I cant believe how patient the staff is at Beltone! I lost my right hearing aid in my car and have been searching for it for weeks. Before I paid for a replacement, Angela insisted on going out to my car to give another look and she found it! Thank God for Angela! Mary is another gem. She refused to give up until I was fully satisfied. Go Beltone!

Both my husband and I wear Beltone aids! This really is wonderful so we can communicate and understand each other. We have been with this office for 10 years and they never re disappoint.

I knew I had a hearing deficit for years but chose to ignore or put it if you will. But more and more I have had to ask people to repeat what hey said or I chose to interpret what I thought I had heard and now realize I did not hear correctly. I did not need amplification...I missing clarity! I was able to hear the vowels being spoken just fine but I missed the hard consonants and thought I was hearing the correct words being spoken. I was I ever wrong! After visiting Beltone Newport News and having my hearing tested I was told then that it was NOT a hearing problem! And NO it was not a listening problem either. I lacked clarity in the words being spoken. What impressed me most after realizing this...was how Eddie took the time to listen to me and get know me and what “I” wanted to accomplish by being able to clearly hear spoken words as they were meant not as I interpreted them. After being fitted with clarifiers and hearing all words distinctly did I like and trust Beltone I decided to purchase from them because everyone there cared about me and my hearing not what everyone else did or wanted. My girlfriend no longer needs to repeat herself and I hear distinctly so I no longer misinterpret or chose to accept what I thought I heard. This has made a dramatic impact on our relationship and we are much better for it. I recommend anyone who thinks they may have a hearing impairment not accept just any audiologists results and just go out and buy hearing aids. The first audiologist I saw said I was profoundly deaf in both ears and wanted to sell me hearing aids immediately! We’re they ever off the mark! Eddie and staff were excellent. Dealing with my mother, just turning 100 years old, and her issue with a malfunctioning hearing aid. Everyone went the extra mile needed with a very senior citizen. They were patient and kind in every way in order to convince my mom of her best course of action to achieve a positive result and highest quality outcome.

I went with my aunt to have her hearing checked. I must say the staff is family oriented and just an awesome group of people. They were very nice and knowledgeable. They made it fun and relaxing. Thank you for your professionalism.

Great visit to Beltone....the tech came out to the car to take my aides in the office to clean and repair while I waited in the car....within a few minutes he was back and I was ready to go. Now that is service with a smile. I did not have to be around anyone or to worry about the virus.

I have been a customer of Beltone for over 29 years. Since the first time I met Eddie and he was able to fix my hearing aids I have not gone anywhere else. I tell everyone about Beltone - this is where you go if you want to hear the bird sing or a water glass clink. I will always use Beltone for my hearing needs.

Several years ago I had lost what I thought was all my hearing. In my left ear things had become stuffy. I was mostly nods and what, huh. I had saw an ad about a free hearing test. I mean what could I gain? A free test at least. The Beltone family here tested and wired me up to what they called a master machine and wah-lah!!! I could hear! Some amazing sounds. Most people go their whole lives without realizing the little things they have lost. Beltone has brought a little thing back to me and Ill cherish it forever!

Extra professional. excellent service

Over the past few years, my aging mother bought two pairs of Beltone hearing aids. The people at our local store were friendly, and their store was comfortable to the point of luxury. Mother did benefit from better hearing, but hearing deteriorated over the years. The aids required frequent repair and reassembly. When the audiologist needed to be involved, we were limited to Thursday and Friday. On other days, he was in his other offices.After the first pair, I became intrigued by the option of using Costco. They have two audiologists on staff and are open 6 or 7 days a week. They carry several top brands, with no pair of aids costing more than $2800. Since they have a 180 day trial period with purchase, there is no risk in trying them.Mother was always very careful with her money--except with hearing aids. I suspect many (most) seniors are scared into decisions of passion by the experience of hearing loss.Then, we came to this year. Mothers health was failing, and the Beltone audiologist said she needed their strongest model at a cost of nearly $8000. However, at another office, he had a used pair he could send back to Beltone for refurbishment. These would reduce the price to c. $5000. Meanwhile, One of Costcos audiologists had retired, so Mother would have to wait two weeks for an appointment. She was desparate to hear and opted for Beltone.She had to wait for the Beltone refurbishment, but they finally came in. She was fitted on a Thursday (the earliest date the audiologist was in) and immediately noticed a positive difference in hearing.Beltone had suggested custom ear moulds to block noise and focus sound. These came in after the aids, so she went back the following Thursday for installation. The next day, she went to the hospital (Friday), and one aid fell apart. The next day (Saturday), she came home from the hospital, and the other aid fell apart. On Monday, I took the pieces to Belltone and a technician put them back together. They worked, and Mother was ecstatic. The next day she lost consciousness for the last time and died three days later.After the funeral, I called Beltone and was told that they had no trial period (6 months at COSTCo.) I was told that they had to buy exclusively from Beltone (so where did they get the used ones they sent back to Beltone to be refurbished before Mother bought them? They finally offered tto keep them on consignment (why do that if they were not allowed to sell them unless they bought them from Beltone?)Beltone made large amounts of money preying on this woman during the final years of her life. Hearing aids did improve her quality of life. I am grateful that her last imptessions of this life includes hearing the voices of her children.Consumer Reports survey ranks Beltone nnumber 8 among national retail sellers of hearing aids (Costco ranks #2.) Consumer Reports recommend that nobody buy from a seller that does not offer a trial period for full refund. My mothers experience explains why.
