The ice cream is great of course! The waffle cones were delicious 😋 The staff seemed awkward, and lost. BUT, they were friendly. I’m sure by the time it gets busy, they’ll be better. Think they’re just new to the retail game.

Came here after getting a terrible bland ice cream from kilwins (love them but not today) and ben and jerry’s pulled through 🙌🏻 the milk and cookies is to die for and really pulled me out of my ice cream depression today

While a small shop, the quality of service is very excellent. So many different flavors and fair prices compared to other ice cream shops. Great place!

Typical Ben and Jerrys shop, with a good selection of flavors and no seating. Im very happy they provided several non-diary flavors with almond milk; perfect for my spouse and me. Portions werent overly generous, yet I was quite satisfied with my small cup of caramel almond brittle (with almond milk).

We visited this particular Ben & Jerrys four times on our recent visit to Newport. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The prices were reasonable considering the location. The eatery was very clean. The only complaint I would have would be that there was no seating to eat your ice cream. So despite Ben & Jerrys ridiculous voicing of political views I would certainly visit this location again

We went this summer and I have never experienced such poor customer service. You can tell the teens that work there hate their jobs and do not care about the customers or anything other than clocking out.

Great ice cream and everyone was very nice, they were even dressed up for a cowboy theme.
