My dealer away from home! I was travelling north when my car began to buck at odd speeds (thought it was shifting at odd intervals). Turns out after 103,000 miles the transmission was done. Thanks to Bennett who got right on it, he worked with my extended warranty company, and had a new one installed in a few days! I highly recommend Bennett and the Key Chevrolet dealership for their great work and fantastic customer service! Thanks again!

I worked closely with Kevin and Jason. These two gentleman were like a one-two punch. They took care of everything this was the smoothest most relaxed purchasing experience of my life. They valued my trade over the phone, since I live a few hours away in NY they had everything completed ahead of time for me. I think I was in and out in an hour and a half and most of that time was me waiting to get ahold of my bank. I look forward to doing business with these guys again. Sales guy was awesome, too bad the business is shady, they tried to sell us a car for $7000 more than originally agreed upon even sent it to our bank, our bank was the one who called us and asked if that sounds right. Do not do buisness here. Nothing but lies. First picture was when I arrived to view the jeep. Second is after I test drove the car. 05/05/2021. The day before my birthday I decided to walk on in and look at some inventory. I did not think I was going to purchase a car. Let alone a 2020 with 28 miles on it. I had Kevin Kober as a salesman and his manager Matt Natole. They both made me feel very welcomed and talk to me like they knew me for a decade. Excellent customer service, hands down the best car dealer I’ve walked into. They didn’t run my credit through 12 banks. I test drove 4 different vehicles. I ended up in a 2020 Chevy trax with 28 miles on it. He gave me the best warranty. The payment was exactly where I needed it to be. They helped me understand multiple things I questioned and they were 100% honest. I will be back for another vehicle. Thank you for the experience !

After dropping my truck off for service before flying out of town, I can honestly say the Fred Pierce in service has set the bar. It was a very pain free experience and after years of great experiences with the parts department I am pleased to report the service department is also top notch.

If I could give no stars I would. I called in to set up an appointment for an oil change. Someone in the services department asked me in a condescending tone, “Do you know who you’re calling?” I was caught off guard and wondering if this is how they talk to all of their customers. I did know who I was calling because I’d called their number through Google Maps. I’m currently a Dartmouth student, and I would never recommend this facility to any students who need work done on their cars.

I had been in the market for a newer truck and had been searching the website car gurus. After a miserable experience from my local Chevy dealer, I found a GMC. I called Newport Chevy and spoke with the sales manager Matt. I made an offer on the truck and we were able to make a deal and appointment over the phone Now I live 3 hours away in upstate NY and I agreed on this without even seeing the truck. Today my wife and I took the ride to your place of business and met Matt Natole. He quickly grabbed the keys and a plate for a test drive and we also spoke with the sales manager Matt about the truck. Both of them made us feel welcome and relaxed. I am pleased to say that despite a few minor issues (that were quickly and happily addressed) I signed the paperwork and we were on our way back home. Very pleased with the entire experience. It was really the first time that we would be willing to drive for 3 hours one way to potentially trade in and purchase a truck. And Im very happy that everything worked out and the truck is worth the time and money we spent. The whole process was quick and transparent. Went for a recall on my ignition switch and key but couldnt get it without paying over 100 for a new key. Doesnt make sense I should have to pay for a faulty key. I dont know if its Chevrolets policy to try and charge you for recalls or just this place. Either way when I buy a new car later this year it wont be from here.

The experience was top notch and each associate I dealt with from initial contact with Tyler Stearns when I found my 19 Challenger on the web to coordinating the appointment literally the next day 2 states away and texting me throughout to ensure we knew where we were going, to meeting Anthony Kanatas and his friendly, professional, and expedient service helping me through the process to actually purchase the vehicle. They gave me a perfectly fair price for my trade in, and gave me all the info I asked for about my new Challenger. The car is gorgeous and I was able to drive the car off the lot, detailed and everything, within 2 hours of arrival and first seeing the car. Anthony even helped connect my phone to the car! Since the dealership was bought out the service has slipped and I actually had my registration for another vehicle stolen out of my vehicle while it was left with their service department. Salesman was not at all forthcoming about the condition of a used vehicle I was looking at. Claimed to be excellent with nothing wrong! I drove 3 hours to made a deal, only to find out the truck had been smoked in, tires were dry rotted and brakes warped. Im amazed the techs let this slide as a CPO. If they thought this was acceptable, I certainly wouldnt want them working on my vehicle either. Poorly run dealership all around. Would not recommend.

I have been doing business with Newport (NH) Chevy for 5 years or so. Their service has always been exemplary, and they have never tried to oversell anything. What they promise, they deliver. This review, however, is on the sale of a pre-owned Cadillac SRX on Friday the 13th, 2020. Put your superstitions and memories of this awful year aside: they once again stepped up and delivered a sale that exceeded my expectations. Financing was painless, negotiation was not protracted and both sides came to a pleasant agreement. And for the first time in my 5+ decades of purchasing transportation, I bought this vehicle with no preconceived notion of doing so. But all went so well, with no kicking or screaming. I give the credit to this deal to my Sales Professional, Rebecca Ferland. Her pleasant, non-confrontational personality showed through, and it was such a joy to work with her. A hidden gem.Kudos to Matt Lecyuer and his team for providing an exceptional experience. I drove a few hours to get up to Newport Chevrolet. When I arrived, I was greeted by Matts son. The most polite and professional young man I have met in some time. Having worked from a young age myself I appreciated the experience. Matts son was committed to doing a great job and I could tell he took his opportunity seriously. During the test drive he was very informative and on top of things. Now a days this was a refreshing site to see. I believe it also speaks volumes to who and what the business is about.As far as the sales process goes it was very straightforward. Matt and his team understand that customers who walk in these days are very much informed about the vehicles and costs. I would say we came to an agreement within 15-20 minutes. Matt was understanding on the value that I was seeking for my trade and he made efforts to ensure that I was happy with the deal. In contrast to many who will play the same old low-ball back-and-forth game. Again, impressive, and painless.Matts team took care of the rest from there on out. There were a few items that I was interested in adding to the truck and Matt went above and beyond to show me what was available and in addition look for any discounting available. His team delivered the vehicle to my home a few days later. 2+ hours away from them. Clean, full of gas and with everything ready for me to sign. The driver was also very respectfully, friendly, and informative.A few weeks after taking delivery of my new truck I noticed an issue with a small clunk in the rear of the truck. Matt lined up an appointment with his service team and I took some time to make the trip back up and have them take a look. I could have done so locally at any dealer but having experienced Newport Chevrolet I felt it was in good hands to get resolved there. When I arrived, Matt was personally outside waiting for me. He took me over to the service team and his son followed back up with me to see if I wanted any refreshments or offer to pickup lunch if needed.I could easily go on and on in more detail as to the exceptional experience at Newport Chevrolet. The bottom line is that this is an absolute hidden gem.
