We were on a holiday trip, about 300 miles from home and had a minor incident when our car ran over some debris. This far from home we were apprehensive about sending the car on for repairs. We were recommended to visit Tom by the manager at our hotel.We did tell him our situation. Tom took the time to check the car thoroughly, identifying damage to the vehicle and advised us that the vehicle was drivable, though not at highway speeds. He recommended we drive back and get it fixed at home instead of keeping it with him. Not only that, he also recommended getting the tires rotated at a competitor instead of asking us to wait. In all he spent over 15 minutes on the vehicle and he refused any compensation for his time.I can’t vouch for his work as we didn’t get any done. But I can definitely vouch for this man’s business ethics and integrity.That said I would definitely recommend folks in the area to visit him if you value honesty and not getting ripped off.

Sullivan Automotive is the best Tom takes good care of you!! Hes not a rip-off joint like some places. I highly recommend him.
