I ordered tires and was told it was free to get them put on. When I arrive and let them know I didn’t want any extra services they said they will still need to charge me since when they install the tires it HAS to be balanced which they charge $12 per tire!! THEN IT ISNT FREE!! STOP lying to people! How are you going to offer free installation and then charge me for something I didn’t want! Also the wait time is RIDICULOUS for something that should have taken 20 min! NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!

Waited for hour 2 hours for a flat.. No cars in bay or employees. Just drove to north wichita where the know how to fix a flat in 5 mins or less..

Horrible service. I sat in my car for almost three hours. Watched others that got there later than me go right ahead. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

The rest was waiting for them to do the tire rotation. This is NOT the first time its taken this long for tire work.Additionally, they may have damaged the ignition lock on his car. Hes calling them about this now. Ill try to update if anything further happens.Dont do tire work at this location unless you want to spend hours doing nothing while they, apparently, do nothing for hours.They also tried to charge us for balance/rotation when the tires had the lifetime stuff on that. It was taken off the bill without a fuss, tho.

3 hours and waiting.. just to get my flat tire with warranty changed and oil changed. Never buying any automotive things here again!! Bud and Steves are the best!!

Terribly slow. Very much a “can’t do” attitude environment. Been here about three times and every time it’s hours to get a loose flat fixed. Balance takes several hours. Went once to get battery tested and service team acted like I was asking too much.

Fast service. The gentleman who checked me in was super friendly and knowledgeable. He was not pushy with services.

Did well and are very nice. Only thing is this is the second time they did oil change service and didnt reset the oil maintenance light in our vehicle. Its like they scared of it or something. Other than that all went good.

These people may seem like a motly crew of grease monkeys, but they can sure get the job done! My husband and I have always had good experiences with this tire center. It feels much more like a home town shop than a cooperate Walmart faction. The staff are knowledgeable, helpful, and work in good time. Not the fastest ever, but great for the price! On the Walmart side of things, its comforting to know we can get a warranty here and it will be good at any Walmart across the nation. With the $10 road hazard policy if it gets a flat here or in Nevada, Walmart will fix it for free.

Horrible. Is there an option for zero stars? The past FOUR times Ive went to get my tires rotated and balanced, it has taken them 2 PLUS hours. I have tried different days and different times. My friend JUST took her vehicle in to get a leak in a tire fixed, waited 2.5 hours for them to fix it, and then her tire went flat on the way home. Seriously, Walmart - this has gone on long enough. I understand this being a one time thing, but its CONSISTENT. Not only is the wait ridiculous, but the service is awful as well. No one is ever at the counter or answers the phone.

Got here first thing in the morning. All we needed was one tire changed and there were 2 cars ahead of us in different bays. No cars waiting in parking lot. We waited 2hours.Prices good otherwise, but not good enough to warrant a 2+ hour wait.

My husband and I took my car here for an oil change, during the initial consultation they tried upselling different services, which we all declined. I get trying to upsell, Ive worked retail for a long time, youre required to try to do it. However, you are not required to do that extra service even though it was declined.After seeing the bill and asking why it was almost double the price of what we were quoted, we were told they had performed the service and would need another hour to undo it in order for us not to be charged for it, which we didnt have. There are plenty of other places in newton to get your oil changed, i would suggest using those.
