I came in after work to pick up wiper blades for my wifes car. After getting home I had picked up one that didnt work. When I returned I was helped by a gentleman named Eric I later found out his shift had ended for the day and by him being so helpful to me he had missed his ride home. I told Mr Eric I got you sir Ill take you home, I will be back and looking for Mr Eric to help out with any parts I may need

Excellent location!! My family and I were traveling across country and my blinker went out, which I had no idea how to fix. Byron was happy to help me and even installed the new bulb for me! He was amazing and super friendly! Highly recommend! :)

Still same old autozone. Employees that know nothing about parts or the system to find the parts. You are better of ordering online and picking up in store, even if this means having to drive to Maize to do so.

Its AutoZone, same as the rest. The parking lot only has one entry, which is problematic. But the staff that day had me cracking up laughing. Good staff

He helped us zip tie it back together and get on our way free of charge. A really nice man who gave us peace of mind as we finished our trip home on Labor Day.

Not only are the staff helpful and knowledgeable, but honest as well. I accidentally left am envelope with nearly $300 in it sitting on their counter, and when I realized it was missing they had closed for the night. I called the next morning and it had been put in their safe, so that I could come get it. Such a relief. Thank you for quality parts, good service, and honest employees.

We spent a year and countless days of missed work (for the truck) because they couldnt find the right starter motor for our 69 chevrolet pickup, each time the one that was listed as fitting, wouldnt fit, engage, or shift and many broke (thank goodness for the warranty) finely after six or seven tries the computer finally only offered one starter for the truck (that wasnt listed at any other time) truck finally runs. We have taken all twelve of our vehicles to bumper to bumper. The core policy needs to be adapted for improperly listed parts.

My 88-year-old mother needed a battery for her car. Meghan saved the day and was so incredibly kind. In less than 15 minutes, she rang me up and took the battery out to the parking lot, removed old battery and expertly installed the new battery. Such a kind human!

Friendly service but price too high.

So I was in the process of moving from Colorado to Mississippi and my push out bearing went out and the district manager and store manager called around to all the mechanic shops for what seemed like 3 hours to find a shop that would fix my truck the same day and with no luck for a while they finally found a shop to do it and never gave up. I just wanted to say it was greatly appreciated and that is one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a parts store. Thank y’all so much for all of the help. I would recommend everyone to go to this location!!

Love these local guys here in Newton dot-dot-dot walking to Wichita and you may end up with some 20 year old girl that has no idea what part youre even asking for.
