an item was sold at that store.

Easy access and beer prices are good but selection is somewhat limited...They didnt have Coors Keystone Light which a buddy of mine drinks prodigious amounts.

With all of the panic from the virus this food lion was well stocked! The staff from the cashier to the stockers were all polite and pleasant....

As grocery stores are concerned, Food Lion at this location is pretty decent. The staff seem friendly even at their busiest times. I havent had a bad experience yet at any of the Williamsburg stores

The selection is fantastic here especially since their renovation and they always have a few checkouts open so the wait is never very long. It can get a little expensive here but its worth it.

This is a very small Food Lion that doesnt carry much variety. However, it is great if you have to just run in and grab something. There are never any long lines to wait in and the staff is always nice.

Food Lion is the best grocery store ever, and the only one with the best prices I just hope they stay like that and dont make things expensive like Wal Mart or other groceries store. Keep up the great work food lion .
